The decor is everything I hoped it would be! Sleek, modern, dark and romantic. The amuse bouche was indescribable! It was a mushroom soup (creamy). I do not like the texture of mushrooms so I don't eat them. This was so amazing: salty and earthy. We ate it up fast and could've licked the dish!Tenderloin and scallops for one of us and the steak frites for the other (but we shared as usual). The crust on the steak was perfection. The lobster mac and cheese was one of the best we have had (lobster was a tiny tad over but probably because we dove into that last and it sat several minutes before we even got to it) . The scallops were done perfectly.Highly recommend!Do yourself a favor and have the Marilyn Monroe cocktail. Have two!If you get Teagan as your server-you will be well cared for! She was top notch

Highlights/Lowlights1) Cool Vibe2) Bland Food3) Friendly ServiceWe came on a Friday night (had a reservation) and our table was ready right away which was great! The interior is well decorated and the space feels nice. We were probably seated for about 10 minutes before anyone came over or even fill our water glasses. When the server did arrive she was very nice and apologetic! Unfortunately we came during a time when the wine list was changing over so a lot of the wine menu (which was actually pretty sizable!) wasn't available. I tried ordering 2 different wines and both were out. The bartender did come over with some awesome recommendations and let me try a few which was very kind. We split the Caesar salad to start which was very average. To be honest, tasted like a salad from the salad kits you get at the grocery store. I ordered the steak frites and my husband did the NY strip with asparagus. Our takeaway is all of our food was bland. The steaks were cooked well enough but didn't really stand out. My fries tasted like pre-packaged freezer fries. Our bill came to around $200 which isn't terrible for a steakhouse but we did not feel like the quality mate chef the bill. This place has potential but they have some work to do!

I tried to make a dinner for my friends' birthday and they (Carbon management) first made us put a DEPOSIT down of $25 dollars each. Ok...the DAY BEFORE we got an Email saying if we didn't spend $100.00 each, they were going to charge us for that extra amount. If you look at the menu, an entree/salad/glass of wine would be over that. Easy!#dresscode#rude#itsasteakhouse

Made reservations two weeks in advance for a date. When we got there, we were told it would be just a minute, and we could hang out at the bar. That minute turned into 15 minutes and probably one of the worst seats in the restaurant that had been vacant the entire time anyways. Service was painfully slow. Another ten minutes to be greeted by server. Then service was painfully lacking. Slow to deliver, wrong order, no real amends to fix it, they offered to cook it and bring the second half of the main dish on the side as if it's an appetizer lol, it still needs to get cooked and I doubt I'll see it anytime soon. Then they said, "next time it's on me" like we're ever going to come back. Understaffed, amateurs for staff, but it's really an owner issue, because obviously the staff does what they do due to poor direction or leadership in the restaurant. Also the table next to ours had food from the prior group on it for about half an hour and never cleanedI wish I could say something nice about it? But this place is a joke if you're looking for a once-a-year steak and lobster type spot.Very unfortunate for the owner of the commercial building. This place isn't going to be able to keep paying rent soon. Start looking for your next tenant.

We took my brother & his family out for a nice steak dinner here on Saturday November 23rd. I was able to book online via open table. They do make you hold the reservation with a credit card, but don't charge you unless you cancel prior to 24 hours out, $10 a head. That seems reasonable, if they're holding your spot and you flake, it alters their situation for that night, especially with big parties. We got sat right away, it was surprisingly slow on this Saturday. We got a corner booth, were greeted right away, & got in our drink & appetizer orders. Our server was very nice, & also knew the menu by heart, & listed us his favorite recommendation along with what was a popular item ordered for each category.I ended up getting the bone-in ribeye, it was a nice steak, cooked medium the right way like I always get, & great flavor, I got that so I could give my kids some too. Both my wife & brother had the filet and really enjoyed it.Great food & customer service here, but don't forget your wallet.

Everything was fantastic. The ambiance, the service, the chefs, the drink and food. Had an espresso martini along with a filet and asparagus and potatoes. You really can't go wrong. They have amazing sauces with it. I got their specialty carbon sauce which was so good. Definitely recommend!

Decided to come here because of Milwaukee Downtown Dining Week. It was 3 course for $55. The server was extremely friendly and they had great bussers and food runners. Your water glass will never go empty. The inside has a great layout where you don't feel cramped. The lighting is dim to great a classy ambiance. First we decided to get cocktails. The Marilyn Monroe was amazing. It was passion fruit vodka cocktail basically it was so refreshing and just reminded you of being on a beach. We also got the black rose and it was very light and you could really taste the blackberry it was nice and balanced. The first course we got the onion soup and the chefs flatbread. The onion soup was thicker than a normal soup but had a fantastic flavor throughout. The flatbread was nice and airy, the arugula on top was fresh and helped tie the ingredients in.The second course I got the steak frites, the fries were truffle fries but could have had more truffle. The steak was huge and had a great seasoningFor the third course we shared the tiramisu and raspberry purple door ice cream. The tiramisu was decadent and so smooth.Overall it was a fantastic meal and we will be returning.

We walked in 20 minutes before our reservation and they still sat us right away. It was my birthday so we got to sit upstairs for a more private ambiance ! Our waitress Krystal was amazing and came over right away for drinks. I had a Prosecco and then a prickly pear. The prickly pear was good but it was all ice. I ordered 10 oz filet with chili butter. It was cooked to perfection and so tender. The Brussel sprouts with jalapeños were the best thing I've ever tasted in entire life. The service was very fast. The reason for the 4 out of 5 is because I thought the prices were steep considering I've had more to eat and drink at carnevore (which is right across the and paid less. For a 10 oz filet, 24 oz ribeye, steak fries, brussel sprouts, 6 drinks bill was $313 for 2 people.
