Not just the best beer in Monroe, but the best pizza! In the middle of a pie with fresh mozzarella, pepperoni, hot honey and capicola. Delicious!

Nice local brewpub. Nice selection of beers and beer related gives. Couple of tables outside which was nice. Appears to have musicians periodically as well as a very limited pub menu. Clean. We had an enjoyable visit on the way back to Chicago.

Awesome service, good selection of beers, delicious pizza, and great entertainment! What's not to love?! Definitely check out their FB page for upcoming events because they host a lot of good musicians and even have BINGO on certain Mondays where you can win beer and Bullquarian swag.

So I'm a local gal, but a beer snob., and this place is awesome the beer is amazing and the food is good. I highly recommend the dilly bread and the beer most of all!

Very tasty beer!I read the review of the customer Kyle that visited Bullquarian over Cheese Days, and I guess I can sympathize some because no one likes poor service. Hopefully the owner has read it, and takes notes for how to improve service in two years, when Cheese Days returns.Personally, I have only been in Bullquarian during "normal" acitivity days and haven't experienced poor service in the least. The beer is quite good. I took off one star because of price and store hours. Somewhat expensive, and you'd hope that buying by the growler size would bring the price down a little more. But, it's not completely out of line with other craft brewers and their growler prices. Their store hours could improve. Typically, they are not open during the week until 3:30 pm. I can't always get there at this time, and would like to be able to buy a growler or two before 3:30 pm. But.... All in all, it's great to have this craft brewer here in Monroe and I'm certain that they have a beer for everyone's taste. Good stuff! Pick some up. :-)

A group of people and I had stopped in here during the Cheese Days Festival. I'm sure on a normal day this place would be alright to spend time at, but on this particular day they didn't seem to handle the extra traffic very well.I ordered a sour beer which I thought tasted pretty good, but others in our group weren't really into it. The part that I thought was sub-par was the service and atmosphere though. They were playing loud music that kept skipping, most likely because they were steaming it with a poor internet connection. The tables were all removed due to the festival and they didn't really have much for seating. I sat on a huge bucket of popcorn kernels which I thought it was pretty sturdy, but when one of the owner came by to take a scoop out of it for the machine, he very passive aggressively pushed it behind a barricade where I couldn't access it. In regards to this barricade, it was two tables stacked up blocking off the only bathroom with a paper sign labeled "employees only". I'm sure their thinking was they didn't want people stopping in during the festival to use it and not buying anything, but it gave off a pretty bad impression.It's unfortunate that my only experience at this small town brewery was a less than satisfactory one. I probably won't be in the area again to give them another shot, so I'll just wish them better luck in the future. Judging from the other reviews they seem to be doing just fine anyways.

Fantastic assortment of beers! Friendly staff and beautiful tasting room. I strongly recommend to any craft beer aficionado! Try the Smoke Ryeder and Erv's Dark.

Tripped across this leaving town and we will be back. Great beer, friendly beermeister, and chill vibe. Just wish we could've stayed longer.

Had an opportunity to visit Monroe, WI. Stopped in to try a few beers. It was great that we had the owner/brewmaster as our guy. Very friendly, clean, COVID-conscientious. The beers were in the very good to great in flavors and variety. Will definitely be back the next time I'm in Monroe!!!!

Started at Minhas and ended satisfied at Bullquarian. This is a decent place for good beer, with the brewmaster pouring, then thoughtfully answering every one of our beer and beer name questions. We recommend a ten flight before deciding on your favorite pint. Even if you didn't care for a style of the many offerings we agreed they all were very drinkable with a few rated excellent. The inside looks and feels like a cafe'. Free popcorn, pizza and soft pretzels for a price are available.
