Years ago, Arbee's was one of the best liquor depots in the Racine area. It had a large selection and super-motivated attendants who always assisted getting your purchase to the car. This was especially helpful when getting a couple of cases or a keg. The owners' wine knowledge was great and they always had a price/quality suggestion.Well, those days are long gone. The last time I was there, the wine bottles were covered in dust. While I was handling several bottles to make a purchase, the Indian owner followed me around like I was going to steal something. (?? really) I got fed-up when the Indian owner's wife asked if I could hurry-up and buy. What a joke!! I got in the car without a purchase and drove to Timers. At Timers I got help with the selection and was treated like a guest.
