"Went here with my daughter and grand daughter for a coffee and play date. The place was clean and stocked with an array of fun toys and activities for my granddaughter to play with and explore. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. This is a great place to catch with friends while your littles play."
"Great ambient, nice cafe with hot drinks, desert and freshly made food Variety of nice choices"
"I'm reviewing the PB and Jammin smoothie. It's the only smoothie I had because I can't ingest them all right now. Maybe over the next few weeks I can. BUT the PB and Jammin is good, good for me! Not too fruity and just enough PB flavor to let you know its there but not taking over the party."
"A cute little coffee shop located right in front of the Woodlake Market. The coffee is piping hot which gives me time to write this review. Wow...talk about fresh!!!There is a daily special coffee on the board, which was a white mocha today, those are to sweet for me. They have everything from coffee, espresso, mochas and smoothies along with baked goods too. We had a chocolate chip cookie and it was really good. The staff was very nice. The lady making our coffee acknowledged that we were not from here and asked where we were visiting from. I am sure 50% of there customers are tourists from the hotel or business clients visiting Kohler Corp. There are two small couches inside with one facing the counter. It is a little awkward to sit there because you are looking directly at the staff. There is a great outdoor patio that is nicely shaded or you can even drink at one of the tables inside the Woodlake Market!I went back in to get a little more cream and the sweet lady offered me a refill on my coffee. How nice was that? This is a great place for a little caffeine rush or to satisfy your sweet tooth! Plus there is free wifi too!!!"
"McCocos is a well decorated, instagram worthy restaurant with decent food. The vibe and aesthetics as soon as you walk in make for a fun vibe! I went with a group of 6 and called for a reservation earlier in the day. We were sat within ten minutes of arrival which was great since they were very busy on a Friday night! Drink menu is extensive- all drinks sweet. After sitting, we did wait quite awhile for someone to take our order ~20 minutes. Once our order was taken, it was quite a bit before we received our drinks. The ambiance didn't make this a huge deal but I can see if someone wanted a quick dinner where it would run into issues. We placed our food order and we're told that the kitchen was backed up. We appreciated them being upfront and honestly the food wait wasn't that long considering the warning ~30 minutes. I ordered the churrasco with tostones. Fabulous flavor but overcooked. Overall, I am looking forward to trying this again, but the wait times and service issues were evident. I truly think they are just understaffed. All in all, we were there for over two hours and received two drinks and our meals. I will be back to give them a second try, maybe on not such a busy night."
"The best honey boba in town! The husband and wife along with small staff do a great job with there small menu. The treats are tasty and their boba is excellent! The teas are brewed, not powder and the smoothies use real fruit. The shop is cute and there's 2 dashboards to keep you busy if they are crowded."
"This was an unexpected stop because I have never seen a food truck here and I wanted to grab some lunch so I stopped. The woman was nice who took my order. OMG they have a Mexican ramen on the menu so I'm getting that and a sample steak taco. The two sauces red and green were acceptable with the green over powered with vinegar and I thought and the red was better. My steak taco on corn tortillas with cilantro and onions was average. The ramen was the winner because it was flavorful with shredded meat, cilantro and onions mixed in the ramen so I couldn't tell what the meat was but it was shredded. The idea of Mexican ramen is so appealing and usually good but few places have it on the menu. I would definitely stop back for the ramen again. Yes I added them to Yelp so they could have a presence and they are not there on Mondays"
"Cute.little neighborhood coffee shop on Keefe between holton and Humboldt. The decor is kind of mid-century meets shabby chic, and while I mention it's neighborhood-y, there was plenty of parking (street plus possibly a parking lot) it's also on the beer line trail for all the cyclists out there. I had a delicious chocolate orange muffin (delightful!) And a nice sugar free vanilla latte. They also had a lot of lunch/savory dishes and smoothies. Service was very pleasant.Highly recommend!"
"Great menu of nutritious protein, coffee, and tea drink and great friendly, helpful service!"
"Awesome coffeehouse with comfortable seating both indoors and out. The outdoor seating overlooks the mouth of the river and has a couple of fire pits to sit around for the cooler days. (It is right off of Lake Michigan... so there are a lot of them!).They offer a very unique pastry type meal called a " Croffel". The best way to explain it would be an open faced sandwich or pastry with the meat or fruit on top of the croissant. Today I had the ham and cheese croffel and it was great. Drink menu is extensive. Good coffee too."
"Lisa, the owner, is a very nice lady. She has developed this business over the last several years through hard work, great service, a comfortable ambiance, and really, really great coffee! Stop by anytime you and your tastebuds want your taste buds to smile!"
"Second visit but we will be back. Fast and friendly service. Good ice cream, not custard, but very good. One scoop is $4 and is equivalent to a large at the local gelato shop just down the way. Park in back off of Wisconsin Ave and sit on the boardwalk on Fowler Lake. Small selection of flavors and hasn't changed a week ago so don't know how often they change flavors."

Great food, friendly service, and calm, modern atmosphere. Great spot to meet for a coffee and food, perfect lunch date spot, or remotely work. Check this spot out!

We had a rather large smoothie order; all of our smoothies were correct, really, REALLY yummy and the staff was super nice. Next time we are in the MKE, we will be swinging by, for sure!

Loved the Lemon Caper Tuna Melt. It was so good that I went back and got one another To Go so my wife could try one! The sandwich came with a pickle for $9. Well worth it! When you order from the coffee shop area you are given a buzzer that will alert you when to pick up your food at the deli counter (in the grocery part of store). There is a coffee shop or maybe break room type dinning area located near the deli. I would also highly recommend the Smoothy Bowls. They are a bit pricey at $11, but pretty good. The best part is all the fresh fruit on top. It was refreshing to see staff that was so friendly to work with. The girl who took my order was really nice and reflected well on the business. I do have an issue however. Maybe they don't want a lot of call in business for some reason, but it is almost impossible to find a menu anywhere online. Maybe I just couldn't find it, but if it's out there, I'm not sure where! The coffee shop is part of the woodland market which is all owned by The Kohler Company.Calling in takes you to the Kohler phone answering service and the online presence for this business is buried in the Kohler website. I guess that if you want to try one of those amazing Lemon Caper Tuna Melts you may have to go in to get one!

I love this place! I went during the summer for their lunch special and the food is $8 from 11-3P. The food was so delicious and the drinks were great! The ambiance makes you feel like you're in Puerto Rico, or somewhere in the Caribbean. I definitely recommend this place. Service is a little bit of a wait but it's because they are perfecting your meal and I appreciate that.

Kuumba is a wonderful addition to the neighborhood. As soon as I entered the cafe I was welcomed with a beautiful and refreshing energy. The aesthetic is absolutely one conducive to getting creative juices flowing. Speaking of juices, I ordered a Forever Greens Juice and drip Brazilian roast coffee, both of which were perfect. The juice balanced the sweeter and more savory notes very harmoniously. I really enjoyed the fact that Alex and Arianna took time to speak with me; it was a fantastic conversation. I didn't get to look around the cafe as much I would have liked since I was enthralled with the coffee and conversation and needed to get back home sooner than later. That's okay though, this gives another good reason to return soon and try more great food and drinks!

"Location: ****Menu Variety: *****Service: **Value: **This review is based on smoothies compared to the competitor, Jamba Juice or even Good Harvest just down the road, and nothing more. Of course, taste is very subjective to each person but in my opinion and a few other smoothie drinkers I've asked, which one do you prefer in the battle of smoothies? All of us without hesitation prefer Jamba Juice for taste and value. The good: Smoothie King has a huge menu...HUGE menu which offers a variety of smoothies to fit your needs. From 21 energy blends to 24 fitness blends to 18 weight management blends to 19 healthy/wellness blends to 18 regular fruity blends to 6 kids blends you have a lot to choose from. The taste: Again, very subjective but Smoothie King is not as thick, seems sweeter (is that more juice?) and does seem to lack a full taste. I've had the protein and fruit smoothies and just doesn't compare to Jamba. Again, you decide. The "you decide": Service and value. Teenagers are the staff and if there is an issue, the few times I've been there, no management in sight. How about value? Smoothie King prices tend to be slightly higher than Jamba Juice, but they have different-sized cups so it's not a fair comparison, but it is more expensive. Depends on what you get, but a typical family of 4 walking out of there at least $30+ lighter in the wallet... so for me it is more expensive smoothie and not as good tasting (versus Jamba) but that's my opinion and what is your opinion?"
"Small coffee shop that in the middle of the town no one should miss if passing by or staying here . We had the secret garden latte (hot) and peach cobbler cold brew , so delicious"
"Order from here while starting at Blue Harbor. Super good coffee, good sandwiches, but delivery took FOREVER."
"Okay but I could actually live inside the Daily Dose. The aesthetic here is amazing. Earthy tones, sleek counters, lots of natural light, and modern furniture. Everything about the place is very inviting. Plenty of seating, plus conveniently placed outlets if you want to pop open your laptop and get some work done. You'll also find a little kids corner with a few books and toys (as a mom, I appreciate!). There are additional seats at the bar, and a private room, almost like a conference room space you could use for a meeting or just a group gathering! As for their menu items, plenty of fresh options. Smoothies, bowls, gluten-free toasts, parfaits, juices, and little healthy bites you can grab & go from their fridge. I went for their Daily Detox smoothie, a blend of cucumber, kale, apple, orange, banana, ginger and coconut water. I'm a huge ginger fan and you could certainly taste it in this smoothie. It was very refreshing and surprisingly not too sweet. With all of their smoothie options, you can pick add ons like chia seeds, flax, hemp hearts, collagen, etc. - love that. Oh and I also got the garden toast with hummus, greens, olive oil, chimichurri seasoning and cucumber. Delish.Excellent eats, super friendly staff, and a really enjoyable atmosphere."
"Sooooo I ordered the three day cleanse from their website in hopes of doing a "reset" because my cravings for sweets had gotten wayyyyy out of hand. I don't typically eat a lot of sweets and I was definitely overindulging. It's also been a year since my last juice cleanse, so I figured it was time. Delivery was a bit delayed (COVID), but I was aware that that may be the case because there was a notice on the website about it. I ordered them on a Monday and they arrived that Friday. Not too bad and as soon as I got them, I dove right in. Let me just say that I was pleasantly surprised at the taste of these juices. I'm not sure if it's because I've juiced before so I knew what to expect or what, but I can truly say that I enjoyed the taste of these juices. Super hard to pick a favorite, but there were some I enjoyed more than others. If it's something you're new to, they may be an acquired taste. It was also very affordable and they had a discount code available online at the time I purchased mine, which was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be ordering from here again!"
"This is another store that I kind of found by accident. I had some time to kill before a appointment and just google searched HEALTH FOOD STORE. Village Market was closest to me so i stopped by.They have a large collection of just about anything one would need from supplements to essential oils and natural personal care products.I haven't tried their foods yet, but I did buy essential oils on several occasions as well as Dr. Bronner soap which is typically on sale every time I go there. It's a nice, open lay out and easy to find what i need.My only complaint? The customer service. They aren't rude or anything, just not particularly super helpful. They don't say hello when you walk in really and they don't offer to help you find anything. When I do ask for help, they are usually not too familiar with what I am looking for. They are very nice and friendly and it won't stop me from going back, but I won't go there expecting a lot of help."
"My family and I stopped here on our trip home from the UP to Chicago. It's a bit off the highway, but we were so glad we stopped by. This coffee shop was amazing. The address is a bit misleading, because you enter the coffee shop from 19th St, but it's accessible from 18th, just not as easily. I almost didn't even go in because the building is so nondescript, it didn't seem like there'd be a beautiful coffee shop inside. The beverage menu was extensive, and the coffee/food we got were absolutely delicious. Everyone on the staff there was super helpful and so nice. They were so accommodating to me and my family. The lobby area was beautiful and comfortable. They had comfy leather chairs, plenty of table space, and even a couple of long high top tables with wireless chargers and charging cables available for almost any device you need. I also really enjoyed the tree inside. We will be stopping by here again, for sure, it was worth every minute off track."
"Awesome little place. So glad I found it. Fresh ingredients and natural ingredients. The owner was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. Many options to choose from, smoothies or bowls. They also have a points system, so stop on by and support a small business while earning points towards your next drink."
"The very best food around!! Sweet people! Prices are so fair! our new very favorite Asian restaurant to eat in and carry out! AAA plus !!! Try it!!! Perfection!!!"
"This location is SO cute!! I came here with several girlfriends and tried several items and flavors and all were amazing! Danny is so kind, informative, and patient. He made the experience a 10/10. We will be coming back and highly recommend!"
"Food delicious, people wonderful. Customer service awesome. Prices great, very clean. Will elaborate later! I am so hungry and it smells so wonderful. I about to bust my neck! Lol. I have been waiting to come while it was open for the longest!!! Mmmm. There's soon much to choose from. Yaaaas!"
"Good coffee, good Wi-Fi, and friendly service. They have bakery goods from Madison Sourdough, a really nice touch."
"This spot gives off diner vibes but specializes in wraps. It came highly recommended when looking for breakfast spots in Lake Geneva. Chose to build my own breakfast wrap, and it was fun to see them build and cook it right in front of you. You can pick every ingredient, from veggies down to the flavor of your wrap. The service was very friendly and gave recs when asked. Perfect for on the go or a bite in if you can find seating (it's tiny). Come hungry because it's VERY filling and be sure to grab plenty of napkins because the wraps end up being massive and ours unraveled while eating, which made things a bit messy but still delish."
"We visited Grassroots for a lunch with work, which was my first time stopping by. My coworkers all had positive experiences here and recommended going. I thought it was enjoyable and appreciated the wide variety of options to choose from. I tried the Kriti Salad, which was basically a Greek salad. I chose to add chicken. I almost wish I had tried the Asian Salad, as I think I would have liked the roasted peanut ginger dressing a little better than the Greek goddess dressing on the Kriti. Don't get me wrong, the salad was good but there were a lot of choices. The salads are large, so they are a pretty good value. One thing our group lamented about was the dressing on top made it hard to mix things up properly as the salad was so thick. It would be nice if the salad was tossed in a large bowl before being served to distribute the dressing. Other than that, everyone enjoyed their lunches. There was an issue with one of the wraps a coworker had, but the staff was quick to correct it and totally re-made the wrap. For this I would say the customer service was excellent, definitely going above and beyond. I look forward to returning at some point to try one of the other salads, or maybe go with the build-your-own. It's nice to have a healthy place to get a quick lunch so close to work."
"Nestled in the lower east side of Milwaukee, The Lafayette Place serves up amazing vegan brunch fare.We recently stopped by on a Saturday morning. Though an intimate space, we were able to find a spot immediately right by the window (lovely!). Their space is chic and comfortable. We started our morning with their oatmilk cafe au lait, which was comfort in a cup. So yum. One thing to note is that though they have some delicious coffee options, they don't have espresso drinks. Not that we were bothered, just a note! For my breakfast, I got the cheesy hash which was an absolutely flavor explosion. It was so tasty and over-the-top delicious with just the right amount of heat. It's a tasty combination of their house potatoes, roasted veggies, vegan chorizo, melted violife cheese, avocado & avocado chipotle sauce. It's also served with a side of toast (which was hearty and delicious). The service is some of the best in the city. Seriously. They're so lovely in here.Get to it!"
"So far really good milk tea I've had. place is clean and you order in a kiosk. :) I will definitely come here often"
"Stopped here for the first time today. Very clean and well lit, with several places to sit. Very pleasant staff member at counter. Both of us tried the Tealux Signature Milk Tea, which was very good. Want to come back in the future to try the Vietnamese Iced Coffee and the smoothies. We're hoping that this location will add Bahn Mi and other food in future as other Tealux locations already offer. Great option in this area for additional variety of food and snacks beyond fast food and pizza."
"As always this place is amazing. Super fresh ingredients. The employees are nice and friendly with quick order completion."
"This sweet little shop is just off the trail in Madison. It has all you could ask for-ice cream, shaved ice, and smoothies. All super good and so conveniently located! Fun to walk up to the window and see cheerful faces. Great service and quality treats!"
"Awesome family owned mangonada spot we discovered just off Midvale and the Beltline, next to Ace Hardware. Of course, we had to get the Mangonada but they also have a variety of ice cream flavors, in addition to drinks and savor items like elote. As far as the Mangonada, the medium size is a good amount to share and thought it was the right combo of sweet and slushy mango with the chamoy drizzle. It's maybe a tad steep at $7.99, but this is Madison after all, where everything is a tad more than you would expect. Overall, a great experience and we will be back! Would recommend!"
"All around, this is a quality place. The menu is a collection of fresh ingredients and a variety to please anyone. From bowls to smoothies to coffee you can find a treat to fill your needs. Even the grab-and-go snacks are delicious. And the straws are nature-friendly! So simple yet so important. This all started with the belief that ingredients matter. Kindness is also important here. The Pay It Forward board holds kind gifts purchased for others, known or unknown. How kind to make sure others are taken care of, and Nona makes this simple. At the register, let them know you want to pay it forward, and your gift will be ready for sharing. Some people pay for a friend or family member, while others state their gift is for "anyone who needs it" or healthcare workers or first responders. It can be for anyone. The quality of the product is obvious, and the kindness is upfront. There is nothing to keep me from appreciating Nona Nutrition and recommending it to others who value the same. Enjoy!"
"Love the historic Greendale area so we decided to check out the cafe. Very friendly staff and had great suggestions on what to try which is always nice when you're trying out a new place. We went with the breakfast sandwich with avocado & tomato and the ranchero potato bowl. Both were good but the sandwich was super good and only $5! It'd be very easy to eat two. Excited to go back and try out something else plus looked like they had some special coffees that sound super tasty!"
"Showed up 10 minutes before they were scheduled to open at 8 AM. Waited until 8:30 AM and still no one showed up. I stopped going to GNC for the same reason. I hope they figure this out quick so I can keep being a customer."
