"We had a lovely conversation with Patrick about Limp Bizkit, death metal, among other topics.We ordered the carpaccio, octopus, banh mi, along with bread and truffle butter.The octopus was delicious, however we personally would have preferred the octopus have fewer ingredients.Truffle butter had layered flavors, outstanding.The pork belly in the banh mi was so tender and yummy, highly recommended!The art near the bathrooms was cool. Walking through he ingredient store is fun, *buy* the squid and fish tins!"

"Whatchu smokin?, I said when I stepped in the place.He thought for a moment. Then he said, frankly, "Chaddar Jalepeno Sausage"I knew I'd just died and gone to heaven.Then I came back and ordered the Dorfler'. Then I was in hell. All the way back to the office.... Waiting to sink my teeth into the perfectly constructed beef sandwich.Pink waves of meat laced with onion and horseradish cheddar and horseradish mayo just for kicks.Kick it did.If I'd known it was rare meat, I'd never order it. I had to eat it and GD it was delicious.Can't wait to sample the rest!!!Look out."
