China Buffet

We came here for lunch after several years. We discovered that the name has been changed to the New Hong Kong Buffet. I reviewed the previous buffet. The food hasn't changed much. Most of the food was warm at best. This is ok for Chinese food, but it could be greatly improved.

Excellent food. My cousin & I came a little bit later in the evening, and some of the food was gone. It was okay... there was enough. The nice host (not sure of her name) offered to make us any more food if we wanted it. How nice! She checked back frequently to see if everything was okay and it really was. Fantastic visit today. Highly recommended! :)

Mediocre at best. Some food is hot temperature and others were warm to cold. The food had good flavor. The owners need to invest in some new booths. The seats are shot. Almost all of the booth seats were recovered by an amateur. The hostess/waitress was completely disinterested in being there. I received my drink after I had already began eating. She never came around to ask how things are going, if liked the food and if I needed another drink. My thoughts on this place is: it's owned by people who are in over their heads and/or just bad managers of business. For the price and the overall food, you could pack this place. But instead they leave it looking like a dump. This then reflects on the quality of the food. You begin to wonder if your plates and utensils are adequately cleaned. My recommendation to the owners, get out of the business or clean up the place.

Call the health inspector....that is all I have to say. My family and I went on Saturday Jan. 10th 2015. I promised my son we would go and was told by others to stay away ...I didn't listen. So, basically every thing was cold, old, greasy and DIRTY. I asked the woman who worked there what happen to the place...she said what? I said it was so nice and clean in here 5 years ago, she asked why whats wrong ....I don't know you...REALLY. I will be sending an email to the health inspector to have this place shut down till they can clean up. 9/10/2015 place was closed down by the Health department ... and people say reviews don't help

We had a not good experience. They had next to nothing up! And all the food was cold it was not worth the money. My family and I will not be going there again
