I was wondering around today and ran across this Barbecue food truck. I love barbecue and being from Texas, barbecue is a way of life. I ordered the rib plate w/coleslaw and beans. $10.00 not bad price. Wow when I opened up the styrofoam container I was super surprised. Really awesome!! The ribs were really really good for a Wisconsin food truck. Lol. Plenty of meat on the ribs with the most delicious barbecue sauce! Very moist and perfectly smoked. It was served with homemade coleslaw and beans. The ribs were spread out on 2 pieces of very soft and fresh bread. To me that's always a sign of good barbecue if the bread is soft!! I truly enjoyed my lunch!! Would definitely go back and try some other choices on the menu. I want to try the French fries topped with any meat and cheese next time. I was really surprised that no one had ever left a review. So I added them on Yelp! It definitely should be a bookmark!

Came across this truck this afternoon. I like barbecue OK, but I'm pretty picky. Their ribs blew me away! VERY tender, and the sauce is amazing! So is the coleslaw and beans that came with it. I will be seeking them out in the future, for sure!
