China Dragon

I got out of a movie on Christmas day just before 7pm and looked online for a Chinese restaurant that I could order takeout from. China Dragon was open and still accepting orders (though they said it was a 50 minutes wait), so I placed one for pickup. My order included beef lo mein, chicken egg rolls, and chicken teriyaki sticks.The egg rolls were gross. At one point I bit into something hard, but it was dark in the car so I couldn't tell exactly what it was (might have been a bone from the chicken?). They were greasy, heavy on the cabbage, and not much else flavor wise other than the occasional piece of chicken. I wouldn't want these again.The lo mein wasn't much better. Super oily sauce that was loaded with enough garlic to take out a vampire a mile away and the beef was low quality in my opinion. Like the egg rolls, I wouldn't want this again.I don't know what specific menu item I received instead of the chicken teriyaki sticks, but it certainly isn't what I ordered. The sauce had some heat due to the large amount of red pepper flakes and there were onions, green peppers, and broccoli mixed in with a container of white rice on the side. The chicken itself was breaded, similar to General Tso's, but this clearly wasn't General Tso's. I was already back home by the time I discovered their mistake and didn't feel like driving back to New Berlin, so I ate what I could. It tasted fine and was ironically the best of the three items I received.

Fair Americanized Chinese, quick service when open, but not always open as posted. Sometimes not open when the "OPEN" sign is lit. Stick to the standards, fried rice, egg foo yung, sweet and sour pork. I haven't found any great vegetable dishes here. Ample parking.

You will like the food!! The atmosphere inside is cool too, they are open on Christmas & the tofu dishes taste amazing, prices are fair for the amount of food you receive.

The food is gross and WAY overpriced. The egg rolls were barely edible. My wife wanted fried rice instead of white rice with her already overpriced entree, and it was an EXTRA $4. Then it came out and was nasty and it looked nothing like any fried rice we'd ever seen in our lives. It was literally gray in color and we couldn't even figure out what was in it. Their food was already expensive, but they told us that the prices were higher than the menu showed and instead of printing new menus they just put a sticker on it saying the prices are actually higher. Wish we'd gone to Meiji instead.

I was in the mood for a Chinese lunch combo so I drove over for lunch. The place is over the top with Asian decoration inside and out with two dining rooms separated by a small but nice little bar. I saw the sign on the front door, lunch buffet $8.95 and thought I might just try a buffet even though I don't do buffets because anything I order will be that much. NOPE the lunch buffet is not open today I was told so now I'm back to the lunch combo, NOPE they decided that that's off the menu as well, I can understand lunch buffet but yanking parts of the advertised menu is petty. I asked about the 50% off on a second entrie Yelp check in coupon and the don't honor that either so now I'm thinking taht this is a shady restaurant.Now I can't wait to order the Mongolian beef and see what they say to that, surprise she took my order. The Mongolian Beef looked good but was completely mediocre which was heavy on the veggies and light on the beef compared to other restaurants. The veggies were cooked good with some crunch left in them. The beef was tender but but all you could taste was all the onions.Overall this place was a swing and a miss and I'm disappointed that they didn't honor three advertised things and abruptly removing the lunch specials at lunch time so the customers have to spend more money buying lager portions and separate appetizers is not a good business practice. Forcing the customers to buy larger portions than they want is crap, I wanted a lunch size meal from the lunch menu and not a large dinner portion, yah I couldn have walked but I was already there and will not be back.

One of the best Chinese food places around. Food is top tier and service is second to none. Also on certain nights they'll have karaoke!

Never again. Ordered shrimp egg rolls. Not one piece of shrimp found, super greasy. Ordered szechuan chicken...tasted like ketchup sauce, not spicy and 3 small slices of chicken in the whole dish. The rest either celery or bok choy ribs. Waste of $. Ordered chicken lo mein. Again, minimal chicken, way over sauced but without flavor. Egg drop soup, no flavor. Added green onion salt and pepper on my own. I feel like I wasted $40 tonight and ended up eating cheese and crackers instead. Very disappointing

Bad!!!! We had a terrible experience here. While waiting for our takeout, there were a little bugs flying around. That should've been our first sign. We should've just got up and left. We waited for our takeout took it home a few things and both of us got sick shortly after eating. He called the establishment. The lady we spoke to is very rude to us. Wanted us to return the food, which was no problem because we didn't eat very much of it. Horrible experience we do not recommend.

Went for a late lunch/ early dinner with family from out of town. Beautiful decorations Food came hot and a timely. When main meals were being served on the table was told there's going to be an extra charge on the bill. There will be a three dollars extra charge per person because of the price of food. Sweet and sour chicken was OK. Crabragoons egg rolls are very greasy. Really mushy inside the eggrolls. Beef meat was tasting weird, scallops were sour, and I found it strange that the fake crab sticks were in that stirfry. My first time there and my last

This is one of my favorite Chinese restaurants. Great for dining in, pick up or delivery. My favorite is their Sesame Chicken, but everything we've had there has been great! They even have vegetarian egg rolls for my friend who doesn't eat meat. I just wish I lived closer so I could go more often!
