Operating as neighbors to former US Open golf course, Erin Hills, Barbecue Co. exceeded every expectation. From friendly staff to free tastings of their phenomenal Sweet Apple Pie Baked Beans, service was exceptional. The Adobo Chicken sandwich was marinated to perfection and was complimented perfectly with an employees recommendation of the Chipotle Bacon Mac. Don't be afraid to drive out of your comfort zone to try this restaurant, as it will hook you for many return visits!

Best BBQ in the area! Owner super nice will give you his recommendations. Everything looks so good and taste so good you can't try everything so you will be back!!!

We booked Barbecue Company for our daughter's wedding after attending what was supposed to be a free tasting. The food was excellent and Andy the owner told us that if we booked with him and needed to cancel for any reason that we would refund our deposit no problem. We did have to cancel and I called Andy and again he said that he would refund our $200. When I went to get my deposit Andy said that since we attended a tasting it was easily worth $25 per person so he was taking $100 off my refund. He only refunded me $100 even after telling me twice that I would receive a full refund. Very poor customer service to lie to your customers and not keep your word. We will never recommend or support Barbecue Company

Great food and people. We loved the food so much we had BBQ company cater our wedding. The tacos are amazing as well.

The brisket and pulled pork sandwiches were good. Apple baked beans were the bomb. Ribs were good. Didn't try any sauce. I would definitely go back again.

After seeing Joanna Ts check in at a good looking BBQ place and me being a BBQ junkie I thought I would see if there was any BBQ in the area where I was at and this place was on Yelp and not that far away so I stopped by. The pictures on yelp looked good with real smoked meats because I could see the smoke ring in the meats.I could see the smokers in back but none were smoking away just after lunch time so my BBQ will most likely be at least from the previous day. There was a slight smell of smoke in the air which usually is a good sign. After looking at the menu I decided not to get a full slab and play it safe with the half slab for $15 plus tax because I was not getting a good BBQ vibe from this place.I literally left the place feeling completely ripped for my $15 because I was handed a container that was smaller then there 5.5 X 8.5 menu, it could hide under the menu. The half slab is just that and I mean no bread, muffin side or anything with it, not even a cup of BBQ sauce. I have been to BBQ places all over the country and probably do BBQ more than most people, who does that.The ribs didn't look like the BBQ meat pictures on yelp with no smoke ring at all and no good smoke flavor at all. The meat was on the tough side and mostly tasted like cooked pork with BBQ sauce for the most part.Overall I was not impressed with this BBQ at all and my BBQ crave was not satisfied either. I think it's over priced and the fact that they are so cheap and don't give you any sides when everyone else does for around the same money is just BS. I definitely will not be stopping back at this place again.

Love the food they catered our wedding and everyone loved the food I can't thank them enough so many options and I love everything that I have tried. I Try at least 1 different item each time.

Wow this was excellent BBQ in the middle of Wisconsin, not typically thought of as a BBQ state. Had a half slab of ribs, sausage, side of blue cheese coleslaw and beans. My son had a pulled pork sandwich plus Mac and cheese which he raved about. While we were eating outside, chef / owner brought out a side of Adobo Chicken, which was to die for. Must come back!

Food is good but the food is kind of expensive I like their Mac and Cheese that's all I have to say but overall very good food
