"I always point people to this spot when they ask where my favorite pizza is. I love the unique combinations that they come up with. We got two pizzas and some spinach artichoke dip. Our server had a lot of energy and was very attentive. We made a reservation on a Thursday and I'm glad we did because the place was poppin. There was live music, too."
"Santino's was our very first date night 3 years ago, and every visit since then has been the same amazing food. Santino's is reliable and consisent in both service and food. The Gigante Meatball is favorite dish to order- it's a simple classic done extremely well! Any and all of the pizzas are amazing- as well as their sangria. Whether you are looking for a semi-upscale restaurant, or a date night to enjoy happy hour (4-6pm)- Santino's is the place to go! Price was $87 for two adults, a starter, two entrees, and 4 alcoholic drinks during happy hour."

"If you're in the Lake Geneva area and looking for some good pub and pizza, this is a great go to place. They have a great family atmosphere and the ambiance is lively! The service is great and attentive without being overly annoying. The indoor and outdoor seating areas are so inviting and vast.We ordered the spinach and artichoke dip accompanied with flatbread. The dip was so creamy and the hint of parmesan on top just did it. The flatbread could have been an appetizer on its own. We also ordered some onion rings which were crispy and tasty. For dinner, we ordered a personal spinach pizza for my daughter which she absolutely loved. I had the bourbon chicken flatbread and chicken sandwich which were both excellent."
"Amazing food. Amazing customer service. Late night hours. Delicious homemade ranch. Quick local delivery. I've never, ever had even a slightly bad experience here. Goooooo!"
"I've been here many times and I've never written a review - overdue! Went again last night with a party of six - beautiful atmosphere, excellent service, outstanding food. It's a small place so on a holiday or weekend definitely recommend reservation. Or, order a carryout pizza! Can't go wrong..."
"I love this place! It is a favorite pick when going out with my boyfriend's sisters. It's a cute place, casual, always hoppin'! In the summer we sit outside; inside is cozy. There is something for everyone on the menu. But first... WINE! They have my favorite Montepulciano D'Abruzzo. The pizzas are great as well as the salads. My go to pasta is the Rigatoni Con Salsiccia E Gorgonzola. There is so much food, sometimes my man and I split a salad and pasta. You always have to leave room for dessert! The last few times, we have had the same server. She couldn't be more pleasant AND positive. I wish more people were like her! (And I wish I could remember her name...)Anyway, we will definitely be back the next time we are in the area."
"If there's a pizza I remember most in Milwaukee other than Ian's it's this one! That peppadew peppers and sausage pizza topped with hot honey was hot of this world incredible and I love the ability to pick your own fresh toppings and know the quality will be there. It might take some time for pizza to be made or waiting for a table at times but it is worth it for the price too! Great value and service and nice bar restaurant feel with sports games on. Must go!"
"Great spot right outside downtown MKE off the Brady strip. We got the "everything but fish" pizza, a meatball sandwich, and italian beef sandwich, all which were amazing! The pizza crust was a perfect thin crust and great toppings. we got the largest size after our servers recommendation and that ended up being way too much food because of all the toppings, not a bad issue to have though! Definitely would recommend if you want something local and not too busy."
"I tried this restaurant for the first time and it is fairly priced! The pizzas were delicious and had plenty of toppings. I got the Amazon Deluxe and I added pineapples. Quick service and good pizza. I would recommend!"
"Great setting. Attentive staff. Outstanding product. Pastry, coffee, tasty stuff. Highly recommended"
"I knew a guy who used to always rave about the pizza from this place so I decided to stop by for lunch today. The place is small and cozy looking with a U shaped dining room. It's only tables and chairs by the way so no romantic booths. Service was slow but they were busy for lunch and pizza take out never stopped. I ordered the cheese and sausage which took about 20 minutes and looked good when it finally arrived. It had the quintessential cracker thin crust that was sliced unevenly with this one inch slice on the right side of the pizza. The sausage was on the skimpy side and unevenly placed so it's basically one piece sausage on each slice and a slice or two had no sausage, see my pictures. The crust was thin and crispy and I felt once again it needed a little more sauce and cheese compared to other pizza places around town.Overall the pizza was good but it's poorly executed compared to other places around town In I thought."
"New Favorite! We were on the hunt for fast casual greek eats a few months ago, wanted to try something new, and stumbled upon Brothers Gyros & Pizza. Our experience from beginning to end was outstanding. We entered to find the restaurant neat and sparkling clean. Though they definitely have fast casual vibes (even a drive thru!), when they discovered we were dining there, we were seated and provided menus. So, a nice touch that folks dining in don't have to order at the counter. They also bring your food right to your table--lovely.Their falafel sandwich is ample and bursting with flavor. Their greek fries are spot on perfect--not too much lemon, herbs, and ample fresh and flavorful feta. The service is warm and friendly. Seriously, what's not to love?Get to it!"

Pie for pie the best za in the city!Transfer has been a staple in the MKE pizza scene for decades, and for good reason. They have an excellent variety of pizza options, but you must try one of their garlic sauce pizzas! 2 of our favorites are the Garlic Special: garlic cream sauce, cheese, sausage, mushroomsOr Garlic Lovers: garlic cream sauce, cheese, pepperoni, sausageYou really can't go wrong with any pizza you order, although I will say the dill lacked any hint of dill flavor, so that was disappointing. The service is great, very attentive and helpful navigating the menu. Also fun: They have live jazz music every Thursday! Most pizza spots are made to carry out, but Transfer has created a warm and inviting space to dine in on some tasty za!

We stopped in on thanksgiving eve and it was the perfect choice for dinner and some time for us before the holiday. The restaurant is cozy and has a classic feel. We didn't make a reservation so we sat at the bar. I recommend making a reservation if you plan on going. The menu is not large but offers a good range of Italian options. We ordered a bottle of Torre Zambra Montepulciano wine, the infamous "bocce ball", Canicattì pizza, Caesar salad, and tiramisu. Everything came out in good timing and was delicious! We loved the pizza and I enjoyed that it was a little different than traditional pizza. The Canicattì is house made garlic sauce, Italian sausage, mushrooms, and mozzarella. We will definitely be back another time to try more of the menu! I never think of coming in the summer, but with the location and the patio, I would love to spend some time here!

What a gem in a great location! It seems many of the locals frequent as we had to wait 25 minutes for a table at 1:30 pm for lunch. It was totally worth the wait! Hostess and servers were friendly and great. Great variety of options for both drinks and food. Can't wait to go back and try more options! The cheese soup was so velvety smooth and delicious I could have had more. The fish fry is a standard menu item which I soooo appreciated! Flat bread is like half a pizza and so fresh. Tons of ample parking, spacious and clean aesthetics.

Hands down, best pizza in Milwaukee! Made fresh to order, with obvious love, don't skip this spot! Their garlic knots are so good it's almost sinful. From the hot handmade slices with all the toppings you could imagine, to the freshest burrata salad, nothing on this menu should be off limits. Great stop after any night out in Bay View. And the servers are always happy to see you. We'll be regulars for life at this one.

As other reviewers have commented, the quality of food at this restaurant was top notch before the pandemic but apparently declined when it first reopened after the pandemic. We dined at Il Ritrovo for the 4th time recently and had a memorable experience that far exceeded the previous visits. The two dishes that we shared for lunch were Con Tono (tuna sandwich) and Pesce del Giorno - Seabass Special. The tuna sandwich had a wide spectrum of flavorful ingredients (tuna, pickled vegetables, cherry tomatoes, and spicy mayonnaise) that made each bite a delightful party in my mouth. The Seabass Special was cooked perfectly with the skin on both sides crispy and the meat inside moist and flavorful, and the tomato sauce on top adds some sweet and sour tastes that further enhanced the flavor of the fish. The dish also came with sauteed spinach and cannellini beans on the side. The spinach was tender and fresh and probably cooked in high heat for a very short time, as it was crispy but not mushy or chewy. The cannellini beans were cooked just right in a flavorful sauce with tomatoes and flavorings. The Italian bread that we were served was clearly freshly baked round lunch time that day and tasted very good. There were a lot of customers that day, and the servers were very busy but still attentive. Our server gave us the tuna sandwich first to make sure that we could start enjoying it fresh and told us that the fish would be ready in a couple of minutes, even updating us about it 30 seconds before it was ready. The restaurant had evidently made other improvements since our last visit in May 2023. The menu seemed substantially different, adding multiple panini and pasta dishes and also serving main course dishes that were not available for lunch in the past. I now feel no hesitation in calling it one of the best restaurants in Wisconsin.

Walker's Point Staple! As residents of walkers point I was excited to try fixture. They were pretty busy the night we went but they did everything in their power and cleaned up some table space for us. We were seated and in no time they were able to help us. We enjoyed that they truly incorporated the neighborhood with all the items on the menu taking on names of local places. We enjoyed the WP tattoo pizza because my fiancé loves Hawaiian pizza... but it was actually really good for Hawaiian pizza. We also enjoyed some calamari and were overall happy and pleased for a good spontaneous food outing.

I visited Zaffiro's while in Milwaukee on business after seeing it on the list of Top 100 pizza places in the US. Does it deserve to be on the list? If it was solely based on flavor, the answer is "no", but it is a very unique pizza place. Zaffiro's is known for their thin crust pizza. I grew up on New Haven style pizza, which is very thin, but this pizza is thinner than that to put it in context. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and it was extremely tasty. The pizza had a generous amount of toppings, really good sauce to cheese ratio, and the crust was super crispy. It was cooked perfectly with the right amount of char and doneness. I personally have never encountered a pizza that thin and able to maintain it's integrity while eating it without some type of fold...that's pretty special. The staff working at the restaurant is phenomenal. Most of them have been there a long time and I love the rapport they have with each other. The regulars were really nice too. Good vibes all around. Great atmosphere! Definitely worth a visit!

"It was my first time trying this place and it was really good. I got the double pan pizza and the crust was really tasty. I will for sure order again"
"Delicious food and great happy hour deals. Stopped in around 4pm and it wasn't too busy. Many more people started rolling in after. The restaurant is clean and has quirky little design details - from the lights to the cabinet front wall. Staff was also very accommodating and ready to help navigate the menu. We shared the meatball appetizer which was great. Thick meatballs but not too heavy or greasy. The sourdough bread was an unexpected highlight and perfect for scooping up every drop of sauce. The happy hour deal gives $5 off of 10" pies (a great deal), so we ordered the vegan supreme. The crust was crisp enough to hold the toppings while still being sod and foldable. The veggies were fresh and flavorful, and all sat on just the right amount of sauce. The vegan cheese was super creamy and tied it all together. Will certain be back to try more items!"
"Where to start?* charcuterie and cheese board - just get it. It's beautiful and so delicious. The cheeses are on point, the veg are perfectly roasted and seasoned. * wine list, bar and bartenders are * I loved the pasta with mushroomsThis is a place we LOVE, and love to experience with friends.Go and enjoy!"
"East side flair!Love the selections of pizza! Don't worry, they have salads and breadsticks! The seating outside is most enjoyable on a breezy, summer day. There is indoor seating as well. Select your food, pizza will be warmed in the oven and is to you in minutes. I was disappointed with the "garlic sauce" for my breadsticks as it was thick and still refrigerated and lacked a garlic taste.."
"You get to pick make your own 11 inch pizza for 15$ or make your own salad or Mac n cheese for 11-13$. This is one place that does it right from the hard working employees helping their customers to making sure they don't skimp on toppings you want and you can ask for extra toppings at any time. They have all sorts of veggie and meat options to choose from and have an unlimited Amt of options. For 15$ it's a great lunch or dinner option in the area with fresh ingredients and great service! I would def go back. Only drawback is it takes a bit of time for cooking the pizza but that's all part of the process of how you will enjoy it"
"Pizza at Wilderness Resort is disgusting. Delivered large green owl supreme from here was fantastic- fresh veggies on top, quality mozz, delivered warm. The crust and style is almost medium by density. It is definitively not NY style pizza as advertised and i wouldn't really call it thin either. No biggie. But the Mediterranean salad WAS AWESOME. Really as good or better quality than what you'd get in Madison. Surrounded by the junk at the resort, this was a welcome respite, loved the pitted olives and feta especially. They provided plates and cutlery as well. Before tip i thjnk it was 35 and took about that long to deliver as well. Thanks!"

"It was Friday night and I had to take an unexpected trip to the ER with my mom. During her visit that ended up being in excess of six hours, my husband and I needed to run out and have some dinner before heading back to the ER. Capri di Nuovo is 3 minutes from Aurora and provided a much needed oasis in our otherwise bleak Friday evening. We were able to sit on their charmingly lit planter lined patio. We began the evening with whiskey old fashioneds made the Wisconsin style. They were great. For our dinner, I got their individual sized Italian cobb salad which was small but mighty. It was bursting with freshness and flavor. My dining companion got their lasagna with ricotta, which was huge. I had a couple bites and it was all cheesy deliciousness. One note: it came with two serving spoons and is definitely meant to feed 2-3 people (we didn't know and he ordered as his entree!). I also got a side of garlic bread and a small side of one piece, came with two large pieces. They were a bit hard/crunchy for my taste but the flavor was great. The service was attentive and kind and the prices are incredibly reasonable.Get to it!"
"Amazing food and service! The WINGS are phenomenal. The best in Milwaukee. Hands. Down."
"What a great space! Despite its size, it's often quite busy, but in summer, the outdoor space adds a lot of real estate. It's a very family-friendly spot, with regular and "high-top" high chairs. There's often live music. Food is great, including rotating specials. We especially like the Notorious PIG and Tony Pepperoni pizzas; the fries are perfect for sharing. We really enjoy their wide variety of beer too, and they recently started carrying wine. The only issue we've had is a few SNAFUs with the QR code ordering system, but the staff is quick to help with any problems."
"I think I kinda love this place.I especially love it during the holidays. Their holiday decor is all twinkling and over the top. It's become an absolute must stop for us during the holidays. Most recently, we got reservations for a date night and enjoyed our table surrounded by twinkling lights and Santa decorations. I had done a ton of traveling for work throughout December and was so glad to stop here when I was home as it absolutely put me in the holiday mood.I ordered their old pal cocktail, which is their spin on a boulevardier and was absolutely delicious. We also enjoyed their fresh and flavorful bruschetta as a starter. For my main, I got their eggplant parmesan. It was delicious. I've had eggplant parmesan be served very saucy--there's is not. I thought it was good but if you prefer one swimming in tomato sauce, this may not be the dish for you. I didn't get it on the most recent trip but I do so love their specialty pizzas as well. The service is always lovely and the prices are reasonable.I do recommend reservations as they can get pretty busy. I believe the only way to make reservations is to call.Get to it!"
"I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at Pizza Man. I've attended both group functions (work holiday parties, etc.) and gone with friends. I appreciate both the pizza options (they're all good!), as well as the non-pizza menu items. There is a balsamic cauliflower dish that is amazing! The servers are always friendly and patient. I've had at least two recent visits where I've lingered at the table way too long, catching up with friends, and the servers never rushed us out. Top notch!"
"This is a great sports bar with more than enough TVs to ensure you will be able to watch your game from any seat in the place. Bucks, Brewers, Packers, and Bills fans will feel right home at Steny's. The staff provides friendly service and is attentive. Regarding the food, it is great pub food. For appetizers, you can't go wrong with their cheese curds. I tend to get wings when I visit, there is a great selection of dry and wet seasonings. My personal favorites are honey BBQ and lemon garlic. Steny's has a large drink menu with plenty of high-quality micro and macro beers and their bloody marys are some of the best in town."
"Food was delicious!! We had salmon salad, jalapeño burger and loaded potato skins. Original Long Islad was amazing!! Our host Cindy was the sweetest!! Highly recommend!!"
"I prefer the spring/summer menu over the supper club style they are doing during the winter. The steak frites was pretty dry. The butter chicken is a safe option. But I'd be happy eating any of their pizza's year round. The Salad here is sorry for the price. Service can be hit or miss. Ambiance is still nice, especially the patio on a nice day."
"Our visit to Emil's Tavern on Center was met with a mix of positives and areas that could use improvement. Arriving on a Saturday night, we found the place to be decently packed, reflecting its popularity among patrons.Unfortunately, the seating arrangement was not ideal. Despite requesting a booth, we were seated at a larger 7-8 seater booth, which felt excessive for just two people. It would have been more comfortable to have a smaller, more intimate space. To our disappointment, the restaurant was out of their specials, limiting our choices for the evening. However, the Bee's Sting pizza with mushrooms that we ordered turned out to be a highlight. The pizza had a nice, crispy crust and the combination of flavors was enjoyable. We also tried the Buffalo chicken wrap with Sweet potato fries, which was decent but did not stand out as exceptional. One minor inconvenience was the initial lack of plates when our food was served. We thought we would have to eat directly from the shared platter, but plates were eventually provided. However, it would have been better if this detail had been addressed promptly.Regrettably, the service fell short when we wanted to order Buffalo sauce. Despite our request, the server did not return to our table, leaving us without the desired condiment for our meal. This lack of attentiveness was disappointing and affected our overall experience.Despite these shortcomings, the ambiance of Emil's Tavern on Center was pleasant and had a lively atmosphere. The staff members were friendly and accommodating when initially seating us, and the Summer Shandy beer I ordered was enjoyable. While Emil's Tavern on Center had its moments of satisfaction, the issues with seating, unavailability of specials, lack of attention to detail, and incomplete service prevented us from having a truly exceptional dining experience. With some improvements, this establishment has the potential to provide a more consistent and enjoyable visit for its patrons."
"The best pizza I've had in a long long time. Thin crust, fresh mozzarella, juicy sausages.... Cut into little squares which apparently is a thing in these quarters. Seating like a diner but pizza is what they do/did... for about 75 years."
"Somehow, the new owners have managed to resurrect Maria's even better than the former! We got a pepperoni supreme and the pizza was loaded with lots of fresh veggies and it was perfectly cooked. The meat was seasoned to perfection and the pizza had the right amount of cheese. Overall this place is great, please make sure they stay going strong!"
"I hidden gem in Kenosha Wisconsin. This eatery has a wide array of delectables, ranging from comfort-food, to sandwiches, wraps, salads, soups, and thick/thin-crust pizza. I had the 1/4 lb. bacon-deluxe cheeseburger, with the side of chips, and found it very delicious. A full bar in tavern and plenty of seating. Carry outs also welcome! I'm coming back to try the pizza. Plenty of free parking!"
"Employees - very friendly and helpfulSauce - goodToppings - very goodGluten-free crust - unfortunately, like cardboard. Very stiff and bland. I imagine if you are getting regular crust, you'd really love this place."
"This was a home run 5/5 for everything. Sat in the sunroom patio for a little evening sunlight. Temp was still warm even though it was cold out. Our waitress provided more than quick friendly service, she had her own personality and engaged in conversations with us. The food was AMAZING. Love the wood fired bread/pizza crust. The sauce for the mussels had a delicious garlic lemony butter that I soaked up with the bread. Everything had so much flavor and I cannot wait to return!"
"Best Italian Beef sammies...full stop.I've been around Chicago for over 40 years. Ron's is the best."
"What HUGE, YUMMY, DELICIOUS sandwiches!! Didn't get guy's name who took our order, but he was patient, as it took me about 5 min to find order I had written, and humorous, as he joked I had until 6:45 to put in my order-it was 3;00 when I started, and all this was done with a smile on his face that was genuine. We order the LARGER of the size sandwiches and they were huge...I was bummed I didn't take a picture until I thought about doing that on my almost last bite and I finished last. The cookies we got were also soft and fresh. If you want a meal for your money JUST order a sandwich!!"
