Cute new-to-me coffee shop that apparently opened in June 2022. Friendly and fast service at reasonable prices. I got a large iced coffee plus an Asiago cheese bagel with cream cheese for $6!

If you have the time to venture in for a SLOW cappuccino & the most amazing monkey bread .. this is your spot! (Note: the barista was so nice yet slow.. perhaps better-suited to the residents of 777?!)

Really easy to get to and fast baristas. Delicious speciality drinks. Strongly recommend! Just wish there was a rewards option for frequent visitors like myself!
