I am laid up and had to call in an order for delivery, when the delivery arrived from Chico's it was missing half of the order I paid for.. missing toast, missing fruit, missing hash-browns, I got 4 biscuits but it had 3 tablespoons of watered down gravy on it...The worse experience I have had. What the heck is going on there?! Are they this clueless in person? The food I got was horrible. Way to go Chico's, a new low in food!

Chico's is a spectacular diner that has everything your tastebuds could desire on their menu.We visit most often for breakfast and the waitstaff is always so, so kind to us. They even know a lot of their regulars by name. It's phenomenal to see,The space is super casual, your typical diner, but always clean.

Atmosphere: About 20-30 cars can fit in the parking lot, it's located on a corner lot. It was really slammed which is expected on a sunday. I didn't use the bathrooms but everyone at my table did and they all said they were really dirty. Service: Hostess sat us right away at one of two of the empty tables. We were sat close to one of the entrance doors and it was freezing since the doors kept opening. Our waitress asked us what we wanted for drinks, took our orders and then didn't check in once after food was brought out. Didn't ask how the food was when she brought the bill. It took 35 min to get breakfast food after ordering. We didn't even get a "hello" just a "what are you ordering". Our waters were never refilled even though they were empty. Food: The food was all lukewarm at best, within a few minutes of it being delivered it was cold. Everything on my plate was over cooked. The dish I had supposedly had bacon in it but I dug around and didn't find one piece. The side I ordered was wrong. I ate maybe 6 bites and called it a day. I was starving but the food was so bad, it had no flavor and was so dry. I added a ton of salt and pepper and that didn't help at all. The portions were huge so maybe that's why people love coming here. Would not come back. So many breakfast places around that have amazing food with friendly service. I heard the mexican food here is great but the fact that breakfast food (super easy to cook) was below mediocre I don't have faith in trying anything else on the menu.

#96-2021Situated off the beaten path up in the town on the Kimberly combined locks border is once Rico's restaurant now Chico's restaurant same owner different name.It's an old school style family restaurant with lots of Mexican options owned by Hispanics doing a fantastic job in my opinion Unless you really drive on into the town of Kimberly you would not know this was here because it's way off the beaten path it's more of a neighborhood atmosphere I happen to be here because I had to deliver to US Auto Force distribution center across the street Once you get back out by where the new freeway is though all the chain restaurants and everything else is there yada yada yada.So when I rolled in at about 1:00 in the morning I noticed they were closed but I'm like cool it says breakfast I'll be able to strap on the feed bag after they unload me over here.Nice thing about that too is I was able to park in their parking lot at us they unloaded being said sure go back and park towards the street there you're fine we ain't going to bother you we got a huge lot so I meandered across the street hungry and ready to eat.walking in the first thing you notice is it said almost a classic 19 late 70s early '80s decor lot of paneling but this is Wisconsin of course you never know although it's very clean I was greed and told the sit wherever I want.First thing I did was order up cawfee.Like a Greek restaurant as I perused the menu I noticed it's one of those classic ones where they got everything and anything under the sun of all different ethnicities.The only thing they don't have is an alcohol license so no beer wine or drinks or just like a little family restaurant sort of vibeIt definitely brings the locals in the morning so I decided to order a ham and cheese omelette with the home fries which are the sliced potatoes on the grill and sourdough toast..Food came out it was the size of a mini football The Omelette I couldn't believe it definitely loaded with ham lots of hot gooey cheddar cheese and a mound of potatoes. Ufta!Quality the food was fine it tasted good The Omelette was good I couldn't eat everything I think I left a quarter of The Omelette and lot of the potatoes but I was very satisfied I noticed they asked for recommendations even on the open Google so I'm more than happy to support their business.Before I walk back over to the truck I decided to pause for the cause real quick can was nice and clean very well taken care for older building but all the amenities worked fine. first time in I was very impressedThe dinner's looked really well too but I walked out happy belly ready to walk back across the street to the truck and get the show on the road.

Not too shabby! Visited on a game day so restaurant was pretty much empty, with game on the TV. Waitress helped us right away (she may have had too many stories of her own to share). I ordered the eggs benedict with hash browns, my typical go to for breakfast hot spots, it was quite tasteful. My sister ordered a wrap which she enjoyed and my other sister ordered a quesadilla special but didn't care for it as much. Overall, I would visit again.

Wow went to Chico's for Breakfast Monday had two eggs, toast, and bacon with coffee and was charged 16.88 cents. The food was good, but I know when I've been taken. Better places down the street with a better breakfast at half the price. Sorry won't be back .

Sadly I have to give this place a 3. The food is great, really. Atmosphere typical diner. Staff very pleasant and nice. But the pricing... oh my! My wife and I dine out a lot. Mostly lunch. Some breakfast some dinner. So we have a pretty good sense of value. Locally and beyond. We enjoy coming here, but after numerous times of paying $45 for a couple of basic breakfasts + tip... I just can't do it anymore. The basic prices here are up to 50% higher than the competition. We often go to lunch where she has wine as a beverage that we pay less than that for 2 typical meals. Sometimes 2 wines, and still less than or about that. So. We like the place and the food, but in these times it's tough to stomach that pricing when it is so much better elsewhere.
