Menu needed an update. Fries are hand cut, we had burgers, Itilian Beefs and a polish. Food was good.

Really nice lady answered the phone. 5 stars for customer service. We ordered for the whole family, lots of wings, burgers etc. she repeated my large order back and it was ready for pickup in less than 20 minutes. Got everything we ordered hot and ready to go. It's your average fried food, so I have no real complaints. Except I wasn't a fan of their ranch dressing, it was thin and bland. I'd suggest they change the brand since it doesn't do them any favors, especially since I'm sure wings are a common order here... would definitely elevate their meals if they had better ranch. Overall it's your average little fried food shop, especially nice for a quick meal pickup when you don't want to cook during a snowstorm!

I love this restaurant, especially the new owner. He is so nice and i often witness him handing out freebies. Great customer service and even better food. I order from here at least once a week and will absolutely continue

If I could give zero stars I would. We are in the middle of a pandemic and the cook (pretty sure it's the owner) and cashier are not wearing masks, AT ALL. The cook is not using gloves and in fact, he is also the guy bagging the food and I witnessed him licking his mouth to open a plastic bag. This is all unacceptable. I am then handed a paper bag with the food which is open, nearly all places are closing up bags for safety during the pandemic. I have been in restaurant management and owned restaurants since 1988. This place is not worthy of eating. I would highly recommend not eating here unless they change procedures.

Went to Big Jacks after a round of golf. First impression was great service. Nice guy behind the counter and lady on the grill. We had burgers that were juicy and quality beef. Fries are homecut and some of the best we have had. Also tried the chicken pita and it was juicy and quality. Good people and service=winner!

Very greasy food if you order the hot dog special with fries your hot dog bun will be soaked in grease. Not very good food at all very greasy everything

First time eating here and it was delish. I had the chi-town cheesesteak and it was really good. My kids gave the hot dogs a thumbs up. no fries were wasted. And will definitely be coming back for the Italian beef. 2 hotdogs meals with fries. An Italian beef with a drink and cheesesteak meal was about $46. Employees were great and there are a couple tables you can eat at inside and outside. Decently clean, will be coming here again.

I have passed by here so many times and finally decided to try it! I got the chicken pita and it's a 10/10, the chicken is moist, flavorful and the portion is amazing. My husband got Chicago style hot dog and chili cheese, both very good flavor as well. Their fries are also really good! Service was very nice and very welcoming ! Will for sure be coming back :)

The bun was like play-doh, fries were soggy, hot dog was made sloppy. Service was fine nothing special

A hidden gem, little but mighty, menu loaded with variety! Never had a bad meal from hot dogs, with real fries Great! Italian Beefs loaded with flavor, beef super tender. Eat in or carryout, gaming available !
