We have been going here for years to both sell things and buy. It's sort of self serve but there is always someone around to help you if you look. This is not a Goodwill or St Vincent store so don't expect that quality or price range. This is the good stuff with good value for what you get. The variety of things change fairly quickly so its worth a look every couple of weeks if you have something specific in mind.Do not drop in with a piece of furniture without calling first. The owners know what sells and what doesn't so call and send pictures before going. Small quality things are generally appreciated like table top stuff or good art. Masks are required of course. Give them a shot. It's never too crowded in there and it's a big space so you can keep your distance from others.

If I could give no stars, I would. Overpriced. Period. Rude. No greeting. Zero tact with answers to questions. I've been in at least 4 times, or more. It's always the same. I never have returned. Not sure how they stay in business.

I am a huge fan of MCM furniture, so this place is one of the "must visit" sites when in Madison. So much beautiful furniture. However, pricing is frightfully high, like the bright-orange swivel chair for $6000. Yes, you heard me, $6000. Nothing in this store is even remotely reasonable. To decorate an entire living room would cost upwards of $15, 000. So, if you like MCM, Danish Modern, etc., this is definitely the place for you. But bring your checkbook.

I love this store. The sister's have always been wonderful to me and I did get a great price on a book case that is all wood. This is high end furniture at a fair price. Please remember that you can negotiate a price. The furniture is high quality and if you see something you like...make an offer. The ladies were always so nice.

I decided to browse at this place after finding it on Yelp. This is no thrift store; this store has many high-end furniture and decorator pieces, all in like new condition. I am guessing this is a popular place for wealthy people to send their gently used furniture when they decide to remodel. The store is not cheap, but if you are looking for high quality used furniture, this is a good place to stop. I didn't buy anything, so I can't review the customer service- I was not bothered by the employee when I was browsing. The only thing I didn't like is that there were a lot of unpriced pieces the day I was in.

This place just needs to sell already to someone who will actually be open during posted business hours and care about their consigners and customers. What a waste.

Was in the store Saturday afternoon and the woman working was very short and plain rude to us! I felt she was trying to ignore us. We just built a home in Middleton after relocating from out of state and we need EVERYTHING! The employee seemed very judgmental. I will go where my business is appreciated. We will never be returning again. Such a shame on small business Saturday too.

I am not one to complain but after my experience that I just had I thought I better post on this shop. Just brought a what I call pretty nice purchase of approx $250.00 on some furniture. The furniture is in pretty good shape, its the staff that could have used some help. Here is why:1) After my father who simply pointed and waived from across the store and said, "Can you help me please" . Got a yelling at from the employee on hand, saying how she shouldn't be pointed at. I thought that was uncalled for. Working retail I have dealt with much worse than someone pointing and waving and politely asking "can you help me?". 2) I am 8 months pregnant, not that I expected any sympathy but there was absolutely no help offered in loading heavy furniture. It was my Dad and myself. 3) If your going to take your child/grandchild or any child to work with you, either have them help or stay out of the way.4) Don't lie to the client, saying you can't discount something if it hasn't been there a month, when in the breath just 5 minutes earlier you stated, " Yeah I should give a 25% percent discount because its been here so long." This was in reference to buying 3 pieces of the set verses 2. When I only got the 2 pieces it was stated it hasn't been here a month yet.... Kind of hard to believe that when you just stated its been here a while...
