Stopped in for my first visit on my way further north, since I saw a solid rating and good reviews.I like to keep my burger toppings to a minimum, so I can taste the meat patty. This restaurant has three burger patty sizes: 1/4 lb, 1/3 lb, and 1/2 lb. I ordered the 1/3 lb, AKA the Regular size. I just wanted American cheese and bacon, and the employee recommended the BaconEater from the Signature Burgers menu. They put cheese and bacon on the patty and under the patty, so yes, that was a great recommendation. Also, all the burgers include a side of natural cut (skin on, but not fresh cut or hand cut on site) fries.I learned that their burgers patties are "smash patties" or "smash burgers," which means the beef is formed into a ball (and weighed for later use), then placed on the grill or flat-top and smashed down into a patty. Usually, this makes the burger patty cook faster and also usually it is cooked to well-done, as a result. The benefit is that you get a little caramelization on the patty which adds a little crisp texture and ideally seals in the juices. There was liquid dripping from my burger, which I like when it's burger juice, but this didn't seem to be coming from inside the burger. It might have been scraped up from the grill with drippings dyring the cooking process or could have come from the bacon, or both. Either way, I was good with it.My burger was really tasty and had a good bun to patty and toppings ratio. The bacon was generous and crisp. I would order again. The fries were fine. They didn't add nor takeaway from my burger experience. I felt they were seasoned well enough. Since beignets are part of the name, I felt obligated to buy an order. I asked why beignets, and I was told the owner really likes them and no one in the area was making them. They were served slightly crisp and warm, with a layered and soft center. They didn't remind me of the beignets I ate in New Orleans, but they were good enough to order again. I chose powdered sugar over the cinnamon sugar option, and I chose Black Raspberry dipping sauce over the chocolate and chocolate caramel sauces. Overall, I was really happy with my visit. I would eat here again, and I would order the BaconEater burger and beignets again. However, I also want to try otger burgers and sandwiches from their menu. I hope the next time I'm in Fond du Lac, I'm there during lunch or dinner again, and I recommend this business.

Great burger joint! I got the Tequila Jam burger and it was flat out amazing. Cooked to perfection, tons of flavor, and the fries were really good fries for a burger joint. I love that the milkshakes are only $5, so many places charge $9-11 now. I got the chocolate and killed it fast. Had the family with me and everyone got different shakes and burgers and they were all really great. Service was quick and friendly. It is one of those places you pretty much serve yourself so a mix between a full service and fast food restaurant.

Ordered food at 15:09 (Juicy Lucy Large with a side of fries and 2 drinks since me and the missus was splitting it). Quick staff at the counter to grab our order. Helped us find something we could share and provided feedback on some of the burgers they have. Walked around to grab drinks and saw they had a plethora of big names who dined here before: Alton Brown, Ina Garten, Bobby Flay, etc. really nice place, large, easy to read digital monitors that were clear to what they had. Accessibility was awesome for folks who may have slight vision problems. Sat down (tables are shiftable for larger folks like myself) and waited for food to arrive. 15:29 on the button (20 minutes, less than average wait which was great) Burger? Phenomenal. Well seasoned, juicy as hell, and a perfect balance of toppings to bun to meat. The grilled onions were almost like an onion jam which amped it up to the next level. Fries? Fresh, crispy and resembled Five Guys. I could eat a basket with cheese topping on them as a meal. So overall, the trip from Green Bay was well worth it. If I want a good burger, I'm either going here, or I'm making my own at home. Lol! Awesome work, 11:11!

The menu has grown over the years! There is quite a bit of seating along with outside seating during summer, but it is pretty snug at the table/booths. Overall cleanliness was lacking, but not disturbing. You order at the counter and the workers are nice. The Mac and burger was good but not bursting with flavor, however the caramelized onions were cooked very well!!

11:11 Burgers is a really interesting place for many reasons. First, GLUTEN FREE ! Fries and Burger buns are available and the kitchen is mostly OPEN VIEW. There may be more offerings too. They could do a better job printing or posting their GF options but the staff is helpful informed, and friendly. Second, it seems to be a gathering spot of authenticity-seeking folks. This part of Fon du Lac seems to have gone through some suburban sanitization process, helping this vintage "Pulp Fiction"-esque diner stick out. The bar in back seemed really friendly, even on a Sunday evening. Some folks were playing games. Didn't seem to be a drinkers bar at least. Outdoor seating is not scenic, but there's no scenery to see in this sterile part of town. Finally, the food. We had great travel-worthy burgers made "smash" style. Beef was fresh, buns hearty and the price was reasonable. Again, menus are really hard to make clear so it's important to know that fries come WITH. We didn't ask, ordered, and ended up with more than we could eat. Generous portions. Maybe the burgers were a little over seasoned. We're coming back. Following Michelin guides, we'd add 30 minutes each way to any trip to eat here. If GF was priority, would extend that to 45 minutes.

I could've find many vegan options in a lot of Wisconsin. I kept looking and wish this place came up easier on search engines as having vegan options. They have a full separate vegan menu like what?!!! I haddddd to come. Both my kids and I are vegan and this made our trip to Oshkosh so much easier. The burger was AMAZING and very flavorful. They have an impossible burger which is what we ordered. The fries are also really good and well seasoned. I'd come back again for sure. Oh, order the onion rings- they're bomb. The gentlemen were super kind and very helpful answering the questions I had. Great service. The food came out fairly quick too. The place feels hipster and very welcoming. It looks like they have a car but I came early and didn't order a drink. The music was also great.

Haven't visited yet, but just read about their Juicy Lucy burger as being one of the 2 best burgers in Wisconsin. Making this post so I can remember to stop here when in Fond du Lac. Will follow up with another post later.
