I can't believe I have never reviewed Bazinga's!My in-laws would go here every single Friday because it was Grandpa's treat for his family and a way to connect.I have been coming here since I joined the family in 2011. I DROOL over their fish fry. I would always get super bummed if we came into town on a Friday and they switched it up that week to Culvers or somewhere you can go anytime for fish.Their fish options are 2 or 3 piece baked or fried cod, really reasonable pricing, but don't Sk for substitutes! Some in our groups would ask for a salad instead but always get gripe because it was Friday.The fish comes with coleslaw or Mac and cheese. Their Mac and cheese is so yummy when paired with the fish and then you NEED to order the bazingos. Thinly sliced potatoes , that are then broasted.My issue is that the service is ALWAYS super slow. Then the last couple of years brought a weird dynamic. We used to send someone early to save a table, and it was never an issue. But then they told us we couldn't when we came for food after grandpa passed, as our tribute to him. He had been going there for so many years, it made me so sad that they couldn't make that happen for us, even when tables were available. I still love their food, but it's hard to go back after that bitter encounter. You're already high emotions and then that just sent me over the edge. We then went to Lucky Bell and had the worst food and service. At least here, we'd have had delicious food.

The service was very good. We had an exceptionally efficient waitress who is also very nice. The food was OK but the space was nice and we had a group of about 12 I think and they came in one or two at a time and they were very accommodating with adding another table which some places are not, I would recommend eating

Pretty good beer selection and great/speedy service. Fish fry comes with choice of potato and also choice of Mac and cheese or coleslaw. My toddler had lots of fun running around-nice open space and "playing" the slot machine games.

We have been looking for a good fish fry in Janesville for a little over a year. For some reason or another, all of the others just don't stack up to this one. Fish was hot and flakey, just out of the fryer. My baked potato tasted fresh and NOT like it had been sitting around. Tarter sauce had great flavor. Mac and cheese was creamy and flavorful, not dry like some others. Bread was fresh, not a bit stale like some others. Cole slaw had great flavor with no funny after-taste like some others.Hands down, this one wins! Nice to have a great place on our side of town......

Couldn't wait to have a real "Wisconsin Fish Fry" on our annual trip back from Kansas. I've discovered in the last 12 years that one takes WI fish fries for granted, until you move away. Other states only offer them during Lent and then it's average at best. We asked our local friends where to go & we heard Bazingas repeatedly, so that's where we went. It was outstanding. Real batter dipped cod - not frozen fillets. Several choices of potatoes: Bazingos, baked, fries. I got the bazingos and they didn't disappoint. Couldn't even eat them all. The Mac-n-cheese was delicious as well. My only suggestion would be a softer roll (ours were a little dry). They also offer baked fish as well as fried shrimp. Everyone in my group enjoyed their food choices. I would definitely eat here again.

Great fish! My husband and I are always on the look out for the best fish fry so we thought we would give this place a shot! We ordered the 3 pc cod and recurved good sized pieces That were breaded and fried to perfection. It came with Mac and cheese, choice of potato, and bun! So good! I highly recommend this fish fry!

We went on a Saturday afternoon. The place was dead, which was good for us, because we were going to be having lunch. The cheeseburger was really good, with a nice outdoor grilled taste, which I like. The fries were good too...fresh and hotUPDATE..5/7/2017 We just had lunch at Bazinga, second visit. OMG if you love thin crunchy pizza crust, you'll LOVE Bazinga's. It's truly the best pizza in town!.

My boyfriend and I decided to try Bazinga's Friday fish fry and we were not disappointed! The beer batter cod was perfection... Good sized pieces of fish in a tasty beer batter fried to a golden color... Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside and the fries were seasoned just right... My boyfriend had the Mac & Cheese, which he said was really really good, and I had the cole slaw which was also good (just needs a touch more salt)... We will definitely be going back... And we only live about a block away...

Great service! Was very happy to see all of the safety precautions. Disposable menus and silverware, plenty of social distance, and all stagg wearing masks. Thanks for keeping us all safe!
