"Always consistently delicious food, great ambience and service is excellent. Brunch is awesome"
"My breakfast was exceptional. I enjoyed the Cookie Dough French Toast. The dish had a lovely balance of warm notes with a touch of sweet. The French toast was perfectly soft with a slight crisp to the outside, subtly savory, spiced, and sweet cookie butter mousse, topped with crisp chocolate cookie crumbles and coco nibs. A delightful creamy and delicate condensed milk drizzle was the base of this beautiful dish. This reminded me of a European type dessert that has the perfect touch of sweetness without over doing it. Well done!"
Coffee rubbed pulled pork, sweet potatoes, salsa verde, scrambled eggs, sour cream, Cotija cheese, and pico de gallo. It can be made dairy-free.

"Wonderful service from Trevor & amazing food! We ordered the soup de jour (beef stew) & the sweet corn caesar with blackened salmon. Really great flavor on everything & came out super quickly. We made it for happy hour & got $2 off all our drafts. Very well priced & a great place for a quick lunch/drink."
"Loved loved loved the ambiance! Super cool spot with great brunch food and lovely atmosphere. Service was nice and fun and affordable food. Highly recommended place in Milwaukee."
"What more can I say then loved it, we had some great burgers some cheese curds and some great beer cheese soup. They have a lot of traces for drop beers and a great little view. If you sitting out looking outside."
"What a fantastic night to go out and try Bonfyre. Loved the decorations and the centering of the bar in this establishment, it was very lively. Overall, great experience, good food, and excellent customer service. We arrived during happy hour and ordered the zucchini fries. It arrived a little after our drinks and it totally hit the spot. The sauce has tangy and delicious. Our drinks were the mango martini and the Bonfyre Old Fashioned. Two very delicious drinks that are not watered down. We both shared a tomahawk steak with a side of asparagus and a twice baked potato that was delicious. We ordered a medium rare steak and the only reason I am giving this a 4/5 is because our steak wasn't medium rare all the way through. Some areas were rare. Besides this, the steak was delicious. We will both be coming back here again :)"
"This is a hell of a statement to make in Wisconsin.... But their Cheese Curds may be some of the best in the Cheese State! Light tempura-like batter with perfectly cooked cheese. If you are a curd fan, you have to try these!"
"Four of us enjoyed a corner setting in the many-windowed Avli overlooking the city in an interesting way. Great spot for a date or a casual meeting with friends. Ten at a table next to us chose it as the spot to celebrate a graduation. It was a Sunday brunch so the menu offerings may have been skimpier than those found in a full Greek menu, but the choices were well prepared. Nevertheless, prices were on the high side ($9 for a small bowl of Avgolemono soup, $17 for a Gyro wrap with fries, $18 for a chicken Souvlaki-- 2 skewers). If you're looking for a traditional Greek restaurant fix with more reasonable fare, there are a number of choices around town including Greek family restaurants. One negative is the acoustics, which could easily be fixed by a professional. The ceiling/wall arrangements make it difficult to hear across the table. Service, however, was excellent."
"SO good! My boyfriend and I live pretty close to Mason's and after living in the area for about 4 months, we decided to try it. I have no idea why we hadn't ttirf it sooner but the food is AMAZING! Somehow we went from never eating there to 5x's ... in a week & 1/2! We have gotten wings every time & they're always awesome. The burgers have all been fantastic, sandwiches, even the grilled cheese was SO good! We've gotten carry out every time but just from walking in, you are greeted by everyone who walks past you and we haven't waited to be helped, ever. The atmosphere is laid back & just a cool bar-setting. If you're in the area, we highly suggest Mason's!"
"Good bar fare. I would recommend the wings and tenders. Service is good. Can be busy at times so if you want a quiet place, this may not be for you. Nice lo al clean establishment."
"Best escovitch fish is in city! I was craving some escovitch fish and found this amazing place. Happy hour on week days from 4-7 makes it a great spot to stop after work. Drinks are $5 and there are food specials. The jerk sliders on the happy hour special are enough to fill up on. Their jerk chicken is amazing and their escovitch fish is beautifully prepared. Just know you get the whole fish. The service here is great even when they are busy everyone is friendly. The whole restaurant is broken into a few different rooms so even when it's busy it doesn't seem that full. If you are looking for some amazing Caribbean and Jamaican food this is where to go. I haven't had Jamaican food this well prepared since I was down there."

We had brunch at Centraal Grand Cafe on a Sunday - late morning. We didn't have a reservation, but we were seated at a table with no wait. There were five of us, four adults and a teen. We sat in the back of the restaurant - it was lovely... quiet. The food was amazing! Everyone ordered something different and every one of us was happy with our brunch decision. We started with the salmon toast, yum! My husband had the cheesy gooey spicy mess, it was very tasty. I tip-toed out of the box; I almost always order eggs Benedict when we go out for breakfast, instead, I ordered the crispy avocado Benedict... it was fantastic. Service was great, food was great, location was great!

First time here and it didn't disappoint. Got the Spamelette and my wife got the Pannise Benedict (she said it was the best bite of food she's had in Milwaukee since we moved back 4 years ago). Cortado was amazing as well. The only knock is when they get slammed, food can sit a little long in the window and show up luke warm. Go early to avoid the lines but worth the trip!

Great food and service! Mussels were wonderful and the fries accompanying them were great. My friend had the burger and loved it. Another friend had the grilled cheese and tomato soup and was comforted by the meal. Another had the turkey sandwich and enjoyed it. Great drinks! Great place.

Awesome birthday brunch at Merriment Social! Really good breakfast burrito and a huge portion of their fries with aioli. The burrito had crispy hash browns, sausage, eggs, and bacon with this tangy avocado verde salsa. Such a simple dish but had tons of flavor and loved the grilled tortilla! The fries were literally perfect- so crispy and soft on the inside and I love garlic aioli I could have eaten the entire thing! Opted for one of their mocktails and the "you deserve it" was so good I wanna recreate it! Lime juice, strawberry purée, mint, soda water- it was so refreshing! Super spacious inside with a good vibe and affordable brunch! Will have to try the bottomless mimosas too with all 3 flavors:)

Second visit here and my burger dreams fizzled w just an okay experience. Ordered the 5 oz burger and requested it to be pink. Patty was very well done. Tomato on burger was not ripe (during tomato season). Fries were ok. Just a subpar $18 burger.

As part of burger week, they were highlighting wagyu burger. So decided to give it a shot. I took out lunch from here. Went for a Wagyu burger and zucchini fries. Zucchini fries came at a $6 upcharge, but a welcome change from the mundane sides. Wagyu burger was good. This place is part of an apartment building. From the parking lot, the restaurant is not visible. That was a bit confusing. Fortunately I decided to get down and walk around and found the place.

Avli, Avli, Avli.... I am so glad you decided to make the move up north and settle in Milwaukee. This has been my most frequented dinner spot in the city this year-- and I still can never stop thinking about that tzatziki! Everything I order is fantastic, along with service and ambiance. Some standouts are - pork souvlaki, baked chicken, saganaki, spread trio, Greek fries... just to name a few. I'm sure I'll have tried the whole menu at some point. Be sure to check it out!

"What a delightful little spot right in my own backyard! My friend and I had lunch here today because we were craving something from the Asian palate. This was our first time at the Bamboo Bistro. We chose it because so many of my neighbors had told me this unassuming little spot was wonderful. We decided to give it a try and were NOT disappointed. It's clean and the service was wonderful. It's a quiet little spot sitting back off the road near Walgreens on the main road leading to downtown Grafton. Now, that's not saying too much because if you blink, you miss downtown Grafton! I'd lived here almost a year and didn't know where downtown was located. Needless to say, stop blinking and get over to this wonderful eatery! It's Thai food done well. Nothing too fancy but good food. The portions are right and it's prepared well. The food was fresh and tasty and served correctly. The hot food was hot the cold food was cold. The server was friendly. The place was clean. I had absolutely nothing to say but, "thank you and can I take the rest of this wonderful meal home with me?"I've been eating at home because of a special diet that requires me to eat 80% of each meal in veggies. The meal here easily met that requirement and the veggies tasted fresh. They were well prepared and very enjoyable. That's rare! Usually, when you ask for lots of veggies they are overcooked or weirdly prepared. This meal was seasoned well and a nice change alternative to cooking at home or being stuck with junk food like burgers and fries. We ate the spring rolls so fast that we forgot take pictures. They were divine and HUGE! We enjoyed the crab rangoon because they were NOT as huge as our heads and over-fried. They were nice little bites. Just enough to share between the two of us before our main meal. We both ordered noodles with proteins and veggies. I got chicken and my friend got beef. Neither of us could finish so we had take homes! We will definitely go back. Next time, we'll probably stick to the spring rolls. We now know we're both light weights at this restaurant! Perhaps, a better idea, is to take a whole bunch of friends next time to help us eat the wonderful food they serve!I love that this restaurant is right here in Grafton. I implore the locals to go out and support this business. Order traditional Thai dishes. I think you'll like this place."
"I love Flourchild pizza so much and have ordered delivery several times. My favorites are the Club Banger and Daddy's Pizza. Consistently delicious every time. This most recent order, I couldn't resist the cheese-stuffed mozzarella sticks. You get two and they're HUGE! The marinara dipping sauce was delicious, too. Kind of crazy that I've never been to the actual restaurant yet, but delivery is just so convenient."
"Beer Varieties (56 and some revolve) = *****Food menu = *****Atmosphere = *****Service = ****Let's face it. You come here for the beers. 56 on tap and from all over. Revolving menu on big screens to give you the background and description. Not sure ask for a sample. Want to experience and learn about different beers much like wines, these are the places to go.Food? They have a good menu but pizza is what they are known for. You come here with a group and pizza is what you put in the middle of the table and start ordering your beers. I've been here as well for large group parties and had the food catered. The menu was a taco bar and it was good. The atmosphere. The place has expanded and grown. Outdoor seating and Friday Night Live and the occasional live music. Service has been consistent over the times but a few bartenders that didn't seem to care if you were waiting to be served as the socialized and then have an attitude about it. But I haven't seen her lately. I still enjoy and will come back often."
"First time lunch patron, future returning customer. Excellent Turkey Philly with fries. Perfect portion size, wonderful seasoning and attentive staff. Definitely recommend. Oh, and the outdoor seating is comfortable too."
"Very strange that a bar/restaurant had only 5 patrons an hour before a Sunday Packers game. Service was great and should be with hardly any patrons The BYO Burger was awesome but the cup of clam chowder wasn't the greatest that I've tasted which I didn't even finish. For all I know it could of been left overs from two nights ago. The beer list looked goodI'd probably come back if someone suggested this establishment"
"First time at this location and love it! We were out visiting family in the area and wanted to stop by. So glad we did. The vibe here is great! The indoor outdoor space is my favorite of all the Colectivo locations. Their coffee is great as always. Wish I could bottle up the smell!"
"Great vibe and a fun build your own Bloody Mary bar with fun accoutrements. The atmosphere is fun, casual and welcoming. Unfortunately, the food fell a bit short. The slider came with tomatoes, pickles and lettuce on the side and it all looked wilted like it had been sitting out for awhile. The sliders came on a toasted bun which was great but the meat was a bit over cooked. PS...I know sliders can be tricky. The fish tacos were good. They came out hot and tasty. Too bad the chips, while warm, were a bit stale"
"Best date night every time servers are always up beat food good and thier is a selection and it great late night bar or day time family place all for same dollar amount I spend at Culver's."
"I loved my visit to CEF on Sunday, and I cannot wait to return. I was one of the first people there on Sunday, and while I enjoyed the sunshine several others came in and out. Small-village vibe with owners (husband and wife) who actually care to hear your story and remember your name. I started with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc, the cheese "glop" and the capilatini (sp?). They were very kind and helpful bringing dishes out to the patio where I was even though everyone else was inside. Then they topped it off my never forgetting I was out there and regularly checking up on me and bringing me fresh, cold water. The cheese dip was smooth and spreadable, a mix of five or six cheeses blended with some olive oil. Delish. The other dish was a mix of olives, capers, celery, crushed tomatoes, pine nuts and eggplant - one of the owners' grandmother's recipe! The cheese came with toast pieces and the cap. came with an assortment of crackers. Small dishes for the right price, and a nice accompaniment for the fresh white wine. I will definitely be a regular here, as they don't seem to compete with The Ruby Tap down the way. The two spots seem to have different vibes completely and a totally different set of target consumers - this is more of a grab a glass on the way home and get to know some neighbors kind of place, and just what I wanted to move in down the block."
"Dive bar in A cool location near the River that features 1 dollar Miller lite drafts for happy hour. Their other drink specials seemed good as well. There were several people coming in with food that they got close by to eat while they were drinking. We talked to several strangers and made friends easily in here. Would happily come again for the cheep beer. #bhamfoodguy"
"It's a small little pub by the old Blockbuster that I have passed literally passed a thousand times but have never stopped. We had a Groupon and stopped for lunch. There weren't many people in the space and the bartender was very friendly. I had the delicious steak sandwich with fries and the hubs had a build your own burger. We also got a beer with lunch which hit the spot. They have daily specials which I think we will check out. Prices are pretty reasonable."
"I had a great experience at The Social when I was traveling on business last week. The bartender was a very friendly young woman and professional who advised on local beer and what to order. I got some local beer that was amazing. I mean, it's Milwaukee, right! Really tasty. I also ordered the Bacon and Brussel Sprouts which was the perfect dinner for me.Thanks, The Social, for offering me the perfect experience in Milwaukee."
"Nice clean hole in the wall with great food! Who can beat a five dollar hamburger with fries? Cooked to order. Husband enjoyed $2 miller lites. Service was really attentive."
"Ok. The watha. What can I say about the watha that hasn't been said? It's way out in Sturtevant. I live on the northside, semi near the lake. So, as far as a place to drink, I can't stay long, cuz I gotta drive home safely, ya know. But, let it be known, I LOVE PLAYING HERE! Whenever I can get the chance I play here, cuz if you can pack it, you're gonna have an awesome show!!!! If you don't fill the room, it might be a nightmare, but man, you can really have a good time here! The staff takes great care of ya, and the crowd goes coocoo for the oldies! How that giant parking lot is always packed I'll never understand, but hey! Decently huge stage, nice expansive dance floor, and a good sounding room makes for great shows!"
"I ordered a to go order of carnitas and a cheese enchilada. Both were excellent! The restaurant is easy to miss as you come around the bend, but worth the stop. Will definitely be going back and trying some more of their menu! Lots of Mexican options in Racine, but this is at the top for me. Glad I stopped by"
"I went to the neighborhood holiday party for a sneak peak and to try the food. I was thrilled to see the new remake since my family has owned this location since 1934. They did a terrific job on the remodel and the food was quite good. While I'm partial to the old Vitucci's aka "The Nest" lol I have to admit the inside is very nice almost a bit too nice, but that's ok for north avenues changing demographic. It's a great addition to the neighborhood and I hope they succeed and gain a receptive audience. Alexa Melanie and Bryan and the entire staff, welcome to the neighborhood"
"we enjoyed 3 different pizzas tonight. all were delicious. pizzas come out one at a time but that was ok for us. food and drinks need to be ordered at the bar. very delicious"
