Blue Badger Bar & Grill

Blue Badger is part of the Racine Petrol stop off Exit 333. It occupies the entire second floor, and is a great space with high tops, low tables and a long bar. They also offer live music and several video gambling machines. Food is made in the Airstream downstairs and delivered via trolley. My husband had the cod fish sandwich with coleslaw side, and I ordered the Wisconsin Cranberry Chicken wrap with garlic parmesan fries. The cod was extremely flaky and tender, and the brioche bun very buttery. The wrap had a great balance of flavors and textures, with the craisins and bleu cheese being an exceptional combination. The fries came hot and crispy, and while the garlic parmesan flavor was tasty, I felt they could have used a little more.Blue Badger is a great place to stop on your travels. Good food, great service and a casual atmosphere. A nice alternative to the usual fast food options seen passing through.

Stopped here by chance after making a pit stop to purchase O&H Kringles. The food was ready and sitting, but I still took a chance with the chicken sandwich and mashed potatoes. Both were pretty good. I just wish the sandwich was crispy. It was sitting there for awhile and it wasn't crispy at all. The taste was good though. If just ask for a fresh sandwich next time. I'll be here for future trips, but may try something else on the menu.

Good stopping point for a road trip. I enjoyed my meal here and thought that it offered decent value for the money. The salad I ordered had a decent amount of chicken and toppings. I also really enjoyed the warm potato salad and beans/rice. Is it super unique food? No. But it was fairly good overall. As far as atmosphere: The rooftop deck was very nice. Really good place to eat and hang out. They have a gazebo and comfortable seating as well. Overall: recommended!

What a delightful little place. We visited the attached gas station and the goodies at the bakery looked so yummy!Restrooms very clean and everyone was very friendly.

One of the most unique bars I have been to when it comes to "truck stop" restaurants. While the method of food delivery to your table may be unconventional, it is certainly fun. You can sit in the spacious bar and lounge area or the outdoor patio and order from diner style food from the kitchen downstairs after which it will be delivered to your server/bartender via a zip line-gondola basket thing. Get some fried curds. Everything was wonderful. I am glad there are still some unique truck stop bars left in the world. Wisconsin rules.

I probably wouldn't go back. The ambiance is probably cool in good weather - there's a nice looking patio. The service upstairs was good, but the gentleman downstairs who took our order was not even remotely friendly. The food left a lot to be desired. I'd rather go to Culver's or that Rte 20 (apparently they took "outhouse" out of their name - wisely). I'd say it might be good for drinks on the patio in the summer, but would avoid the food.

Fun truck stop restaurant with a unique pulley delivery system from the fried chicken in the airstream trailer on the first floor up to the second floor bar. The food is okay, service is often short handed. If you're traveling along this stretch of I 94, plan to eat here and fuel up.

Good food & cold beer. No physical menu and need to order through the app while in the restaurant which is annoying but not the end of the world.
