Bought a pork sirloin roast here on 11/11/23 thinking it was actually a pork roast. Paid 11$ per pound, $76 for the roast so yeah ok pastured pork, doing my part right? I am such an idiot. What I actually got when thawed was a huge bone with maybe a pound of usable meat on it. So score one for Allgrass. Unbelievable rip off. Will Never Ever buy from here again. Also you people are nuts charging $8.95lb for a pasture raised turkey. I guess it's just for bragging rights at Thanksgiving so folks can brag to their guests about how 'sustainable' they are. What a load of crap. Congrats on duping the gullible masses.

Absolutely favorite! All Grass farm is family owned and they raise animals 100% grass fed and finished. Organic, healthy food as it should be. People will be no sick after their honey or homemade chicken soup. They have chickens (not young chickens for soup or stew) and that is perfect. Milk, fresh air, great meat,eggs . Amazing service. Place is perfect for gateway from the city. Air smell hear like spring all the time. I love energy here. You can not ask for more. A must if you are in Illinois somewhere trust me.

Beautiful 150 acre family owned pasture farm and small store stocked with a little bit of everything they offer including locally sourced goods. Outside you'll see some livestock roaming around; chickens, goats, pigs and herds of cows. Beef is 100% grass fed and vegetables are organic. Need raw milk? They have it here by 1/2 or full gallons. They supply bottles or you can bring your own. How often can you find raw milk?Setting is serene and inviting. Take a walk around the pasture or sit at one of the provided picnic tables and gaze at the herd of cows out in the field....There's some really great farm finds here..Besides raw milk we picked up whole milk cheese curds, fresh eggs and fresh chicken. Curds were nothing like I've ever tasted; incredibly buttery & rich. I could've kicked myself for not grabbing butter too. Duck eggs, raw milk cheeses, yogurt, fresh & frozen grass fed beef, pork & poultry, grains, local honey & jams, bbq sauces, toiletries. They even had Kombucha on tap. Vegetable selection was minimal, but other than that the selection and quality is impressive. I was surprised they still had fresh eggs available as most farms run out quickly.During Covid they only allow 3 people/time in store. There were a few customers coming and going during our visit on a weekend, but it wasn't super busy. Workers in store were friendly, but not wearing masks :/All Grass is formerly known as Barrington Natural Farms, so if you're looking for them this is their new location. You can also order items from their online store. Definitely worth the drive or a stop-in if you're in the area.

I pass this farm occasionally, and have been wanting to stop in for the longest time. Well, I finally did on New Year's Day! Based on my first visit, I will definitely be going back. Super friendly, helpful, and answered questions. I've never had raw milk and have been wanting to try it. Guess what?! It tastes like milk! Except it's better for you. I take that back. It tastes better than store bought pasteurized milk. Lately, to me, store bought milk has no taste. I only bought a few items since it was my first time there. Picked up some ground meat before I decide to spend a lot on steaks. I made burgers with it, and they were very tasty! It is a little pricey, so I guess it's up to the individual to decide what eating healthfully is worth. Personally, I believe it's worth it! Furthermore, it's nice knowing the source and the farming practices of what I'm consuming.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Farmers are the most important people on this planet. I'll continue to shop here from now on. I haven't had cookies that good since high school.

I can sleep at night when we feed our family with All Grass Farms products. The fresh chickens were scrumptious, especially paird with thrir organic vegetables.

I have been trying to find a local farm to support both their business and my health. True realmilk.com I stumbled upon all grass farms and have been buying raw milk and eggs from them ever since. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have a small but great variety of books as well! It's such a treat for me to live leave the toxic city for a small break to come get my milk and eggs. The farm is beautiful! A thousand stars
