Chef Bo's Green Garden

Updating my past review of Chef Bo's. During our most recent visit we noticed that the restaurant name changed to Green Garden. We confirmed with some of the employees that the restaurant was under new ownership.We noticed that a group of employees were training and working on a new P.O.S. system. The waiter that took our order was fumbling through taking our order on their new ipad system, which was ok and understandable as they were implementing some new technology into the restaurant. The good news was the food was still as good as it was under the previous owner. I was glad to find that the food hasn't changed. It seemed like the menu was the same, I plan to go back soon to see if anything new has been added to the menu after the new ownership has been running for a few months now.

Been there twice in the last six weeks. Both times the flavor on the dishes were WAY off. First time was BoBo Beef. The second time was the honey walnut shrimp. We thought one time might be a fluke or a bad/untrained cook, but after the second time, I can't bring myself to go back. It tasted like they forgot ingredients in the seasoning/sauce. I don't mind paying a higher price of the dish is really good, but this was borderline not edible. Super bummed because this used to be our go-to for Chinese takeout.

For the owners who see this, if you want to raise prices on your lunch special that's fine but don't reduce the portion size. Honestly get it together and stop trying to rip people off with their money

Food is great. I usually go for lunch special. Their egg drop soup and Salt fish pepper is my usual. Service is great as well.

I wasn't super impressed with the menu or service. the menu gives no descriptions of what is in each dish or if it comes with rice, fried rice or noodles. Steamed white rice was the only option. Brown rice would be a great option! The price was ridiculously high for the entree and the tiniest amount of rice I've ever received in a Chinese restaurant. Why only enough rice for 1 1/2 servings and the entree is enough for 3 servings? The rice to entree ratio is very poor. I ordered a Kung Pao dish, which is supposed to be spicy. There was no spice to it whatsoever. I asked for red pepper flakes or something to spice it up. I was given cold chili paste to put in a dish that was served lukewarm at best.Others may like this place, but I for one will not return.

Great food! Friendly hostess greeted us fir pickup for carry out. We both ordered large dinner portions and received one large carton of rice. Kind of thought we would have 2 cartons? Not a big deal but would order that next time. Nice restaurant inside. I'd go back to eat there.Highly recommend!

Holy crap the reviews didn't lie! Bo Bo beef DELICIOUS, Mongolian beef amazing, lo mein incredible! I'm excited to come back to try other items on the menu

Decent chinese restaurant. It not only offers some famous Americanized Chinese dishes, only has a menu for those craving for authentic Chinese food. We ordered green pepper chili fish and fried chili chicken (La zi ji). Both are generous portion and pretty well prepared. It's a small place in a strip mall. Nice vibe for gathering too. Will come back again!

Not the same Green Garden. Over a period of several years we've ordered pick-up, delivery and dined-in many many times. We were always pleased with the food quality and service and the Green Garden was our go-to Chinese restaurant. Recently however we've noticed changes; declines in food quality and attention to detail (e.g. pick-up orders didn't contain all that was purchased).

I can't give it anything less than 5. It was everything we wanted from an Asian food establishment. The Bo Bo Beef with Broccoli was peppery and crisp and delicious. The Pad Thai with Chicken was huge and the chicken was so tender and perfectly cooked.If looking for something in this price range, go to Green Garden and tastes what 5 stars tastes like!!!!
