We rode our bikes over from Hartland on a beautiful fall day. Had a bloody (decent) and breakfast ( no frills- but good). Service was fast and friendly.

Not sure why the poor reviews. Have been here 7+ times now. Every time has been good to great. Came back in the summer for a blues event and was blown away by how good their brisket is. Then came back for prime rib - which was just good - needed a bit more seasoning to be great, but still solid. Breakfast was outstanding, with dishes at every price point. In addition to being clean and friendly, the staff puts this place over the top. Very friendly and great service. These folks try and succeed. Drinks are also very good. Patrons are friendly. Prices are decent for what it is, and options and value are great. Solid place as far as I am concerned. Try it and I bet you will like it!

Food is good, but expensive for what you get. Very noisy atmosphere. Services is quite good. There is little to no parking space.

Right out front and in the open - not a fan of "Boozehags". I guess names like Heroine Honeys or Cirrhosis Sisters were taken. It sounds like something our border neighbors to the south hatched up over one too many PBRs at deer camp outside of Minoqua. However, I'll admit, I'm biased with standards and expectations. Hard to meet either here.Food - We had a variety of fishfrys on the Friday menu. Fish was meh at best. Breading was flat, seemed unseasoned from the Cod to the Catfish. Cod was all you can eat- the only option. catfish was a massive fillet but flavor was not good. Not sweet like one would expect from catfish at all. And again couldn't find any sense of seasoning. Just tasted fishy and sour? Odd. Sides- coleslaw- way over dressed and warm as served... real warm. Potato salad was ok but still crazy over dressed. We sat in the room on the east side entrance which has terrible lighting because the glass shades over the bulbs on the fixtures are clear and allow the bulbs to shine right in your eyes. It was super cold too being by the door which was in use constantly. Tons of people were streaming in and out for cigarette treats, back slapping, titty twisting (saw an older guys do it twice to people walking in- weird) and BS'n the whole while keeping door open. It was 34F outside, windy and raining so very cold and damp in that room. All of this happening in front of the opening to the kitchen which probably explains the cold fries. It is basically like eating in a huge ice shanty. Our server- She was awesome - the star is for her and only her. The staff we experienced was fast and friendly.

Excellent food and service! We had read lots of reviews about this place and they definitely aren't wrong, you will LOVE it! All you can eat baked cod with potato pancakes was delicious! They have the good ranch....you know, the watery kind that is soooo yummy!!! My hubby had to keep ordering more food, just to be able to dip it in ranch!! We had 10 people in our group. We had a reservation. The waitress did amazing with our large group on a busy night! The other great thing is that it is super reasonable! Would totally go back! Thanks for being great!

Stopped in for a fish fry, it was meh at best. Soggy fries and 3 small pieces of fish. Someone in our party had a burger, definitely not fresh beef. Said it tasted like a frozen pre made burger, also soggy fries. Drinks are pricey, overall not worth the money. Food was much better before the clubhouse changed owners. Won't be rushing back anytime soon.

I should preface this by mentioning that I have a soft spot for this establishment, and we have tried to stick with it through thick and thin. But, it is with a heavy heart, I must confess that it has been on a steady decline since the transition from Nashotah Clubhouse to Boozehags. Over the last few visits I have been consistently disappointed, but reluctant to leave a review. However, tonight pushed me over the edge and I will not be holding any punches. The food does not disappoint. Though this new regime of lolly-gaggers and miscreants have lessened the free appetizers and sides that accompany the fish fry, the recipes have been carried over from The Clubhouse and taste about 95% as good. If you have 4 hours to spare waiting for it to get to your table, it's quite delectable. The real issue comes in with everything else.Though there are a few servers, almost every time I have visited, me and my company have been served by Gary. Gary seems to have some issues, and I try to give him the benefit of the doubt as I have a special needs brother and consider myself quite patient. But it often seems like he is trying as hard as he can to not visit our table or ask if we need anything. When he brought us our potato salad and coleslaw this night, it was like a drive by, he dropped them off on the table mid-stride and they slightly slid after impact. His haste was strange too considering about half of the tables were occupied. All of this was tolerable, until, when we asked for a second serving of fish (on our ALL YOU CAN EAT fish fry), he brought a measly 4 pieces, and when we asked for more, he became combative. Asking why I didn't specify the amount we wanted, and at this point there was hardly anyone there! I expected a second serving to be equal in size to the first. I fought for this country and I don't deserve to be lambasted for requesting what I paid for!Even still, I left a tip and drove home with tears in my eyes. Leaving this review hurts, but I hope that it may help this beloved eatery get itself on the right track. I do not hold any animus towards Gary but hope he may be more polite to future customers.

Not good. Ordered a Cobb and my son ordered a club salad. Paid $14.00 each. Absolutely ridiculous. The bowl plate for each was so small it looked like a side salad with some pieces of ham and cheese. Husband ordered a Reuben that had so little meat in it - they said they would make him a new one. You've got to be kidding me. I am so freaking tired of high prices for hardly anything. So glad they made 13.50 off of each of our salads because we got about $.50 worth of food.
