Wow! This place is awesome. I had the best bone-in ribeye ever. The flavor was on point!! Hubby had the bone-in filet and loved it. It's a day later and I'm still thinking about how good my steak was!Really good martinis too!!Eric was our server and he was great. Super helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. The atmosphere was really cozy and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Another great dinner. Mark, the manager, really took good care of us. He stopped by our table and actually remembered my name. That is impressive as I was here about 4 months ago. My goal is to come here every time we visit, Milwaukee. That goal is easy to meet as the food is always great and prepared the same each time. See you in April! BTW we are coming California. Worth the trip every time.

After many years of a visit to Carnevore, I finally experienced a meal at Carnevore. The restaurant is smaller than I thought it would be and dark inside. There was very little room between our table of 6 people and the neighboring tables. The staff was attentive and polite. The steaks were cooked well, even the ones ordered filets ordered medium (gasp). The mushrooms were really good but tiny. We ordered the steak Tartare, which was okay. I had scallops with my NY strip, which were prepared well.Overall, I recommend it. It has a cozy ambiance and good option for steak.

Delicious! Delicious!Yes, it comes with a huge price tag but was it worth it. We enjoyed every bite. Service was great. Friendly staff, gave us tons of time to ourselves and checked in appropriately.Hard to choose from menu cause everything looked good. Tried bits and pieces things between the 2 of us. Couldn't find anything we disliked that we ordered except the free anniversary dessert was lackluster, but then again, it was free. We absolutely will be back and highly recommend. Again, the price is very spendy but well worth it for a special occasion!Happy eating!

5 of us dined on Saturday night. Two of us had Filets that were over-cooked, 2 steaks were fine, and the seafood entree was good. Granted, even at over-cooked they still tasted good. Our food was delivered by food runners to make sure it was hot, but our server didn't do her check back for a a little bit of time so by the time she asked how everything was, we said it was fine. Great dessert ($16).

Thanks Carnevor for making my birthday extra special! We arrived super early - 5pm when they opened, but I'm glad we did. We were able to enjoy some quiet time before the restaurant got busy. I loved the Carnevor martini - highly recommend. Our waiter, Will, was great at his job. We had several people stop by the table to help and offer bday wishes. The tomato mozzarella salad was the perfect place to start. Fresh and flavorful. I had the bone-in filet and my husband had the bone-in ribeye. Sides were yummy - risotto, potatoes, mushrooms. Removing a star because the shrimp I added on were almost inedible to me. They were so salty and overly grilled. Could use some acid to cut through the salt and burnt flavor. My husband ate them for me and said they were fine, so to each their own! Free dessert donuts were lovely and we liked the sauces. Price was steep but we had a lot of fun and felt well taken care of. We've been waiting to try Carnevor for quite a long time. After reading all of the great reviews surrounding the place, we finally were able to make a trip. The place has a very unique interior. My only complaint is that it was quite dark when we arrived, and it was almost hard to see the food. It was also quite noisy. I split the Domestic 16 oz Wagyu Ribeye with a family member since we had heard just how great the wagyu was there. It tasted even better than I could have imagined. We also ordered the mac & cheese, asparagus, and truffle frites. The fries and asparagus were both great; however, the types of cheese used for the mac and cheese didn't align with my personal preferences. The rest of my family enjoyed it though. Overall, it was a great experience and I hope to someday return.

Very low lighting in the restaurant romantic feel I enjoyed the ambiance the service was top tier. The food well let's start off with the bread and butter so good I mean really good. For appetizer we got shrimp, scampi, and octopus. The sauce on the octopus was amazing. The shrimp scampi was good. my question is would I order it again. I will probably try something else, but it was good. entrées for the table included ribeyes, lobster and lamb and side dishes included, spinach, mac & cheese, creamed corn and the mini potatoes . The steaks were phenomenal. The lobster was buttery and good as well. I did not so much enjoy the lamb dish, but that maybe a personal preference because I'm not big on the sauce that accompanied it was some type of cherry sauce now to the side. The mac & cheese was surprisingly good. I like the spinach nothing special, but it was good now the twice baked mini potatoes were trash. That's one thing I will say they should take off the menu they're under seasoned and just taste like nothing in your mouth. I'd rather have a baked potato or something else, but I did not enjoy them. The sides leave more to be desired but the beef lives up to the hype. Will I be back absolutely
