We recently took a friend to Bleu to celebrate her birthday. We love the ambiance and our friend had never been there. Maddie was our server and she made some great suggestions. We never would have tried the Medjool Dates without her suggestion, but they were absolutely delicious. We also shared the Roasted Corn and Crab Risotto, and my husband got the Lobster Bisque.We also enjoyed dinner rolls with herb butter. It was nice that something so simple could be so fabulous. Such an enjoyable start to the evening. My friend and I each got the tenderloin, and my husband got the ribeye. Absolutely mouthwatering. So wonderful. I had to take a box home, and the leftovers were equally delicious the next day. We were so happy to have such an enjoyable experience to celebrate our friend. We highly recommend Bleu and look forward to going back soon.

Simply the best food in the area. I know this type of restaurant is not everyone's cup of tea but it is worth it. The dates and the beet salad are a must. The mussels can do no wrong. And the shrimp and grits and lemon chicken will never disappoint. But my favorite dish I've had is the GRILLED LOCH DUART SALMON - creamy manhattan blue crab sauce, crispy idaho potato, tarragon butter. I did not lick the plate clean because I wanted to show some restraint but I would have if it was socially acceptable. Still the only hold up is the bathroom situation. It's cold. It's a hassle (elevator trip to the basement) and it simply does not add to the experience. But that being said this is still a one of one for me in our area.

Excellent fine dining in De Pere! The ingredients are very fresh and top quality. The owner/chef is a great person and very friendly! Everything on the menu is worth ordering but some of their stand outs are the bacon wrapped dates for an appetizer and the lemon chicken main. I haven't been for lunch yet, but the options look great and their fries are amazing! The ambiance is gorgeous and cozy and the servers make you feel welcome. Definitely a must-try spot!

Food was delicious and exceeded expectations. My only qualm being that I asked for medium rare on my tenderloin and it was completely well-done... however, still seasoned well and tender. Just disappointing. The shrimp and grits were fantastic. My husband ordered it and I ended up eating a bunch of his meal, haha. The outside seating was wonderful as the weather wasn't too hot, there was a nice breeze and the umbrellas provided perfect shading. There were some ducklings with their momma out on the pond our table overlooked, which made the meal that much more pleasant. I really enjoyed our meal here, and with so many other appetizing sounding courses, we will definitely be back!

This place was cool! I came on a weekend afternoon, and it wasn't too crowded. They have a lunch menu with several courses that I ordered, and everything I had was delicious. Service was great, and I'll likely be back at some point.

I know many people have positive things to say about Bleu.... We have tried 3 times, we always leave with the same feeling of being dramatically underwhelmed.... Again, I know some people really enjoy it, just not us.

I booked a reservation for 8:45pm for two. We felt rushed from the moment we were seated. If it wasn't for the excitement of trying out this place for the first time I would have left right away. The room was hot and swampy, stupid me dressed for ac. We ordered cocktails, an appetizer and salad. We had to order entrees right after. We had our wine poured with our salad, cocktails still on the table. The appetizer never made it out. The salad was bland and the crab was off putting and very chewy (which is probably what made us both sick). Our main entrees were delicious. It was still very rushed, no time to really enjoy it with people cleaning around you. No time for dessert or coffee as the kitchen had already closed. Might give it another try, in winter at 6pm.
