I've been coming here since the store opened. Since then, Bombay Mart has grown in both inventory and in size. They carry just about all of your Indian grocery essentials. I'm loving the availability fresh mithai (sweets) and snacks right at my back door vs a trip to cart-congested Patel Brothers. Don't get me wrong, we all ultimately end up going to Patel Brothers but 1, it is far from me, and, 2, it has always been and always will be a place where personal space is violated (social distancing is non existent there) The young men who work at Bombay Mart are very helpful. They have made sure to take all precautions since the pandemic started. What stood out for me is that, upon request, they are willing to provide curbside pickup, or at least they offer that to my elderly parents who still arent comfortable entering stores. If they do not carry an item, they will try their order it for you. It is clear. Bombay Mart will continue to remain a very convenient, well-stocked Indian grocery store with helpful store owners that always strive to satisfy.

I have been going to this store for years and I have been always treated nicely and have been impressed with the items offered. Recently the store expanded and has even more products to offer. If you compare there prices to other grocery stores (big box) their prices are similar which is pretty impressive as small businesses simply do not have the buying power as the big guys. On a side note the owners are really, really nice people. During a storm in the area my car got stuck and two guys stopped to help me, to my suprise it was the 2 owners of the store I have gone to for years. I was not near their store so it simply was luck that would have it that these two guys would be out and about and see a random person standed and help. Neither they nor I realized we were the same people until today. Anyway the bottom line is that this place is great and the owners really go the extra mile when you are shopping to explain products and such. Most importantly in todays busy world they are the type of men that should be rewarded for their random act of kindness. I hope that if you see this you will take the time and shop at their store. If you are trying to accomplish an Indian Dish (like me) they always will try to help you find and locate unusual ingredients and point you to items that will help. I can not say enough about this place.

Small and average stick of Indian groceries. I do usually manage to get stuff on my list but the variety is lacking. Also can get samosas and frozen foods. Pleasant owner and is very helpful.

We ordered samosas for our party, they were really fresh and not too spicy or oily. Our guests loved them too. We will surely order from Bombay Mart. I can even find most of the groceries I need. The guy at the counter is courteous and always ready to help.

They have samosas ready to go on Saturday at a super reasonable price Hot, tasty and delicious. You can buy the chutney for the samosas here also. The cashier (store owner?) is super helpful explaining about various products. Happy to have a store like this to be some foods and spices the local grocery stores don't offer.

Amar and his brother is very good at what they are doing. I like the variety and competitive pricing. Also - if you compare to Patel Brothers- this is much nearer and well stocked to fulfill our day to day needs. Frozen, fresh vegetables are well stocked. Remember to buy fresh veg on Friday and Monday Morning. Request them to include in their whatsapp group so that you get constant updates. I personally enjoy visiting to their store and feel its very convenient as compare to going to Patel Brothers.

The cleanest, most organized Indian grocery store I have visited with outstanding customer service by the two brothers who own the store. Great variety of products ranging from fresh vegetables to frozen foods. They also have a good variety of Indian desserts. Highly recommend this store if you are shopping for Indian groceries.

This is an amazing Indian store. In the last few months the owner has really put in a lot of effort to include a huge variety of items in each category. The store also has been renovated and is much bigger and better organized than it was before. I am now finding items here that are hard to find in other Indian stores. All the items are fresh and the owner does a great job of never having any expired or outdated items on the shelves, so quality is never an issue. Their fresh snacks that come in on certain days every weeks are amazing, and fresh vegetables are great. Their frozen section and selection of Indian ice creams is very nice as well. The same is true for all grocery categories. The owner is very helpful, nice and honest. They are also always kind enough to help me out to the car with groceries when I go there with the kids. I hope they keep expanding and also start a restaurant soon.I highly recommend going to this store for any of your indian grocery needs rather than the bigger Indian store chains.

This is a newly renovated Indian store with good variety of groceries. They have: 1) good quality, fresh, Indian vegetables; 2) good options for frozen vegetables and ready to eat curries; 3) good quality dry goods; and 4) great customer service. When I went in, I automatically picked a brand of multi-grain flour that is often used in our household. The owner paused whole checking out, informed me that the price of the item went up considerably (almost doubled) due to covid related shortages. Instead of making a quick buck from an unsuspecting customer, he recommended a comparable brand that was being sold for half the price. I appreciate his honesty and integrity. The prices at this store are slightly higher than the prices at a big-box Indian store like Patel Brothers. However, the owner's approach to doing business made me decide to skip future trips to Schaumburg. I will be returning to this store, despite the minor difference in prices. In fact, I might end ip saving money in terms of gas and time by skipping the drive to Schaumburg. Keep up the good work, Bombay Mart.
