This place has the service and ambiance down. Very friendly staff and a very clean atmosphere. Now they just need to work on the food. Very highly processed items when we ordered the blue gill special. Pretty sure they were dumped out of a bag into the fryer. I believe the French fries took the same journey. The cornbread seamed to be made from a box mix too. Was also not expecting a $10 old fashion in a bar in the middle of nowhere. A fish fry and two round of drinks should not run $100 before the tip. May stop back someday and try the cod or another meal on a Saturday.

A hidden gem in Ordordville. The pizza is by far the best in the area with really creative flavor combinations. The atmosphere is quaint with excellent service. We were impressed by the selection of Wisconsin distilleries represented on the bar menu.

We went here for brunch on my birthday, and I really enjoyed it there. The music was a little loud, and it was hard to speak over, but I loved her selection of songs. Our server was delightful. I was a little disappointed that we could only order off the brunch menu. I ordered the breakfast pizza. My husband ordered the pepperoni pizza. And my friend ordered the strawberry dessert pizza. They were all very good. The highlight, however, was the mimosa flight. the glasses were very nice sized and the flavors were fabulous. We live in Janesville a little ways away. I did enjoy it so much that I am bringing friends there tomorrow for brunch again tomorrow!PS I love that this business is owned and run by a woman let's support our women in business!

A group of us went on Mother's Day (made reservations). We were prepared for it to be busy...but we waited for THREE HOURS until we were served our food. We had 3 little children waiting/starving..one family had to leave because their baby could not sit any longer. Never once did management come talk to us. Avoided us at all cost...One person from our group (who has worked in food management for years) eventually sought out the manager (calmly). The manager asked him, "what should I do?" (Shocked she didn't know this answer already). He told her "make it right" and added she should have been over to all the tables talking to us. Finally our food arrived (a hair included). Then handed our bills...not a single dollar taken off. But as we were paying, they came out with dessert. We were so bummed by our experience.

We are a family of 6 and ordered a pizza for 2 kids to share, 2 mac n cheese and 2 fish dinners. The pizza came out and was totally eaten before any of the other food came out. And still we waited... finally the rest of the food came out. Mac n cheese was a tiny cup ($8) which I know kids meals are usually a rip off and it was. The server apologized but never offered a free dessert or to comp something or a discount so, $82 later........ sadly she didn't get a tip. I hate to do that but part of my family was done eating before the rest even got food. Also, my kids are 8,7,6 and 5 and we sat there for an hour and a half.

Came from out of town to meet a friend for dinner and it was delicious. The menu is super interesting and I love how they use local vendors for pretty much all the food items/drinks. Support local is best. Love it thank you!

My boyfriend and I come here regularly and the one thing I can say is I have NEVER been disappointed with any of the food or drinks that I have tried. My favorites are the mimosa flight, jalapeño spinach artichoke dip, the wonton mozzarella sticks, and the beer cheese burger! I'm pretty much gluten free and I love that they have expanded their menu to include several gluten free options. This place is new and a very different vibe compared to other restaurants in the area. I would recommend everyone gives it a try. I'm only putting 4 stars, because my boyfriend left 5, and it was taken off the main review page. Check this place out if you haven't already! The owner makes a point of keeping all she can local, Decatur dairy cheese curds and only local brews and alcohol. Help support local WI and stop in!

Went on Friday for supper. Very limited menu. Every meal came with steak fries or rice....no vegetables. Our order was misplaced for over an hour and yet there was no compensation. Very limited menu and salad and soup are extra. At a price point of $18 for about 5 ounces of fish, steak fries, and store bought Cole slaw, I think there are better choices around for fish. The atmosphere is very cramped because they are only utilizing a bar area, not the dining area on the other half of the building. I wish that we had had a better experience ! I wish the owners the best but I hope that maybe some changes will be made in the future.
