Angel's Restaurant

Good food with really great service. We stopped by on Thanksgiving morning and the restaurant was solidly busy. The prices are very reasonable and the food was very good and it came out quickly. If I'm in the area again, I would visit again.

Delicious breakfast options and homemade pies & cakes!!! Second visit and will definitely come back on my next visit to Appleton.

This is one of my all time favorites since I've been in the area. I literally come here every day when I have time before work. The coffee is always strong & fresh plus I appreciate how the servers are always walking around ready to refill your cup before you have a chance to ask. This is a family owned restaurant I think with a lot of regulars I've became one of them. It's not very loud but the people here do come to socialize. I have brought multiple people to this restaurant to eat with but mostly I come alone and still feel welcomed plus comfortable. No matter what I order to eat it always comes out hot & ready. There has not been a time where the food wasn't up to par and I've been here over 10 times. Definitely worth the trip.

What a nice surprise. Visiting the farmers market and want to support local restaurant. Did a quick internet search and Picked Angel's. Very clean, nice menu with a lot of options. Nice greeting as soon as we walked in. I had the cinnamon swirl French toast and American fries. The nread used was round and a little crispy when served. Outstanding. American fries were crispy and seemed to be home-made Wife had scrambled eggs were average, pork sausage VERY good and excellent dark rye toast. Fairly busy but service was friendly and fast. Always a crap shoot when you are in a new town but we got lucky on this one

This place came highly recommended, but failed to deliver. The peach crepes were literally just cold canned peaches wrapped in a crepe. Not diced, not warmed, just dumped into a crepe. It was also $5 for 3 slices of gyro meat and $2.15 for a egg.There are a number of restaurants nearby that offer better food at a better value. It was 9:45am, and the restaurant was not really busy, the server walked by our table with coffee twice without bothering to refill our cups. Overall it was a disappointment and not somewhere I would go back to.The restaurant itself was clean, and the atmosphere was pleasant, it was the food and service that made the experience a failure.

We had a large gathering in town and were staying at the Marriott up the street. Being and avid Yelper I decided to see where we could get a decent breakfast. I ate here with my family on three occasions in 4 days (all breakfast). I have to say that we were very impressed. Three different servers, all extremely polite. Mostly locals come here as It seems the place has been around for a while. Let me cut to the chase. Huge portions, excellent quality great value with exceptional customer service. Eggs Benedict highly recommended! Would I come again? You bet! We were in town for a funeral. Thank you Angels for making our stay feel a little easier.

Angel's is your typical, casual diner-type restaurant in NE Wisconsin. I've been there with my family for brunch a couple times now, and while I want to like them, there's been a few missteps.They were accommodating on Father's Day when we called ahead to reserve a table, as well as setting us up in a place to accommodate a newborn in a car seat. The service has always been just friendly enough, though they're always busy and always seem a bit harried. Service also seemed a bit on the slow side for a place like that, even when they're busy.One time I ordered the crab and mozzarella omelette, which sounded unique and intriguing to me. Unfortunately it had very little crab or mozzarella flavor, but was on the greasy side. On that visit I also asked for a side of bacon, which never came (and were never charged for, but still not the point).On the most recent visit, I ordered the cherry crepes, and they came out plain (it was obvious from the start because another person in our party also ordered fruit crepes, and mine were very flat compared to theirs). Our server took them to be recooked, which they did quickly but they didn't warm them up as requested. The flavor was just okay.Like I said, I want to like them more than I do, but neither experience has been great for me. Seems like the rest of my family likes them okay, so maybe I'm just bad luck . .

Very fast, good food at a reasonable price! We eat there atleast twice a week and are never disappointed.

When a restaurant charges $14.99 for a cheeseburger and adds $7.99 for an extra pattie on it it is like robbery. Also added .99 for cheese, .60 for onion, .60 for tomato and 1.50 for fries. The cheeseburger plate came to $26.67!!! Really!! When talking to the manager, he said prices were stated on the menu. Who would've ever imagined that this was not pointed out when ordering. Paid it, but will never go back and want to warn everyone about their practices. I find it offensive and not very business like!

Angel's is a great place for breakfast. Good coffee, fresh food! Omelettes, hash browns, pancakes and toast, all very good! Clean, friendly environment! I highly recommend Angel's!I'm sure lunch is just as tasty!!
