Milk Run

We absolutely love this place because it serves our all-time favorite ice cream flavor....Taro. It's definitely worth the trip from Surprise to get not just one or two pints, but a whole GALLON (although you won't see it in the picture) to take home. As an added bonus, we also tried their milk float, which is like a milk tea with the ice cream flavor on top - a delightful combination! We couldn't resist getting several taro milk teas to-go for our parents and sister. My nephew got a scoop of Cookie Monster ice cream with colorful sprinkles on top (not shown in the picture), and I decided to try something different today - the matcha milk tea with boba. It was incredibly refreshing, fresh, and absolutely delicious. We're already looking forward to our next visit to try another mouthwatering item from their menu. P.S. - They do military discount as well. Definitely supporting this establishment.

The drinks were great and we were happy to see dairy free options as one of us in our party has a dairy allergy. The service was fast and simple and the menu has a little bit of everything. The workers were kind and patient as well. There weren't many tables to sit at and the one that was open was pretty sticky so we ended up drinking our drinks outside. Next time we'll get our drinks before going to the restaurant so we can have them with our food!

Updating my review! It's been a few years since my last one and I've had more visits here. I like to be on this side of town so I can redeem some discounts and freebies, and this time I had 25% off so I stopped by. I ordered their Vietnamese iced coffee with less ice and honey boba. I thought about getting less sugar too but I think I needed it today. It was made fairly quickly as there was only one person in front of me. My drink was good, very sweet as expected and the boba was made well. They have a few tables and chair available and decent amount of parking during off peak hours, but I can see the lot getting full on nights and weekends. I'll probably be back!

I love Milk Run! A bit of a whole in the wall spot in a small plaza with some other Asian businesses so if you drive too fast you may miss it! We hot the Thai Tea Freeze and the Passionfruit Green Tea and both were delicious. Service was friendly and even though we took our drinks to go there was plenty of seating inside and it was very clean and inviting!

The Arizona heat is no joke! It was still warm out during the evening, so we went to grab a few refreshing drinks before heading back to the hotel. Milk Run is in a small plaza on the corner of 7th and Camelback. The parking lot was mostly full, you might have to wait until someone leaves. There's another lot behind the building if you give up. Just a short walk away. They are connected to the neighboring restaurant Pho Thanh. Inside you'll find a handful of tables and benches. Surfaces were sticky and not very clean, have your wet wipes ready. Good variety of milk teas, coffee, sparklers (carbonated lemonades), slushies, smoothies, sweet teas, and ice cream flavors to choose from. You can even get milk tea topped with ice cream. Toppings and dairy substitutes are available for additional charge. Peach Mangonada - a salty, sugary, sour slushie! Perfect balance of acidity and sweetness. The tamarind straw adds more spiciness and tartness to the drink. Classic Milk Tea - okay tea flavor with a decent silky consistency thanks to the milk The boba was chewy. Somewhat unsweetened though, I suspect it should've been soaked in the sugar syrup bath for a bit longer.

Milk Run is my now my favorite go-to spot for cheap yummy boba!My boyfriend and I decided to check out Milk Run after finishing up dinner. Surprised that there was a line late at night, but I can def see why. The boba here is way cheaper than in California for $4.75 for a 24 oz and $5.25 for a 32 oz. We ended up getting the Tropical Iced Tea and Thai Tea. The Tropical Iced Tea was super refreshing. It's a peach, mango, pineapple iced tea with peach/mango bits and your choice of either black/green/jasmine tea. We got it with green tea and it was super yummy. The Thai Tea was also great as well. The only compliant I would have was that I wished the custard pudding was just as is and not chopped up. It was a different texture then what I'm used to when I add pudding to my boba.Overall, not bad! I def would come back and try their other drinks.

Good as always! The cashier is always friendly, they are quick to get your order out, the store is clean, and the drinks are perfectly balanced

First time in. They are connected to pho thanh so we stopped by after lunch. My son and I both got the sweet gold smoothie. I got the large with boba. The boba was fresh. You could still feel it was warm in the cup. Once it cooled down it was super yummy. The smoothy had good consistency of smoothy to pieces of fruit.. though it did melt a bit at the bottom due to the warm boba. The service was quick and friendly. There aren't a lot of places to sit though... So be aware of that. Also, with dome lids, the boba straw wasn't tall enough for the large so I couldn't enjoy it on my way home. Service 5/5Quality 4.5/5 (kind of wish my drink hadn't been melted as much as it had...)Seating 3/5 (3-4 tables and two small benches. Love love love this place! This has by far been my favorite place to get a Thai tea (their Thai tea floats are also amazing). I also like that they have a reward system where you can easily get enough points for a free drink. It can get pretty packed and the place itself is on the smaller side but I've never had issues with getting my order quickly.

We absolutely love this place! My husband is addicted to the Mangonadas, my kids get ice cream or boba drinks. The black sesame ice cream is my ABSOLUTE favorite!! Would recommend eating here to anyone.
