I reached out to Chilango for a small catering order (150 tacos) and they were so easy to work with. I was able to do half corn and half tortilla and they put the cilantro, onion, lime, and salsa on the side. They put the meat in the shell and wrapped them in 3s. Which was perfect because the tacos were still warm when delivered. I was able to get delivery to Muskego for a retirement party which made it so much easier. The tacos were a huge hit! I would highly recommend Chilango if you were you looking for catering!

The asada enchilada dinner is amazing! So flavorful! I'm spoiled for any other Mexican restaurant in town. Elena was our server and she was very kind and informative. Also, the decor made me feel like I was down in the southwest, and when I walk out, I expect to be in the desert, but I know I'll be in Wisconsin.I almost forgot you have to try the Horchata it is delightful!

This is the first time we've eaten here and we will definitely be back.The corn tortillas are huge and amazing. The flour tortillas were super thin and excellent. It seems like both were homemade.We had the mole enchilada, an enormous pastor burrito and a chili go dinner.All 3 were excellent and the rice and beans were both nosiest and juicy too. Service was a major drawback in this visit. We waited about 15 minutes to get our dirty plates cleared and for the check and we never got either one so eventually we went up to the cash register and paid our bill. They weee moderately busy but had 2 servers.Food was a 5. Service was a 2 so I'll round up to a 4 because the food was that good.

This was my first time having Mexican food since I moved to Milwaukee. I saw Chilango Express on a list of the 10 best Mexican restaurants in Milwaukee, so I decided to start with them. After eating here, I will say if this is the best Milwaukee has to offer, then that is really sad. I have previously lived in Chicago and San Diego, so I have high expectations of Mexican food, and this just did not do it for me. I did order delivery. The tacos were packaged very poorly; they were partially wrapped in foil, and the liquid had leaked out all over the bag and the napkins in the bag. The liquid had also made both tacos very soggy. Ironically, the chicken was incredibly dry. I'm not sure how such dry chicken could produce so much liquid leaking everywhere. I wish I had taken a picture. The horchata tasted like someone dumped a ton of perfume into it. I couldn't take more than a couple sips. Giving two stars because the flan was good. Overall, I really feel like I wasted my money.

Best mexican food in Milwaukee, in my opinion. We come here for the menudo on Sunday mornings. My only complaint would be the sign prohibiting Concealed Carry, but other than that top notch. Also, lengua is fantastic and so is the lamb.
