The Customer Service is Great and there food is amazing really nice Place to go my favorite waitress/Bartender is Jen! She was really nice And gave me A pepsi out of her own stash because im not a coke Drinker! She was really really nice and didint have to do that.. but she did it anyways I recommend this place to all my famliy and friends!

I stopped by when driving past Janesville to check the place out. It was a roomy, pleasant atmosphere, not too crowded, and waitstaff was quick to come over once I picked a table for myself.I ordered the prime rib sandwich (with some add-ons) with the haystack onions. I have to say, the food was fantastic. The beef wasn't shaved, but it wasn't a giant slab, either. One medium thickness slice off the roast. The toasted bun/roll was just right.Service was frequent and pleasant, food was great. I'm definitely going to stop again when my travels take me through that area.

Worst service ever on trivia got kicked out for drinking water.. for real. Great staff bad service.

Terrible service went in to pick up orders for customers one was due in 5 minutes she told me 15 when I got in there it was actually 18 minutes before that came up and then turned around on top of that in the 2nd order wasn't done for another 10 minutes after that 1 making everything late when I asked about Why it's taking so long girl waitress tells me she don't know she don't work in the kitchen 11 people in the entire bar 2 seated on the patio and I couldn't even get food orders for customers in a timely manner

I popped in here to get a to-go order, and I was pretty pleased with everything! Firstly the area outside for the dogs is just darling - if I lived in Janesville, I'd be borrowing a dog or two just to be able to use the space. I was there on a late Sunday afternoon, after a Packers loss, and it wasn't busy. Everything was clean and we were immediately approached and helped. I just wanted some cheese curds, because where I live, I can't get them. I also got an order of mini corn dogs for the same reason. There was a little problem with our credit card and it was declined (no idea why, it worked just fine later) but we had cash.It didn't take too long, maybe 10 minutes. The curds were so nice, clearly homemade and well-cooked. I also thought the mini corn dogs were excellent. Perhaps the best thing was the accompanying house-made ranch dressing. All very yum.It was around $10 for our 2 starters. The lost star is that they charge 0.25 per to-go item, which I think is a bit off. Still though, I'd like to go back and try some more of the food!

Nicest place in town. Their food is super cheap but the quality is crazy great too. I have to many great things to say about this place.Service: friendly and super quickFood: exceptionally cheap but amazingly tasty you just wouldn't expect much for the price but they really have great food.Beer: cold tap and fast bartender Establishment: very clean and well kept. This is a must stop for lunch if you never been.

Everyone giving bad service reviews is say come back because that was not my experience at all. Food was amazing. Id recommend this place for anyone looking for a good bite. I will definitely be back

The Fish Fry is THEE best we have tasted in Rock County.... The servers warm and friendly....the management top notch... The beer is ice cold, the mixed drinks blended perfectly...The menu is great and the prices are reasonable...LOVE the outdoor seating !!!!!!!!! The option to dine with your animals is a great option,,,The place has a warm cheers vibe to it ,,,,, The last caviat free hot dog after a brewers win, How do you top that !!!!!!!!!!!

Food was hot and tasty, it was a clean establishment, and the vast outdoor seating was much appreciated! That being said, it was disappointing that another group got prioritized over our table of 5 and we had to wait well over an hour for burgers and a bratwurst, especially considering I had called the day before to ask if the patio would be open and confirm they could accommodate a group of out-of-town cyclists stopping for lunch (read: HUNGRY HUMANS). Next time (I will definitely go back), I'll ask what we could have done differently. Waitstaff was friendly, she was the only person we interacted with during our visit. Everything was right with the order and we were kept hydrated, the prices were right, it just took forever to get our food.

This place was recommended to us because we love to bring our dogs to pet friendly restaurants in the warm summer months I can not comment on the food because we did not make it that far . The title of the restaurant is extremely misleading as I feel we have been to many other more pet friendly restaurants. There are only 2 picnic tables situated in a grassy area away from the main patio. To our surprise.. there is also a $15 fee per dog for a "porch membership' which ensures they've been tagged ... etc. We were extremely disappointed and decided quickly we would not pay the fee nor would we return. Needless to say - we ventured out to a MUCH nicer place downtown - wonderful atmosphere.. pet friendly and NO membership!!
