The CAH home brews and other available offerings are first quality. The staff continues to find new ways to make their patrons feel at home. Seriously, we are regulars because CAH is a rare find. The folks that prepare the food seem to always find a New twist on some favorites. If you looking for a friendly ambiance that welcomes the young and the old alike this is your place.

After not having eaten here in roughly a decade, I was in the area around the time they opened and didn't want to miss the opportunity to give it a try.I started with the cheese curds and deviled eggs for nostalgia as my wife and I used to always order them. The cheese curds are some of the best I have ever had. The deviled eggs were very plain, I honestly think the chef forgot to top it with an ingredient.For the main course I went with The Rooster which was fantastic. I did however upgrade to the Mac & Cheese for the side and that was a mistake. As for the beers, I did a flight and out of the 5 I tried there was only 1 that I didn't care much for. All in all, I will be back and bring the kids so that we can all enjoy some delicious cheese curds. (We will skip the deviled eggs however).

The restaurant was fairly PACKED on a Thurs night. The bartender was so sweet and made sure to take my order before the rush of people sat down.The DetailsChicken and Waffles Bites --- These were PHENOMENAL, MUST haveWinter Garden Salad w/ Shrimp -- This was alright, the shrimp was on the saltier endAnyways, I definitely recommend y'all stop by and check out this little restaurant if you're in the area.

Cary lacks for fancy places but this is one of a few. Good brewery and restaurant with better than expected options. It has a few surprising ones to get here so it's okay for all tastes. Beers of course are the main item. There's also some vegetarian choices like burgers, hummus, and more. Beer is the main thing of course. It should be at a brewery, and they have a few to choose from. There's quite a bit of good variety. It's about $6 a pint. That's pretty good for around here for sure. I had the Gilded Hammer, which is a golden ale. This is clean, crisp, with a mild bitterness as it says. Also food. We shared the Hummus Crudite, because they were out of Beyond Burgers unfortunately. It's about $9 for a good amount. This comes with pitas and vegetables. A healthier option than usual bar crap. This was better than expected and actually good. For sure I could come here again. It's one of the few more upscale feeling places around Cary. The beer is the highlight but get something here to eat too.

The service was attentive and quick. Food was plentiful and hot. I thought the atmosphere was a bit cold. Guess I like a more cozy atmosphere.

Another wonderful night out at the Cary Ale House! The cocktails and brews were delicious, the food was amazing, the service is out of this world. All the staff were friendly and attentive. Our server, Garrett, was on top of it! Great food and drink recommendations, fun attitude, and just the right amount of attention. Just a few of the reasons we continue to come back!

I ordered off the drink menu a specially prepared drink for the Christmas holidays and it was absolutely wonderful! Then I ordered the Blackened Shrimp with grits and it was also wonderful! Two out of two is a 5Star rating for me. The bartender was so very nice and precise in making the special Christmas drink. Ambiance was not great but I loved the feel of intimacy in a local town place. The other customers were all regulars who dine there several times a week. I will definitely be back.

Great food, drinks, and staff. The restaurant Is clean and has a bunch of games for adults and kids to play. Love this place!

Possibly the best clam chowder I've ever had. Tony is an incredible host. Order the poutine...you will be happy you did.
