A couple months ago I saw a picture on social media of a breakfast burrito from Billy Ho's and knew I had to try it. For my choice of meat in the burrito I went with bacon. The burrito was very good. There was a nice balance between the bacon, egg, and cheese and I would definitely get it again. I would ask for a different side, if that's even an option, as the potatoes were super bland with no seasoning or salt to speak of. I ate what I could, but didn't finish them.Getting into Billy Ho's was an adventure. It's located in the basement of the American Legion building and there's no parking on the street out front and only a small lot in back, but you have to walk around the side of the building as there's no back entrance.

Love the Wednesday wing special of 18 wings and chips but opted for the $2 up charge for onion rings which were so good and fresh. The Wings although tasty were a little "tough"Unsure why and the reason for less stars this visit. Great friendly and efficient staff who multitask between tables and bar.

Doesn't get any more WI than a meat raffle, a few pitchers of beer, a cheese forward pizza and loaded tots.

This was the new restaurant of the week and a long time bookmark so I stopped over for lunch. I couldn't find it the first time because the spot was a three flag flying American Legion post so I used google maps to take me there and I ended up at the same intersection so I parked and I looked around and, dang it's in the A /L post right on the sign in front. The place is in the basement and it's classic WI dive bar at its finest with a small bar and some hi tables. It's bar service I was told so I ordered a spicy Bloody Mary spicy and the cheesesteak sandwich with upgraded onion rings for $2 extra. The Bloody Mary was super average with absolutely no depth of flavor at all that was garnished with a couple good firm olives, 2 meat slices and a cheddar cheese cube which was decent. The cheesesteak looked pretty good and smelled amazing with lettuce, tomato and mayo which is not the norm from most places and it was fu#king delicious that way, if I can remember I'm going to ask for future cheesesteaks from other place to add lettuce, tomatoes and mayo. The grilled peppers and onions with the thin sliced beef topped with melted cheese on the fresh hoagie bun was perfect for my cheesesteak craving. On the other hand the up charge onion rings were beer battered and thin, very average bar food and I thought that the seasoned potatoes/frys that came with the sandwich would have been a better option for this sandwich.Overall I had a good lunch at a reasonable price with a cocktail/chaser sandwich and side for $20.95 that completely satisfied me, the 1st timer on my receipt was noted for the kitchen ? like what is that and don't F this order up ? I don't know.

I have been there twice and the sandwiches have been very good. I was disappointed as the menu was not up to date and my first choices both times were not offered anymore.

Hi, This is Dominic the food reviewer. On Thursday I went to Billy Hos Pub and Eatery for a special sampling of their upcoming St. Patrick's day menu. It is located on 118 Main St. Pewaukee, WI.On Wednesday March 17th, they will have a special menu. It will include a deep fried reuben from DudeFoods.com using Pabst Beer. It's called a Pabst Blue Reuben. They will have reuben quesadillas, reuben rolls, reuben pizza, and corned beef sandwiches. I got to try all of these, I thought everything was very phenomenal, delectable, and it hit the spot. Reubens are one of my favorite foods.10% of all proceeds will be donated to Best Buddies Wisconsin which is an organization that helps special needs people make friends, help with employment, and provide Leadership development. Billy let me pick out the charity, which I thought was really cool.I want to thank Nick Chipman from dude foods for joining us at Billy Ho's. That deep fried rueben you came up with was incredible. I also want to thank Billy Ho for letting me try all the St. Patricks day food.I always have great meals at Billy Ho's and have eaten here many times. I think it's such a welcoming and fun place. Wednesday is normally their awesome wing special night, but on St Patrick's day they won't be doing the wings and will be doing this tasty rueben menu. Billy said the kitchen would be cooking this great food on St Patrick's day from noon to 10pm.https://www.facebook.com/298033997778614/posts/587122055536472/?d=nAlso, I put link to my previous review here that has their regular menu too.

Billy-Ho's has me nonplussed. It's a bar/restaurant in the basement of a Pewaukee VFW hall. I don't think I would have ever walked in if it weren't for some colleagues discovering it last Summer. That night we were in Pewaukee for the Waterfront Concert Series. After a little music and a brewski or two, I headed home. However, my coworkers were famished and set out to find a bite to eat. As they walked towards their autos, their noses found Billy-Ho's. No lie! The smell of hot wings wafted through the air and they followed their olfactory senses like Yogi Bear uses his to find a cooling pie on a windowsill.(Men would be very easy to trap, by the way.) Since then, these guys have made Billy-Ho's their after-work place to chill. Tonight, I finally joined them. It's as expected: dark, windowless, and plain. The draft beers are the usual macro suspects. (I believe there were four of them.) So far, nothing special... but then the wings. You see them from across the bar. You can't miss them. Splayed on a platter with a pile of homemade chips towering in the center, your mouth begins to water. The air is filled with sweet peppery smell of Frank's Red Hot. There shall be no cheeseburger, chicken wraps, or pizza tonight. No tonight (Wednesdays), it's all about the wings. And this giant platter of wings cost how much? (Wait for it....) Seven dollars and ninety-five cents! Seriously. My wife and I ate ten wings at BW-3 last Sunday and they were 12 bucks. Billy's platter has 18 far superior wings! Presumably the chips cost $1.65 because the wings on Wing Wednesday are only 35¢ each (must be ordered in batches of six). Plus, they're meaty ones and cooked the same way that the best wings are cooked so that they arrive hot with a crispy, crackly, crimson skin.Oh man, Billy-Ho, you have won me over. My pals had it right, your wings are so irresistible, I can hardly wait for next Wednesday night!!

Our group came here after golf and enjoyed the fish fry and pizza. Good comfort food and drinks at a fair price. The service was friendly and attentive during a busy time with a big group. Will definitely come back!
