Century Pub & Eatery

This place is great! I'm so glad we stopped in. I thought the place was primarily a bar, and they do have a two-sided, nice, wooden bar, but they also have a great selection of delicious food (way better than I'd expect at a bar), with plenty of tables and booths, and extensive hours. The service was friendly and top notch, and the prices were so affordable! I had a meatloaf special, a big portion, with from scratch mashed potatoes, green beans, and gravy, for 7.50. I could only eat half. They had three soups going (the Italian wedding soup was tasty), the wine was cheap and good, and the Ceasar salad was the best I've ever had (it had 6 or 7 different vegetables in it). There's interesting artwork on the walls, too. Highly recommended.

Food: excellent value for the price: for the price of a side salad, you get a full garden salad, with dark green lettuce. The totchos platter can be ordered without meat. It was ridiculously big and when they say it serves 2-4, they're understating that: more toward the 4+ person range. (The two of us ignored the server's warning, so we got to take a lot home and we hope that they reheat well!) The tots were crispy and the spice level was good while being mild enough for almost anyone to enjoy, I would imagine.Service and ambiance: casual and welcoming, the right balance between "I'll help you" and "I'll let you enjoy your mounds of food". It's beautiful and clean inside, with vintage diner charm.I look forward to returning!

Awesome food and environment. The staff is so attentive and friendly. 100% recommend the square cheese curds. They also have all flavors of vodka. Perfect for a mid day pick me up or pre game in the down town area. Steak cooked perfectly. Will be coming back!

Found this great little bar on a Sunday at 11 am. Had a sign advertising the prime Rib sandwich, lemon chicken soup, cream of tomato soup and chili. Oh, and $5 mimosa or bloody mary. All sounded great. The man sweeping at entry told us it was great, he was right. Swift service, and the pictures show the great food. The prime rub was tender and we ordered medium rare, so pink.the au jus was the best. There is a dessert case with various tempting treats, but we had no room. I made my husband skip a breakfast place for this, he was grateful.

I was biking today, because it was so beautiful. I thought I'd stop at Century Pub to get out of the sun for a bit and maybe grab a bite. My original thought was just some wings, but I know they have a great deal on a prime rib sandwich on Sunday's. The gentleman next to me suggested it, highly. I thought, why not! The portion was huge, it was delicious. Needless to say, the leftovers will probably serve two more meals for me. I highly recommend. The staff is always fantastic, to boot. Pardon what I had already eaten. Not to mention, it's $9 with a side of your choice.

My friend picked here to go for dinner because she had been here with her husband before. It seemed pretty clean and the staff was friendly. We got the fried pickles and cheese curds for appetizers. I also got a burger that was really good. I would like to come on a Sunday and try their prime rib sandwich special. I recommend the bloody Mary's!

The food was mediocre at best. However what really got us annoyed was the fact that they were supposed to be part of the Kenosha Restaurant week. We got there and were given menus by the bartender. When we asked about the items listed on the web site we were told "don't worry about it everything is under $10 so they were not going by the list"When we got the bill, it was $25.00 for 2 plus tax. Now $5 isnt much, it is NOT what we were told and a bit much for a panini which was cooked on a dirty maker( we could taste to old oil), a soggy BLT, and limp french fries.The chicken wings were very good which is why they get 2 stars instead of none.

I went to the website, to look at the menu as there was no menu listed. I think their website was hacked, as it took me to 3 different places around the country not related to this restaurant. I called the restaurant, an whoever answered the phone laughed at what I stated, and she said "I wouldn't put it past them if it was hacked". I asked if she noticed this, and she stated, "I NEVER look at YELP reviews". SERIOUSLY?

Went there during restaurant week. I took the menu from the website with me. The menu we were given there was totally different. They did give us the items we wanted at the price on my menu.When we came in, no one greeted us. As we walked in, a woman, I assume was the owner told us to sit where we wanted. After awhile, I mentioned I wanted to leave because we hadn't had anyone come over to ask us if we wanted a drink. Finally, the bartender came over, handed us their menu for restaurant week. We both ordered the hot beef sandwich mozzarella and fries and just ice water. The order seemed to take forever to get to us. Finally it came. It was good size. It was extremely dry. No ajus, no peppers .... nothing. We had to ask for a knife so we could cut the sandwich in half.Wasn't Restaurant Week supposed to highlight the restaurants? I guess not this one.One star just because I had to. Won't be back.

Waited over an hour for the food. Ended up getting it to go and then each person in the party had issues. No ranch on the chicken ranch wrap, no chicken in a different wrap, uncooked tater tots, cesear wraps drowning in dressing. It was just a disappointing experience.
