If you're ever at the Milwaukee Public Market and need a quick, healthy meal, Aladdin Tastes of the East is a must-try! I've grabbed food from this spot a few times while staying in town, and it never disappoints. The flavors are consistently fresh and satisfying, making it a great option when you're on the go or looking for something lighter before a sit-down dinner or a night out.Their menu offers a great selection that feels nourishing and flavorful--a perfect break from heavier travel meals. Whether you're a local or just passing through, I definitely recommend stopping by this booth for a delicious, reliable meal. It's a hidden gem in the market for sure!

One of the most solid and consistent shops in the Public Market, Aladdin had you covered for bowls, smoothies, pitas and hummus, deli items, and kebab dinners. My go to is Chicken Tikka full dinner and the hummus is some of the best. Since I work nearby I need to stop here for Grab n Go items more often!

I stopped by to try something quick and flavorful. I went for a falafal and hummus wrap. It was good. I cannot say it was outstanding, but still a good wrap.

The Taste of Jerusalem was a yummy option for vegan eaters! I also loved the dolmas. We also happened to forget the second half of our order but Aladdin was kind enough to call and let us know. They could've kept the food so I really appreciate that! Everything was overall delicious and I love that they have vegan options. Definitely a spot I always go to when I go to the MKE Public Market!

Stopped by here on a Saturday night and enjoyed the experience. I ordered the taste of jerusalem pita wrap which was delicious, if a bit difficult to eat (you may want to grab a fork). It comes piled high with romaine, tomatoes, cucumber, falafel (pitch perfect), and tahini. I ordered it with feta added which added a nice salty cheesy kick. They don't have much in the way of sides. My dining companion got an Indian samosa for the side and I just went for some baklava for dessert. They also have smoothies (we just opted for bottled water). The baklava was made with walnuts (I prefer pecans or almonds--but the walnuts were good) and was sweet honey drizzled deliciousness. The service was prompt but they forgot both my feta and my dining companion's samosa (both of which we had ordered and paid for) . Fortunately, we caught it before walking away, so no biggie (but you may want to double check your order). All in all a good first experience!

My mom and I were at the public market and decided to get the mixed smoothies from Aladdin. It was $10 and some odd change for both. The mixed smoothie was a nice combo of strawberry and mango. It was small but tasty! We both enjoyed but just wished they were a little bigger.

Yummiest baba ghanouj in town! They have vegan pita sandwiches and their vegetarian combo platter is super tasty. Unless you are super hungry, one of these could feed two people or leave you with enough seconds for later. They are located at the Public Market, which means easy transit access, whether via bus or the Hop.

I tried their new Cauliflower fritter from Gaza special and it was delicious! Their lentil is very thick and filling. I will definitely come back to try their other dishes.

The service worker was sweet but the shakshuka was not good. The description said poached eggs and they served fried hard. The most important factor is the runny yoke :(
