Charming place with lovely staff. They recently changed ownership and expanded the food menu. They have a lot of nightly happenings every week and I plan on going to one of their trivia nights soon.

One bartender who did not seem to know what he was doing. Pecan Old Fashioned which tasted like maple syrup. Andes candy martini which tasted like a splash of creme de menthol and mostly readi whip (which they used) with an Andes candy. Since when are martinis kiddie drinks? They offer whiskey pours so we ordered roasted apple and gingerbread. Bartender says really, is gingerbread even on the menu? Then tells us it's actually called spice. No we had the spiced OF, this is different. Well we don't have it. One unknowledgable bartender and 5/6 women behind the bar not assisting him making drinks. We were brought someone else's OF's at least twice. It was absolute confusion. Food choices are a small bag of seasoned pretzels for $6.Friday night there was a man singing Frank Sinatra and much more. Acoustics are bad. Small place very loud.$60 to paint a sign using stencils and acrylic paints.

Started off promising, but quickly went down hill.My wife and I were in not too long after they opened at 4:00 PM this past Saturday, February 29. There were two other groups of people inside when we got there. The larger group seemed to just be enjoying some wine while chatting, and the smaller group was working on some arts and crafts. My wife and I sat at the bar where we were immediately greeted and our order of glasses of wine taken. I tried a Malbec while my wife had a Red Blend. While we were enjoying our glasses of wine, my wife noticed they have a mobile app you can download and sign up for offers/deals which she did. Upon setting everything up on the app, she was rewarded with a free drink! She showed this to the woman behind the bar, and was told that she didn't know how to do anything and was just helping her daughter out for the day.A couple of ladies came in and also sat at the bar to order some wine. Once they got their glasses of wine, neither the owner or her mom (just helping out for the day) would be seen behind the bar again for quite some time. These two ladies that were at the bar next to us couldn't order any more beverages should they want to, nor could they get their tab to close out. They ended up leaving some cash on the bar and leaving unnoticed. We decided we were not going to stay for another drink as well, and finally got the mom's attention to get us our tab. This lead to us being told she could not close us out herself because she did not know how to run a debit or credit card and had to get her daughter the owner to do it. The owner seemed more focused on cleaning up the place (while open for business rather than having this done before opening), and had to be flagged down to close us out.Ultimately, it was a disappointing experience. My wife had been wanting to check out Charbiance for quite a while and we finally had a chance this past weekend. She ended up feeling like she would not want to bother going back again due to the lack of customer service we experienced.

This place was great! Support local people! We came in and there was just 1 other group of people here. They have a ton of different options for painting, we did beer glasses and they turned out great. They walk you through the process of how it works and the various pricing. They had a ton of beer and wine options, we spent a few hours here painting and just relaxing. No issues with parking, it was a great date night.

Decided to check the place out as part of my Birthday celebration with friends. We came in as a walk in and were assured they could accommodate us. Quickly after our arrival we were given a tour so we were excited about the concept and our projects. After sitting at our table for 30 minutes waiting for direction, we should have decided just to leave because it was becoming quite evident they were way overbooked for the staffing they had. The owner seemed focused primarily on only one particular group and clearly had no interest in helping us. Having to ask for the supplies we needed and being told she was to busy to help us look for something was enough for me to know I wouldn't return or recommend them.

On May 7th I made a reservation for a class on May 29th. Four other family members signed up with me. We understood the no cancellations policy. I contacted MeShelle to reschedule and all was well. We hoped to return on June 12th. I asked to have my son and husband moved to the class on the 12th. I got a message from MeShelle "I don't know what you are referring to adding those names??are they going to be walk-ins and choose a project??" I wrote back that I had indicated I wanted to sit with them as they were my husband and son. On 5/29 at 2:24 pm MeShelle emailed and asked if J and M, my brother in-law and his wife were still coming? On May 29th at 2:29pm I responded that they also would not be coming because their trip was rescheduled due to us taking our son to ND since he had accepted a job there. On May 29th at 5:34 pm I received an email from MeShell stating that she has come in because my husband,son,brother-in law and wife had not rescheduled correctly. She also informed me the new date in June would not work for everyone and we needed to pick a different date. On May 30th I emailed MaShelle twice apologizing for the misunderstanding and telling her that my brother in law and his wife would not be attending and that they understood there would be no refund. I also asked to meet with MeShelle if possible at her convenience on June 7th to apologize for the misunderstanding and to reschedule a time while there for a future date. MeShelle's answer was "if you still want to come June 4th I will need a new project choice for arrows. They will not be available for that class date. Otherwise I will need another class date further out." So, that was the answer I got to wanting to apologize in person! I wrote her back and told her we would not be rescheduling. My take, if you want to go to Charmbiance be a walk in!!!!

Nice people, service and atmosphere. Our nachos and big pretzel were over cooked and black in places. I would go back for a cocktail, but never the food.

We paid $46 for two People for a wine flight and an old fashioned flight. Waste of money! They only have about 6-7 wines they use 4 of them from the same winery. The wines were not unique, seen them at Woodmans and cheap! The old fashioned flight all tasted the same. No one has any experience with the wine or anything else; mass produced flights that were not good! There was a duo band that was so loud you couldn't hear yourself think let alone talk, couldn't have a conversation. This is not a wine bar as it categorizes itself. Would not recommend for serious wine drinkers.

Mine and my friends first time at Charmbiance for a bingo event. Cute place and thought it would be fun, but a definite bad first experience. Regardless of being short staffed which I fully understand many places are and us all being patient, bingo was extremely unorganized. Lack of information on FB page as well as at the establishment regarding cost for bingo cards for every single game. Make sure you bring extra bingo chips if you have 3 bingo cards because you will run out as not enough was provided. I ended up tearing up pieces of napkin to place on my bingo card numbers. lol! Would get price info for drinks from the owners employee/friend/family and then another price from the owner. The owner as well as her other 2 employees/friends/family for that day were scrambling around and all not knowing what was going on. Which resulted in MUCH longer wait times for service. Would order a drink and wait but then they forgot and drinks never came. And yet, the owner was so worried about everyone's 2 drink minimum when no one could ever get proper service to get their drinks. And to top it off, the complete disrespect and unprofessionalism from the owner and how she spoke to my friend and her boyfriend. My friend and her bf don't drink alcohol and she currently had some dental work done, so they inquired about how to fulfill their 2 drink minimum. Rather than the owner telling her she could charge them for 2 sodas each but didn't have to drink them, the owner decided to get snippy and tell my friend she can just take out her mouth guards, order a mocktail, drink and put them back in. Where does she get off telling a patron what to do?? Very unprofessional coming directly from the owner. Also, double check you glasses/wine glasses ect, because everyone that we had looked dirty or maybe just bad water spots all over them. I am aware that this establishment has other events/arts and crafts hosted their, which maybe ppl may have a more positive experience. But none of us will EVER go back to support this business. Especially after how she spoke to one of her patrons. Maybe bingo is just the one event that has unorganized chaos. Hopefully many others have a better experience as it was a cute place. In the end, the owner did just waive the 2 drink minimum for my 2 friends. But that doesn't fix the horrible experience and disrespect from the owner.Best of luck to the owner and this establishment as the whole concept of the business is cute and unique. For the most part, reviews are meant to help and be a learning experience by providing owners/establishments with public experiences. And with the hopes of providing better services and understandings in all fairness of the views of their patrons. Not saying that I don't recommend this place at all, as maybe we just didn't pick the right event at that time. Thank you!

Stopped in on a Saturday night and the place was packed We were thinking wow! we really discovered a popular new place. Well it turns out that everyone was there for a "singles" wine tasting and paint night. Only one other couple appeared not to be with that group. During the entire 90 minutes or so that we were there not once did any of the 4 people working ever acknowledge us in any way. After about 10 minutes of sitting at a table we figured we better go up to the bar and get our wine. I would hate to think it was because we were at least 15 years older then anyone in the place. The wine selection was good, prices were fair. Big industrial strength wine glasses were not the best. Bottom line is that it looks more like group outing place with the painting and all rather than an actual wine bar.
