I really enjoyed coming to this theatre! It's clean. The seats are very comfy and in the winter, it's amazing because they're not only recliners, they're also heated!!!! It makes for such a nice experience. I didn't interact with the staff much only because I don't get popcorn. It was easy peasy! An overall good experience and I would definitely return.

Ever since the age restriction... This is our GO-TO spot! Great arcade! Warm movie theatre with heated seats! Very comfortable and updated! Bar inside with a bowling alley is great for adult game nights! Love it!

I had a issue visiting this cinemas me an my partner was here 1/20/25 8pm for a show while entering in the cinemas nobody was a the door to greet us in or show us where to go also we can smell weed so bad around the main area there was kids that work there just hanging out on the flood an they made of feel nervous because i was more then 4 teens sitting around the bar area wasn't nobody around n when i came back out to get popcorn i was waiting about 20 min in due to the fact one person was at guest service and the food stand i didn't see no adult around to check Id after hours but i just seen kids walking in an out the theater. No customer service at all.

Date of visit: October 17, 2023I was very wary when I heard the news that an out-of-town company was going to take up the failed iPic spot with a bowling alley, restaurant, movie theatre combo just like iPic...The movie theater experience is not quite ready for primetime, unfortunately. The website charges a convenience fee--even if you're a loyalty member--and the kiosks at the front are glitchy, leading us to the box office to purchase tickets. Staff there was a bit more interested in talking with each other than the customers, but that's just how things seem to be these days everywhere so not a surprise.The chairs do recline and are heated, but are not the same as those Marcus is using in their auditoriums; they don't lay flat as much, which is possibly to prevent sleeping/snoring during the film, and I am fine with them there. The issue I had with them is that there's no way to raise an armrest and snuggle with your neighbor, perfect for a scary movie or a romantic flick.Tuesday offers discounted tickets and decent deals on snacks, which is a nice touch. I do think ACX could be a contender if they can up their staffing game and ensure that the property stays in good repair.

Took my kids here yesterday to play some of the arcade games. It's a small arcade, which is fine, but like half of the games were out of order, including the machine that you use to hand in your tickets and pick out a prize. Had to get a girl to open the machine and give us the prizes. Games were also super expensive. $1.00 for a game of ski ball. The motorcycle racing game is $1.50, I believe. We went through $50 in less than an hour. Dave and Busters is a much better deal.

Bowling lanes are always broken despite the place just opening. Don't waste your time.

Kind of disappointed because I was expecting it to be somewhat similar to Ipic theaters since they were in the space before. Service was eh. Food isn't brought out to you like Marcus theaters, you have to guess when to go back and get it since they don't give you a time or a buzzer. There's no trays with the theater seats so you have to eat on your lap or balance it in the middle console. There's way better theaters in the area so I probably won't be back here.

My family decided on this at the last minute and I am glad we did. From the service, the food the employees to the overall atmosphere this was one of the best places I have spent my money at in a very long time. They understood what it takes to make someone want to come back. We have decided this will be our monthly outing spot. Our waitress Khai and the manager Ricardo where the absolute best, thank you both and see you soon.

This wasn't my 1st visit to the bar before movies. 1st visit was smooth and nice customer service. This visit everything but smooth. I did arrive at a busy time so I expected wait. The bartender maybe doesnt have experience! She skipped over is after I told her I wanted to put order in. The bar wasnt the dirtiest but definitely wasnt clean, a guy who maybe was early for shift and seen rush started helping with his backpack still on and I don't believe he washed his hands. The food was good and drinks(though watered down and full of ice)

We decided to have a small party last minute for my twin nieces and when I say they were more than accommodating. They had a table set up for us when we got there for the cakes and they make sure the kids had a great time. We will definitely be back! The entire staff was AMAZING!
