Calliope Ice Cream

This place has very innovative ice cream flavors, made in small batches. I tried 3 of flavors. Lemon lavender was the flavor I liked the most. Also that was the only seemingly normal flavor I tried. Kale smootie ice cream tasted kind of what the name suggests, kale smoothie. Summer tomato ice cream was a bit too much of a strech. I think tomato and ice cream doesn't go together that well. Mexican hot chocolate flavor seems to be very popular here.
