I attended a Big Mouth Pasta pop-up at La Kitchenette in Madison in September. The four-course prix fixe menu did not disappoint. The main course - a perfectly cooked ravioli stuffed with beef - was the highlight. The sauce (or maybe gravy?) was the perfect texture and consistency with a pretty shine. The lightly dressed salad with grilled green beans was a close second.Wine was available from the restaurant menu, and the timing of the food and service was spot on. (One person in my party had an allergy which was easily accommodated.)
