Alderaan Coffee

There are so many cool coffee shops in MKE, I'll admit I skipped over Alderaan in the past to go to one of the more well-known coffee shops with multiple locations throughout the city. Big mistake. I've had numerous lattes, their signature Rocket Fuel (a delicious high caffeine sweet treat), their yummy vegan pastries, and their homemade yogurt with homemade granola. Their yogurt is creamy and one of my favorite things to eat in MKE. I love MKE's coffee scene, and Alderaan has become my favorite coffee shop. On top of that, Alderaan's owner (and mom) are super friendly which makes me feel better about supporting their business. Pro tip: Don't skip out on buying beans to take home-- they are great quality and affordable.

I'm in Milwaukee for work and took a morning walk to get coffee and ended up at Alderaan. What a cute spot with a very friendly barista!What I tried: iced latte, yogurt + granolaWhat I loved: both!- Yogurt and granola portion was huge and tasty! Would've been next level with some berries or banana slices - Latte was great, several flavor options but I went the unsweetened route. Goooood espresso and it was only $3.75! A total steal for a 16oz latte these days

Great coffee great staff great spot downtown! Love the extra effort they put into making the coffee look nice and that they have the option of in house cups.

Absolutely loved my visit to Alderaan Coffee in Milwaukee, WI! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect for both work and relaxation. The highlight of my experience was their Rocket Fuel drink--an incredible blend that packs a punch of energy while being smooth and delicious. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, making excellent recommendations. Alderaan Coffee was my go-to spot for a perfect cup of coffee when living in the city and I still always make a point to stop when I'm visiting WI. Highly recommend to anyone in the area!

I was taking my dog on a walk through Milwaukee and was in desperate need of a coffee. That's when I stumbled upon Alderaan, and I'm so glad I did! A friend ran in first to see if it was okay for me to bring my pup in to order and they said yes, woo! I love the design of the shop. Very minimalistic, bright and cozy. There is plenty of places to work (and outlets!) if you're looking for a place to camp out and get some work done. The staff member working was super sweet and knowledgeable on the coffee and offerings at Alderaan. I told her I was in the mood for something iced, creamy, and on the sweeter side. She suggested the Rocket Fuel and hit the nail on the freaking head! Espresso, cream, brown sugar and cinnamon was combined to make the perfect iced latte. If you're into this kind of sweeter drink, you will LOVE it. I also got a side of yogurt and granola which was tasty too!Huge fan of Alderaan, and I'm still dreaming of when I can come back for the Rocket Fuel!

On a cold January morning even with the roads cover in ice and snow, with drivers who cannot drive for crap... yes I still needed my coffee. I stopped in at Alderaan's for the first time and I was delighted to see I was not the only coffee addict to bear the cold and ice that morning. It was even more lovely to see out of towners in the shop as well. I took home a bag of freshly grounded coffee beans to enjoy at home and I am very delighted to say I love the Imperial Bend they suggested to me! I can't wait to come by again for another bag!

A couple of months ago, I stopped by this coffee shop for a pumpkin spice latte and it was delicious. I love that they carry Bunny's Bites products (which are vegan - yay!). Also, weather permitting, their outside seating area is cozy.

In college I came here all the time to do my homework. They have limited seating but what they do have is a few large tables that I could spread my books out on and get to work. They have a nice chai that I order every time and they make a delicious yogurt and granola. Their homemade granola is also available to purchase in to-go bags. They are also known for their lavender syrup in the summer.

Adorable little coffee shop. Great location downtown.You can tell the quality of the coffee is excellent. I don't know much about roasting coffee, etc but all I know is having coffee here was the first time I felt like I was having coffee in Seattle again Also the interior is so cute! They have a vending machine for iced coffee-great and adorable. And I love that they have a little patio outside with a doggy dish for water

Nice warm place with good coffee! I order a hot oat milk dirty chai. It was delicious. This place is walking distance from my apartment, even when it's cold. The barista offered me a punch card, so I will be coming back.
