This small coffee shop located on the Main Street of a small suburb of South Milwaukee is a gem! The ambiance is homey and warm with lots of well thought out comical art!The selection of lattes is varied and unique. I ended up getting the Peanut Butter Cup and my wife the Space Cowboy. Both were fantastic!My wife and I like to locate small local shops for coffee when on vacation as it reminds us how we met in college in Iowa City! This place did just that. It is a great place to sit and chat or get some work done for an hour or two.Kiddos to a great 8 years so far!

This place is like walking into my heart. This is EXACTLY what it'd be like if I ever owned a coffee shop. I'm almost in tears because I love this little place so much. When I go anywhere, but especially a big city as you know I try to always find small places that are somewhat off the beaten path. Coffee shops especially. So I always do my research before I go and I had a short list but I marked this one special. Because something just felt like I needed to check it out. I'm so glad that we did. My Blackberry lavender white chocolate mocha was easily one of the best drinks I've ever had. I forgot to ask for the name of the sweet girl that was working but you can tell she puts so much care into every drink she makes. As you can see from the menu there are lots of options both fancy and basic. The boyfriend got an Americano but enjoyed it so much that he got a second one, while we spent a couple hours hanging out in this quiet little Utopia. I also bought a shirt to bring home as a memory. I will absolutely come back anytime I'm in Milwaukee. Don't sleep on this one

Raspberry Mexican Mocha! Done to perfection. Friendly and knowledgeable barista. Great vibe to this place, I definitely reccommend if you are near South Milwaukee. I did just overhear conversation that they will be moving to a slightly larger location at the end of the month

I really, really, REALLY like this place! Now I wouldn't say this place sticks out in any particular way, but it does do the small town coffee shop vibe perfectly! I go here almost everyday before work. The employees here are super nice and friendly and sometimes have already started working on my order before I enter in! It is a very small coffee shop so there is not much seating space, but there is a lot of cool local artwork and event posters all around. Honestly the main reason why I love this place so much is because it fits my criteria as a perfect coffee shop to stop at on your way to work. For my order I get the same thing everyday..... Matcha with oat milk! Now I know some of you are looking at this review with disgust after reading that, but I highly recommend everyone to try it out especially from here! Avenue coffeehouse makes a mean Matcha latte! In then end if you are in South Milwaukee and need a quick coffee stop this is the place to do it!

Our coffees are FANTASTIC!! The baristas were sweet and helpful. Definitely a place to go back to when in town again. Five star for sure.

My boyfriend and I have been trying out coffee throughout multiple towns in the area and we have yet to find a coffee we like better than the creamy caramel vanilla latte. Would recommend!

Their coconut mocha and peanut butter lattes are super creative delicious drinks. They have other specialty flavors too, but I haven't tried them yet because I just can't get away from those two amazing drinks My boyfriend and I regularly come here and get our coffee to go with one of the yummy bakery items, but the environment is so darn cute and comfy that we've hung out a couple times, using their WiFi to browse the web or get work done as we enjoy our beverages. You can tell the coffee is made with love. Definitely my favorite coffee shop in South Milwaukee

It may be small in size, does not have a drive thru, but the coffee and the bakery definitely makes it worth making a stop. I am usually not a coffee shop person, mostly because the coffee shops near me are chain shops and I am not a fan of those. This shop is a great little place to stop, have some coffee, bakery and chat with a friend, or a sister or brother if you prefer. They are open Mon - Fri 6am-5pm, Sat 8am-2pm Sun 8am-12p. This cute spot has tons of fun coffee choices and a small variety of bakery treats to choose from. The peanut butter cup latte was delicious! Not much room to sit inside but the wooden benches outside are perfect to sit for a coffee and bring the dog too. Can't wait to return and try a different coffee or smoothie!

Small space but coffee is delicious! They have really fun seasonal flavors that are always worth a try.
