I first came to this pro shop when I was in the area for a tournament. I will never go anywhere else. Every ball I have gotten feels exactly the same which was a problem with my previous pro shop. They take the time to listen and share their knowledge to ensure I get the perfect ball. They have a large selection at fair prices and can usually drill something the same day. I have recommended this shop to many of my bowling friends and everyone has been just as pleased as me with the exceptional service. I look forward to continuing my bowling journey with the help of Best Fit Bowling Pro Shop.

Last Christmas (so almost one year ago) we bought my daughter's ball here and had the ball measured and drilled for her. This ball was her first fingertip ball so she learned how to use the ball and has been practicing for almost a year in leagues with this ball. When leagues started this season, we took the ball into the pro shop at our league facility and they told us the ball was drilled for a right handed bowler and even her finger grips were backwards for a left handed bowler. (Her ring finger grip is in the middle finger hole and middle finger grip is in the ring finger hole) It was also drilled on the wrong side of the ball to get the action for a left handed bowler. We had her re-measured and had the ball plugged and re-drilled at the other pro shop. (We chose not to go back to Best Fit because we had problems with another ball we own being drilled at the wrong pitch) I called Best fit to talk to the owner. He said my daughters drill sheet showed she was a right handed bowler. I asked why they would put that she was right handed when her left hand was measured and he couldn't give me an explanation. He offered to plug and re-drill the ball. We declined due to the issues over the last year. Then he offered us a new ball at their cost, which we also declined due to the fact that she doesn't need a new ball, it just needs to be drilled correctly. I asked if he would make it right and allow us to come in and pick out a pair of bowling shoes for my daughter. He said yes to that. Today we went in to pick out the shoes and he said he would give us shoes at their cost, or $30 off a pair of shoes. This was not what we discussed over the phone and we paid $65 to fix their mistake. He told us if he is going to give us anything for free that he is going to take her bowling ball. He also said there's no way for him to know that she was measured for her left hand. My daughter is, and always has been, a left handed bowler. He kept telling us "it's been a year" and that's why he won't do more. How was my 11 year old daughter supposed to know her ball was incorrectly drilled? She has never had a finger tip ball. We came to this "pro" shop trusting they would set her up correctly for leagues. We would have probably never known it was wrong unless we went into this other pro shop during leagues because her finger holes were tight. I am so disappointed how he handled this situation. We have been coming to Best Fit for years getting all of our bowling equipment and now will be going elsewhere since this is how they treat their customers when THEY made a mistake. With 2 youth bowlers starting in our family, we will not be recommending "Best Fit" to anyone we know.
