Best restaurant in Milwaukee by far. Nothing comes close for this type of meal. Sit at the chefs counter and you won't be disappointed. We have tried just about everything here and it is always outstanding.The pasta is perfectly cooked, chicken under a brick is fire and the appetizers are great. We always get whatever beef dish is on the appetizer list as it is always great. We got 8 dishes between the 2 of us and were completely full by the end. This is our go to fine dining spot in Milwaukee.

I don't want anyone to go here bc I want Birch all to myself!! Do the chef's counter menu. Pricy but astounding!!! It's been six months and we still think about how delicious each bite had been and how amazing it was to watch them create and plate so much. The grill master with the fish. The salad chef. The dessert chef. All so so so talented.But like I said, the less you go, the more for me!!!! Amazing!! Amazing!! Every bit of amazing!!

Good food!That's all I can say about the food, a little bit expensive and the restaurant is modern and the waitress are attentive

Beautiful cozy venue for events. Attended an amazing wedding here and thought the indoor and outdoors were perfect for such an event.

Went on a venue tour here tonight. This space is beautiful and SO thoughtfully put together. They've really thought of everything to make your day as easy as possible. I found Zach to be so personable and easy to work with. If you're planning a major event, you want to come here. It's stressful enough- make sure your space is a "sure thing." The connection with Camp Bar is a nice touch. Great cocktails. Experienced bartenders. Beautiful space. I have nothing but good things to say.
