There is ample parking on site making this winery very accessible. We were treated by the friendly bartender who I believe is the owner. She explained their wines to us in just enough detail and walked us through how to make selections for a flight. I did the red flight and you got 4 wine samples for $12. Super affordable! We also ordered a large cheeseboard which was more than enough for two. There are pizzas and soft pretzels available at night on the weekends but since we were here on a Friday afternoon they weren't serving those yet. A lot of Wisconsin wineries do really well with sweet wines but don't have a large dry offering. My flight of 4 red wines was perfectly dry! We really enjoyed our time and can't wait to come back and try what looked like a really nice outdoor are when the weather gets warmer.

A nicely refined winery with lots of history to the property and modern facilities. Most of the wines here are dry. White wine tasting is $9 and red tastings are $12, for 4 samples of each. Bottles tend to run $15-$20 for whites, mid $30s for reds, and $45-50s for reserve bottles.The proprietors are friendly and knowledgeable. Though adding a pallet cleanser of some crackers or even water would be an improvement for tastings.

Was at a private function. The various wines were excellent with lots of appetizers. Everyone received excellent service and would recommend anyone who is looking to entertain a medium or large group.

Very cute place with nice owners. Place is kind of hidden but that's why it's very interesting.Wine was good. I would recommend it!

Highly recommend! Looking for something to do on a Sunday afternoon we stumbled upon Apple Works Winery and had a wonderful time. The owners were gracious and explained the various wines available for the tastings. We got one red and one red tasting, and a cheese plate. Enjoyed the pm all, but after selecting favorites we then had full glasses. Enjoyed them so much we ended up buying some bottles to take home.WE will be going back and excited for spring and summer to sit on patio and listen to live music.

This is a quaint local business run by a lovely couple. Great to stop in for a glass or a tasting. I have not been disappointed in any of their wines. They also offer a small meat & cheese plate.... And on the weekends pizza and pretzels. Service is amazing. You won't be disappointed. I will be back!

Amazing experience. There is a wide variety of wines and craft beers. They offer flights at a very reasonable price, along with a cheese and cracker platter. Staff is extremely sweet and helpful and will make sure you have an amazing time here. They have an outdoor patio seating area that is shaded and cool. There is a beautiful view as well. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and try out some new wine.

Apple Works winery is a neat spot to check out. They have a pretty tasting room and offer wine flights (of your choosing) to taste an assortment of their wines. The flights were a good size for the price! The wine itself what is okay, the ones we had tried weren't full body wines and tasted a little watered down. Lisa (owner) was very friendly and knowledgeable.

We hosted my daughters wedding shower here. The owner, Kevin was horrible to work with. His blatant male insecurity was downright aggressive. If you're a woman working with them ask to work with his wife. She was friendly and easy to work with. I will never return after our experience with him. In the end, the shower was fine, but not worth the pain of his yelling in my face because I didn't respond to his email in the time he expected when he never gave me an expected deadline. If you expect fair treatment as a woman, go elsewhere.

We contacted the owners to arrange for a private event. Needless to say, many details were overlooked and promises made that were not kept. Items that were never discussed during initial discussions were going to be charged even though not printed on their information sheet for event gatherings. Such as purchasing a minimum number of bottles of wine for the event based on the owner's recommendation which, by the way, was overshot. The owner making promises regarding the event space that were not even attempted to be filled, not listening to our concerns, not answering questions, being quite dismissive and even trying to back out of the event date because of allegedly missing his self-imposed deadline date that was never provided are only a few of the issues encountered when working with this "gentleman". Taste their wine - it's good - and then RUN! You'll burn off the calories and be glad you did. :)
