My boyfriend and I stopped by for some beers & apps to watch the bucks game! Service was fast, Sam behind the bar was incredible, apps were great, & we even got a few rounds of pool in! They were hosting a poker night that night. It's awesome to see a local business having events and keeping things exciting! It is now our go to place when we are just looking to get out of the house!

Here is a small town tavern that packs a punch with its burgers and fish frys. Lots of locals but a most friendly place with great value for your $. We visit any time we are near Lyons and many times drive through that area to enjoy this spot.

Ye Olde Hotel is right across the street if you want to experience the service you should expect, As well as food that's better than you'd expect. The owner of the bar clearly does not care what happens to her business, As displayed by not only her general demeanor, but by her lack of ability to serve you within a reasonable time. Being local and having visited several times it's really a shame that I have to give such a bad review considering they used to be really well run. It's sad but when service is this bad it needs to be recognized. (They're almost never open, and you're likely to be cussed out for even ENTERING, irregardless as to if you're ordering, or there for leagues.)

Ordered the fish fry, never never ever again!!!! Owner very very rude, food less then average and it smelled in there. Will not go back ever.

Great food great owners and bartenders. Cute dining room. Pool table is free. Gambling machines ATM pull tabs.
