Food was kept nice and hot for pickup. Good fresh veggies in the dish, very tasty. Will definitely be coming back!

Upon approaching the facility was clean. Upon entering the facility was dark and the seating area was closed. Only a few chairs to sit and wait for your order. The gentleman at the counter was very polite and kind. I waited for a short time and then my order came out. Two chicken egg rolls. Nicely packaged. However, I was eating on my auto and I was not provided napkins. These egg rolls had a taste I cannot place, but it wasn't pleasant. I'd try another menu item, but not this one again.

Despite the reviews I attempted to give this place a fair shot, made a terrible choice. I don't know what going on with customer service these days. The manager was incredibly rude, no greeting when you walk in, and the rice was dry. Never again.....

Been a customer for years. Ordered Kung Pao chicken and pepper steak, pepper steak had almost no sauce in it, as you can see from the pic. The kung pao was mostly chopped celery and burned peanuts. You can see in the picture there are both burned and not burned peanuts. The whole dish tasted bad because of this. I had put in the order through grub hub and contacted them, they called Chan's and Chan's said they wouldn't do anything about it. I contacted Chan's myself, talked to a lady who refused to believe me and insisted she see pictures and I had to text her personal number to do so, I wasn't going to text her personal number and let her know I'd be sending the pics to grub hub which I have done. She said hold on, then she comes back and said she went to the kitchen to eat peanuts (bizarre and they are fine so she wasn't really sure what I was talking about. I'm like but the peanuts you have are different than the ones I have... mind you this is already almost a 10 minute phone call. Then some guy gets on and said he wanted to give me a credit for next time but wanted to see the pics too, I said I don't want a credit for next time because I won't return. I guess they can look at the pics on their review.

I have always enjoyed Chans and the owners who run it. Food is always great. We do not live close and one day they forgot to give us an item. They went out their way to drive to our house and drop off the food.

Food was good, service was friendly and place is humble but clean. It is reasonably priced but not cheap. They have extras like almond cookies and sauces available at the counter for purchase.
