"Kopp's is such a classic! I had never been to the Greenfield location before, but the building is so unique and cool. After a little research, I discovered it's designed in a modernist style--now I'm curious to dig more into its history.This location was busy, but what else would you expect from Kopp's? Everyone was there to get their fix, just like me.One thing I love about Kopp's is their flavor forecast menu, which changes daily. While my favorite flavor is tiramisu, it wasn't available this time, so I went with vanilla custard topped with bananas and cherry sauce. It was delicious! Feel free to steal my order--you won't regret it. (Pro tip: sometimes I switch the cherry sauce for strawberry sauce, and it's equally amazing!)The only tricky part was ordering. There are two separate counter areas with ordering stations, but the lines weren't super clear. Thankfully, everything turned out fine, and we all got our orders correct. I'll definitely be back for another treat soon!"

"This spot made me reconsider some big decisions.Christian McCaffrey goes #1 in most fantasy league drafts across platforms. But most people haven't had Kopp's.Rolling seven guys into an old school burger joint is a gluttons bread and butter. My eyes sparkled in wonderful awe of this menu. As I ordered, Carl made sure to offer a gauntlet of sauce options. He must've done his research, as the spicy mustard laid the foundation for other key players to excel.Prior to touching my entree, onion rings were gruesomely dragged into the aforementioned crown jewel of condiments. These things added a good two years to my life expectancy. Eating them brought forth sighs akin to a deep tissue massage. My stressors never stood a chance to these crispy circles of love!I breezed past this, but Carl and the rest of this crew were a machine. A beautiful noise. You think it's the hats?My final allotment of praise must be sweet. Normally butterscotch, banana or strawberry would get the bullpen call when a shake is on the line. But one elusive character caught my eye, marshmallow. I've heard murmurs of this albatross and needed to see for myself.Boy, was I taken care of! If this cup had hips then my hands were made to hold them. Sweet little thing will be seeing more of CJ awfully soon. Kopp's you're a filthy animal and I'll be drafting you first overall on Sunday."

"Who says you can't have pie for breakfast? You absolutely can, as much as some might disagree. I had an amazing start to my day at Honeypie Cafe! Before we allowed myself to get lost on not one, but two pieces of pie, we chowed down on the Breakfast Casserole. This is a party in a bowl, filled with biscuit, roasted potatoes, the most delicious house made sausage gravy I've ever had, white cheddar, and chunks of bacon all enveloped in a sunny side egg. It was hard to get a good picture, but the video says it all in 8 seconds. This dish was indulgent. Once that was well polished off, we treated ourselves to slices of Strawberry Rhubarb and Lemon Icebox pie to try a fruit and cream. Both were EXCELLENT. The Strawberry Rhubarb was wonderfully sweet and tart and yummy. The Lemon Icebox was topped with real whipped cream and based on a crumbly graham crust. It was refreshing. We hardly left a crumb behind of either. The service was excellent! Our server checked on us periodically and always made sure our coffee cups stayed filled. I highly recommend this place! It can get busy so I suggest you get there early!"

"Met some friends for Bloody Mary's on a Saturday morning around 10:30AM. We were quickly seated without a reservation, but make sure to get there early, the place was full by 11AM! The room we were seated in did get quite loud with a large party seated next to us so plan accordingly. Everyone enjoyed their bloodies and our server was friendly. I opted for an NA Bloody Mary and lived that it came with a root beer chaser. Our server was friendly and gave us stickers and cookies upon leaving which was a nice touch!"

"Easy Wisconsin back bay joint. Large bar to eat and swill a beer or glass of wine. I pounded back beers with college students. The staff is a bit too laid back, which knocks a star. The food is really delectable: above average bar food that is served in heaps - not small amounts! Their beers are mixed, both local and out of state. In case you have questions about, drinks; just ask, the staff knows their drinks and dishes. It has some quaint 2-top tables, if you need a more date like atmosphere. There's no view from the bar, but I (of course) got my food faster than table-dining people who ordered way before me. Excellent meats, beers, burgers, fish and side dishes - try them paired (ask bar men) with an ice cold local beer! Awesome dive bar and date (-ish) joint with skeletons, wine, signs, ghouls, ivy, booze and low lighting. Review: 4"

"I've tried their treats at events in the past with their food truck, Sweet Escapes, and honestly I needed to have the Loukoumades again! We took the 25 minute drive for my birthday brunch and when we arrived, we were seated right away. Although I have read reviews, I forgot they include a sample of the Loukoumades as a free appetizer so we decided not to order them because that was just enough! You have to try them if you are a fan of funnel cake, it really reminds me of that but soaked in honey and cinnamon if you get the original ones. I ordered the Jalapeno Pineapple Margarita which according to their website includes: Dulce Vida Jalapeno Pineapple Tequila, mango puree and fresh lime. It was $9 instead of $7 like their site shows but I got it anyway. I don't think it had much alcohol in it and wasn't spicy at all if you're sensitive to that. The jalapeno garnish would have made it spicier but I decided to keep it out of the drink. My partner ordered the biscuits and gravy (I forgot to get a pic) and I ordered the Cali Omelette with house potatoes and pancakes as my side. The server heard hash browns instead, but brought us a plate of house potatoes no charge. I preferred them over the browns. They had more flavor and were yummy.The omelette was good but the cheese really made it have flavor. Overall, large portions so we had leftovers! The pancakes were just the regular variety but very good and light!My partner liked his meal as well. Service was fast and we were probably only there about 45 minutes.I really liked the wallpaper in the women's bathroom and the overall layout is open with booths on the side and table in the middle.I'm looking forward to going back and trying more of their menu!"

"What's not to love about Lulu Cafe (Cafe Lulu)? Funky fresh vibe, art on the walls, good service and something on the menu for everyone. I don't come here often enough. Had a great salmon salad on special, recently. the Waldorf Salad is a perennial favorite, as is a flatbread, the Faux Banh Mi. The craft beer menu is great, featuring the best of the craft Midwest! This place is good for a friend meetup because volume levels are okay for a conversation."

"I've stopped here on a couple of occasions and had really positive experiences every time. As you enter it definitely has pub/bar vibes. I would say the food is elevated pub fare. In short, it's delicious. It's a great midway spot to stop if you're traveling from Milwaukee to Chicago or vice versa. Their cocktails are decent and well made. Not amazing mixology or anything, but solid well made cocktails. I recently ordered the mediterranean quinoa salad, which was a fresh, tasty delight. I'm also a huge fan of their greek fries which come smothered in a thick tzatziki (definitely richer texture than most spots), sprinkled with feta, green onions, and kalamata olives. The fries are waffle, which hold up well to the abundant toppings. I would have a hard time not ordering this every time (at least for the table if not for my own meal). The service is fast and friendly. Get to it!"

"If you're in the Lake Geneva area and looking for some good pub and pizza, this is a great go to place. They have a great family atmosphere and the ambiance is lively! The service is great and attentive without being overly annoying. The indoor and outdoor seating areas are so inviting and vast.We ordered the spinach and artichoke dip accompanied with flatbread. The dip was so creamy and the hint of parmesan on top just did it. The flatbread could have been an appetizer on its own. We also ordered some onion rings which were crispy and tasty.For dinner, we ordered a personal spinach pizza for my daughter which she absolutely loved. I had the bourbon chicken flatbread and chicken sandwich which were both excellent."

"If you don't know about Kopp's, you're missing out!With all of the burger and custard options nearby, it can be hard to pick a favorite, unless you've had Kopp's.The burgers are made fresh and are HUGE! There's a few free topping options and then others available for a small charge.The custard steaks the show, however. They have two flavors of the day, each day, along with staples like vanilla and chocolate.They do offer free samples if you're undecided and I would recommend ordering one less scoop than you want since the portions are HUGE as well. A single is like a double elsewhere.They have outdoor seating which is great for in the warm months and limited seating for when it's nasty outside."

"This is a great date night dinner spot - you get the familiarity of the fast food restaurant Kopp's but with a fancy upgrade (Kopp's and Elsa's have the same ownership).That said, if it's your first time, try out one of the burgers (especially if you're a fan of Kopp's burgers). I had the APV Burger 11 (gorgonzola cheese and bacon spiced with peppercorns and ground black pepper), it was 100% the fanciest burger I've ever eaten.The fries are potato wedges, not what I expected, but it works as an elevation to Kopp's fries.For dessert, I ordered the hot fudge croissant. This took a while to come out and when it did, it was the strawberry croissant. Their remedy to this was to add hot fudge over the strawberries. I imagine it would have taken a while to make a new, correct version.Overall, I'd go back, there's plenty on the menu I still want to try out. The ambiance is great, doesn't feel like I'm in a restaurant, more so felt like it was once an art gallery turned into a fancy restaurant."

Outside of 1 burger in DC that no longer exists (RIP Ray's Hell Burger), the Crave Burger here might be the best burger I have ever had!You can legit smell the white truffle aioli just from walking in and the wafting scent actually translates to flavor in the burger...none of this fake over the top faux truffle. Every ingredient adds something to the burger which translates into a bite full of umami from the aioli, butteriness from the amazing brioche bun, and the high quality meat.The fries also hold their own and are super flavorful and crispy. Next time I should ask for a side of sauce to dip them in as opposed to the sad looking ketchup packets they had at the counter."

This review is from my visit back in June 2023, which was my first time checking out the establishment. My family and I went here as we were in the mood for burgers and frozen custard. I ordered their Cheddar Melt burger, which comes in a toasted white bread, but I asked for it to be made using a wheat bun instead. My wife ordered a chipotle chicken sandwich. Additionally, we ordered wonton mozzarella sticks, Greek salad, and a butter pecan frozen custard blitz (their version of a blizzard/ concrete) with banana and salted pretzels as toppings.The food came out a short time after I placed the order. My wife order was right, but mine was incorrect. Even though I had asked for a wheat bun for my burger instead of the toasted white bread, I was still given it with white bread. So, I requested one of the staff members to have it changed to my original order. When they gave me my correct order, the burger was no longer a cheddar melt type burger but just a regular cheddar burger as the burger did not go through the proper toasting process. The burger meat patty to the bun ratio was way off. The bun was much bigger than the skinny meat patty. The meat wasn't quite flavorful, and the burger was just okay. The chipotle chicken sandwich was tasty. It had a decent flavor, and the cheese was properly melted. However, it too had a bun to meat patty ratio issue. The Greek salad was pretty tasty, and I liked it a lot. The wonton mozzarella sticks were a unique twist on the usual breaded mozzarella sticks, but they were just so-so in taste. Last but not least, the frozen custard blitz, which was the best part of our meal (followed by the Greek salad). The frozen custard flavor was delicious. Georgie Porgie's is a popular place among the locals. Its atmosphere is inviting, the service is good and friendly, the restaurant is clean, the menu variety is good, and the items are reasonably priced. I had an okay experience here. I most likely will go back for their frozen custard if I happen to be in the area."

"Well worth the wait!I will say we got there on a Saturday morning around 11:00 and the wait was not too bad as we were able to enjoy some drinks over in there bar area I highly recommend their frappe as it is amazing. We had some fun banter with the bartender who made the15 minute wait so tolerable. The service was prompt as we got seated and once we made final decisions our food was ready in no time. I truly enjoyed the stuffed French toast as it was delicious and could be eaten without syrup in my opinion.
