Benedetti's Supper Club

I have been going to this restaurant for better than 50 years. I started in my teens with my parents bringing me and now am 70+ and still eating there the second and third generation have taken over and it's just as wonderful as it was we mostly go on Friday for fish? In our opinion it's the best fish fry in the state wonderful food every time we go I love consistency and a restaurant and you will find that here fresh fish, large portions and they don't mind substitutions which is also a plus the service is always excellent. It is a little crowded on Friday so if you get there and the prime dinner time I would say between six and eight you might have to wait for a table, but they have a lovely bar with experience bartenders that will make you the best martini you've ever had, I'd like to think the Benedetti family for their consistency and their wonderful welcoming atmosphere

Our visit to Benedetti's Supper Club was a complete disappointment. Our party of 12 arrived before 5 pm without reservations, hoping to enjoy an early dinner. The hostesses, unfortunately, were the epitome of unwelcoming; their refusal to accommodate us, despite numerous open tables, left a sour taste from the start. We even suggested splitting our group into smaller tables to no avail.A kind fellow diner relinquished their table, offering it to us, and we ended up scattered across three tables. The hostility continued when the hostess showed displeasure as my 17-month-old walked from our table to his grandpa's. To add to the frustration, one of our tables was rushed to finish and leave, citing the need for the table, only to find it unoccupied half an hour later. This unacceptable, they seated us and did not mention a "time limit" and they were only dining at the table for 30 minutes.The culinary experience mirrored the service--disappointing. The fish, American fries, French fries, and baked potato were all disappointingly bland, and the kids' Mac n cheese resembled a budget box of Kraft. As out-of-town visitors spending time with family, this experience was a low point, and we won't be returning. Treating patrons with respect seems to be a lesson lost on Benedetti's Supper Club. Even after expressing our grievances to the manager, an apology was offered without any meaningful attempt to rectify the mistreatment of our group. A regrettable experience that left us with no desire to return. All I really wanted was the grasshopper and after part of our group was rushed out I wasn't about to order anything more.

We love Benedetti's, we come here often and always have friendly services from the wonderful bartenders to the waitstaff. Some times you have to be patient especially if you do not have a reservation. Don't forget to order an ice cream dessert!

THEY HAVE A FABULOUS SALAD BAR all you can eat soup and salad bar included with the dinner and EVERYTHING in that salad bar is fresh and delicious. The pickled herring is so delicious!!! The lasagna is so large and so good! Hours wednesday to saturday only. Make sure you call on saturday for future reservations or call sunday and leave message for reservations! They will call you back to confirm. Go here it is really a great deal and i was massively impressed.

Ordered the baked cod and was dry, crusty and hard to chew. Sent it back only to have to wait forever as everyone at our table was almost finished with their meal. Ordered the brandy Alexander and after 30 minutes of waiting , finally received it (waitress forgot to order at bar). We've been coming here for years, so very disappointed. Not sure if we will return.

Wasn't super impressed with this place. The menu online has way more choices than the one they actually provide you at the restaurant. I actually wanted something that they no longer had. Our French onion soup was barely warm. There is also no salad bar anymore. The petite filet was tender but.. basically tasteless. I didn't even care for the mushrooms and those are always my favorite part. The drinks were poured well and the au gratin potatoes were good but that's about all I can give this place. I did think their ice cream desserts were cool looking but we didn't try one. In conclusion I'd prob skip this place .. try the butterfly club instead.

We came on a Thursday night, because it was my birthday. We were seated right away, and only one of four tables, because we came around 7:00.The waitress was a little all over the place, taking our drink order but then saying she'd be right back with appetizers instead of bringing drinks. So when the apps came, we still didn't have drinks, and she was going to go get drinks when we reminded her, but I had to stop her and ask if we could just put in our order at that point.The food was all delicious though, which is the only reason for 4 stars, hopefully our service will be better next time. The salad bar was yummy, and all of our food was perfect. My husband loved the scallops, and I thought my steak was very good too! I wasn't a huge fan of the garlic mashed potatoes, but I'm sure it's because I've been spoiled by another restaurant making them perfectly.We will be back, because my husband has dreams of those scallops. Ha!

Service was wonderful and the food was great! We went on a Friday night, got there shortly after 5:00. Seated right away. Friday only take reservations for 5 or more. We had 4 in our party. Each of us had a different entree. Ribs , fish fry , filet mignon, and pork chop. All were delicious. They serve a limited menu on Friday so we have reservations next Saturday so we can try something different.

We had a party of 8. The evening started with delicious drinks from the bar. We were greeted by the hostess upon arrival. She was very accommodating. Our dinner was delicious. From the appetizers to the salad bar. 4 of us had the nightly special of prime rib. Cooked to perfection. Rib eye steaks and filets were enjoyed from the rest. I definitely recommend the ice cream dessert drinks. Unbelievable!! They also provide a take out container for you to enjoy that drink at home!! Cannot wait to go back! So many choices in the menu. Also...we had a 4 year old dining with us. She prefers rice with her meals. Even though it is not offered as a side dish, they kindly made the substitution for her. Highly recommend this supper club.

Let me say this place was very disappointing tonight. We have eaten here in the past and always good. Unfortunately something has changed. The salad bar is fair but nothing really to put on the lettuce except tomatoes and the soup was cold. I ordered the chicken cordon blu and it's was absolutely horrible. The waitress admitted they are bought not made there. Zero taste breading was disgusting. The waitress said they wouldn't charge me for that but wanted to charge me for the salad bar and 1/2 cup of cold soup 13.95! She continued to say things that were totally inappropriate to me as a customer. She was rude. To bad customer service is not good as well as the food. We also waited 1/2 an hour for a table when there were empty ones but no servers so they made us wait. Lost us as customers but not sure they even care.
