This place is very cute and welcoming. The staff was very nice and greeted us well. Unfortunately the cupcakes were not good. We did go in the latter part of the day so maybe it's best to go in the morning. I wanted it to be good so badly but it just was not. Specifically the cupcakes were very dry and crumbly. I tired the signature strawberry shortcake and I did not finish it. I noticed the strawberries were wilted so that should have warned me that the cupcakes were older then ideal. I will say the decorations were very cute and inviting in the bakery and on the cupcakes. I suggest using a different batter to moisten the cupcakes. Again very nice staff!!

I met the owner at a Yelp event and knew I needed to come to her store and try things again. Her mom helps run the store and she was very sweet and helpful. We got two covered berries, two strawberry cupcakes, and banana pudding. Everything was 10/10. I had the peach cobbler previously and it was honestly my favorite. She does a great job keeping everything fresh and moist. Perfect for a random sweet tooth craving or cater.

I wanted to send a birthday gift to a friend in Milwaukee. I live in DC and had plans to do some online shopping to send her a gift, but before I knew it the date was quickly approaching.So I figured it would be an even better idea to support a local business in Milwaukee that could more quickly deliver the gift. In comes, Bougie Berries!Although there weren't too many Yelp reviews, the ones that existed were five stars and when I went to check out Bougie Berrie's Instagram, I saw such a range of beautiful treats that could be delivered.I went ahead and placed an order for the "Mix It Up" (No Nuts) which is a nice mix of six gourmet berries with six cupcakes. Since I placed the order through a delivery app, I was able to give the birthday girl a heads up and have the treats delivered to her doorstep within the same hour that I had placed the order.The delivery was flawless and the berries and cupcakes were so beautiful (and I'm told they were absolutely delicious!) I also learned that the business is Black-owned. I've been doing my best to support Black-owned businesses as much as I can especially after learning how disproportionately Black-owned businesses have been impacted by the pandemic.Basically, this decision was a win-win-win and I encourage you to support!

I've been excited to come here for a while. Finally made it and got a dozen mix of six cupcakes and six bougie strawberries for a dinner celebration. They look so good I almost didn't want to eat them and just put them on display. Im a big fan of the glittery covered strawberries, you would t think they're edible but they are! I'd definitely come back for more!

I remember when she was starting out I been a customer for years she know me but the carrot cake lady I love the cakes again I been going here for years I have to slow down because my I was gaining so much weight, eating her strawberries and cupcakes. Oh my goodness I love the little store. It's so cute and she's always smiling and so happy I wish nothing but blesses.

Awesome place. This place is definitely a hole in the wall and it's easy to miss but it was such a cool place. The staff were really friendly and inviting and even offered free samples. This is such a cool local spot in an up and coming area that really needs small businesses like this. I highly recommend at least stopping over once next time your looking to get some chocolate covered strawberries or cupcakes.

I ordered the Bougie's Cupcake Dream Dozen and the Bougie's Mixer (6 berries) to be delivered to my company meeting and everyone loved them. They said it was beautiful and delicious! Cailtin was so helpful with my order as well. I would recommend them to anyone!
