Chens Buffet & Sushi

Clean and well maintained with very professional help.After thinking our trip to West Bend was wasted when we were let down by another business at 3:00pm, we sat in the car googling places to eat, and found this little GEM.The food was plentiful and absolutely delicious. Meats, rice, vegetables, fruits, and seafood. I can honestly say my visit here sent me on my way with a full belly and being properly nourished from eating great food.Absolutely fantastic.

Seems incredibly average with lower quality food at high prices. Not good value! Nothing special about the dinning room.

The waiters were amazing and very helpful and nice. I loved the food, I enjoyed the General Tso Chicken a lot, noodles, fried rice, and dumplings, it tasted amazing! It's very clean and kept well by the servers. I really enjoy this place!

One of those run of the mill strip mall Chinese buffet locations that every city seems to have. The food tastes pretty good at the time and an hour after eating you remember why you only hit the Chinese buffet a few times a year.Joking aside, this location is in a newer building that is spacious and clean. A large buffet with several sushi offerings to boot. They also included in the buffet price offer a hibachi style counter where you select exactly what you want (meats, vegetables, noodles, egg, pineapple, etc) and they'll cook it right up in front of you. This is a nice plus for a buffet because you at least know you are eating freshly prepared food. Reasonably priced at $10 per person for lunch including a soda. Chen's cross town competition (King Buffet) went out of business leaving Chen's as the lone Chinese buffet option in West Bend.

Very kind and professional service... comfortable temperature being humid outside... very big buffet selection and very fresh... excellent food... highly recommend

It's a shame that the other Chinese buffet in West Bend closed because that leaves Chen's as the only option for locals and gives Chen's no incentive to improve their substandard food. It's certainly not inedible, but it's not particularly good either. Seriously, if you want a good Chinese buffet, go out of your way to drive to Menomonee Falls for Asian Buffet and Grill instead.

Eating here at Chen's buffet is å love hate ordealThe love of going to Chen's buffet is the food ,so many different types of choices to choose. I have not found any of the choices that I didnt care for.All I want is to load it on my plate .but the plates å smaller then your avange plate ( there is å reason for smaller plates) so you dont over mix all the good food the food kept hot and of course you are aloud to return the buffet as many times you would like which is å hate thing because you cant get enough. I really enjoy the fresh ice cream mechine it remines me when I was å kid and having ice cream from å taste freeze stand.the main hate part at lease for me is I eat way tóooo mush great place to eat

Baller. This Chinese buffet is literally the best in town. The wait staff are super nice and helpful. They come around and take plates away and fill sodas in a matter of seconds. I highly recommend!

I have been going here for a few years and always left with a decent opinion until the last year! It is just not good at all anymore! You have to go at peak times or you get shitty cold food. Sundays is dinner prices only ,and they literally put out food they had left over from Saturday night ! I know this for a fact ! I got there when they opened and 50% of the food was left overs. They were not even a little bit warm! Ice cold in the middle! Salt n pepper shrimp was ice cold all the way thru,coconut shrimp also was ice cold . Spent 20$ and won't be back.

The food is very tasty and the service is fantastic. The ambience gives off a nostalgic warm feeling of a home cooked meal.
