Benny's Pizza

Good food but costumer service is bad. I have to many delivery guys very rude. When I did complain about getting my order wrong they would not give me a refund. They need to change there aptitudes. There other places that are better.

I get delivery often from Benny's. Whatever I order,, It's always hot and fresh and tasty.. I have ordered their pizza and when I do, I ask for it well done since a few times the pizza dough wasn't crisp on the bottom of the pizza. They are always friendly and courteous from ordering to delivery personnel.

I used to love this place never had a complaint but their customer service was outrageous I called them to tell them that my burger was called the cheese wasn't even melted and it was cold they made it seem like I was lying or something I buy food all the time and do reviews on them I just moved so I don't have my microwave cuz it's still in the storage I threw it away. Y have food delivered so you I didn't have to cook to get it ice cold

Just a few minutes ago I had gotten a chicken breast sandwich from here and it was horrible. The chicken was as flat as a pancake and it was so dry that I was having trouble eating it and the veggies on it tasted old.

It use to be a good pizza place years ago but I would not order from them again. The pizza toppings come from cans and paying over $20 for a large pizza with mediocre to below average ingredients is not worth it. Who ever answers the phone to take the order wants to get you off the phone quick and you will not understand a word say.

My family always orders from here when we are craving pizza. We do half supreme and half pepperoni and they always fill the whole pizza up with toppings. One of the best pizzas I have ever had in Milwaukee. I have ordered pizza here for 10 years now and they have never messed up my order. We also get their cheeseburgers which are super juicy and savory. Best hamburger I have ever had. Their chicken sandwiches are also really good but I prefer the cheeseburger. The chicken sandwiches have great flavor and a juicy texture. Love this place!

Horrible service told me they will never deliver to me again cause I told them their food was horrible and not cook all the way bad service don't order from them

Last night I went to Benny's at 11:50pm and the door was locked. One of the guys behind the counter made a motion swiping his hand past his neck signifying they were closed. The sign outside the door said they closed at midnight so closing 10mins early is somewhat understandable. Especially for a Saturday night. Tonight I made sure to get there at 11:40pm. Once again the door was locked and the same gentleman behind the counter made the same motion. I pointed to the signage that says midnight and he shrugged. This is a local neighborhood business in my area. I literally live around the corner. As I turned the corner to head back home, the same cashier came out the side door and watched me walked away laughing obnoxiously loud. This establishment has false advertising indicating they close at midnight, in reality, they close when they feel like. I am also disgusted with this behavior and attitude from this worker. I will no longer be recommending this business to any of my colleagues and associates and am highly disappointed by these inconveniences. I will no longer be supportive and funding this establishment. All the taco trucks in my neighborhood, I feel like a fool for ever considering this establishment in the first place.

Nasty raw pizza dough, false advertising, nasty pizza, mediocre sandwich, who wants to eat raw pizza dough? Not me. Not that it's even real pizza dough, just frozen pre made dough like a five dollar frozen pizza from the store for twenty dollars. At least a frozen pizza could be cooked properly...Negative 10 stars

Horrible customer service! I placed a large order and they messed it up. I even asked the lady to repeat it. I ordered chicken wings for my 10 year old and they forgot the order. Not only did the manager not apologize but he argued with me about it. I have been in customer service for over 20 years and you do not argue with a customer. You admit your error and apologize.
