Ayras Liquor & Cigar Oak Creek

This was my second year in a row visiting Arya's while up in Wisconsin for Memorial Day weekend, and I cannot wait to come back. Fahim was awesome to work with and his knowledge of the bourbon industry was second to none. Was able to get a few of their store picks and happy to support their stores from afar. If I could give a 10 star review I would!

Very well organized and clean. Diverse products with good prices and fair selection of higher end limited addition or allocated liquor products.

Ayras liquor and cigar bar in Oak Creek. Wisconsin is a very special place! The people who work and or own the business are the friendliest people I think I've ever met. When I needed help out to my car, they were there to help me if I needed advice on a particular alcohol product they were right there with advice for me. I went there one evening and they had a huge crowd in their whiskey bar, and it looks so happy and fun. I was going to jump in, but I was in a hurry or I would have. Keep up the good work. With the way you're going, you're going to be an Oak Creek staple in no time!

Customer service is great. Selection is great. Prices are pretty good. But watch out for their advertising of the raffle system. Extremely misleading. They have bottles displayed as raffle items on the second shelf behind the counter. Cashier stated drawings are once a month. First one was today when I entered in March. Only 2-3 of the bottles were actually from the shelf. The other 15 were normal stocked items at most liquor stores. Was told it would be via phone, they would call you if you won. Then changed it to mandatory attendance. Feels very bait and switch. Advertise bottles as a raffle prize. Then once you buy, change the prize. My rating would be a lot higher if they would stick to what they are telling customers. Feels sketchy.

Awesome whiskey selection at the bar/lounge. The bar also has a great atmosphere and is quite relaxing. Some of the best pour prices you'll see for rare whiskey. Shelf prices for spirits, beer and wine seem to be on par with most other stores. They reward frequent customers using a rewards program, allowing to purchase high-end spirits at MSRP at a certain amount of accumulated points. Selection of beer/wine/spirits is quite impressive as well.

Excellent service, very nice selection of liquor and wine. They were quick to order something I was looking for and called when it arrived.
